Nicholas Cage and 50 Cent were spotted enjoying Sullivan’s signature steaks at Sullivan’s Anchorage on separate occasions. Both gentlemen are in town filming The Frozen Ground about serial killer Robert Hansen. Early last week Claire Danes and Morena Baccarin, from the series Homeland, enjoyed a girl’s dinner on the patio at Sullivan’s Charlotte.

Additional celebrity sightings at Sullivan’s Steakhouse nationwide include Mandy Patinkin (Homeland) Kevin Costner, Russell Crowe and Henry Cavill (Clark Kent in Man of Steel). For more information about Sullivan’s Steakhouse, please visit www.sullivanssteakhouse.com.

The rapper and the ‘Overboard’ actress enjoyed a meal together, with both taking to twitter to compliment each other after the event.

He wrote: “I had lunch with Goldie hawn she is complete sweetheart.”

Goldie – who is in a long-term relationship with actor Kurt Russell, added: “Lunch was especially sweet today cause I met 50cent. His smile lit up the room.”

Hours later, she concluded in a tweet to the ‘Buzzin’ hitmaker: “Oh sweetest! I adore you!Xx”

It is not known why the pair met up for food, but it is not the first time 50 Cent has dined with a Hollywood legend.

Last year he spent time with ‘Gypsie’ actress Bette Midler, and she confessed afterwards she would love to work with him on musical project.

She said: “He is such a gorgeous star, holy cow. I’d love to collaborate with him, but I’m 30 years older than him. I really can’t rap, but I’d like to sing in the background on ‘Get Rich or Die Tryin’.”

50 Cent has pulled the release of his new album.

The ‘In Da Club’ hitmaker claims problems with his record company, Interscope, have prevented him from being able to release the album – which had the working title ‘Black Magic’ – and vowed not to work with them again.

He tweeted: “Man I’m not releasing a album i can’t believe interscope is this f***ed up right now. I apologize to all my fans.

“I will work with other artist on there projects but I will not put out another album. They dropped the ball with me one time to many.”

50 had previously blasted the label for “moving in slow motion”, to get his fifth album released, writing last month: “My whole career iv been doing s**t and they have been playing catch up this is the last f**king album THEY BETTER WAKE UP AND WORK.”

“I would rather not launch my album without a plan the whole system is executing. I don’t know why they play with me, they know how I get.”

50 also added he is planning to leak Dr. Dre’s new single, ‘Psycho’, possibly in protest against Interscope, who Dre is also signed to.

He tweeted: “I LOVE DRE but I’m putting his next single psycho out tomorrow at 2:00 #SK. Your gonna love it its a big song I just don’t think it deserves a great set up sense they can’t seem to get it right when it comes to me.”

Dr Dre’s latest album ‘Detox’ has long been delayed, but is rumoured to finally be released before the end of the year. Dre has yet to respond to 50′s plans.

Rapper 50 Cent, who rose to fame with songs that told of drug use and violence, is aiming to steer teenagers away from schoolyard bullying with a book called “Playground” that will reach stores in January, his publisher said on Monday.

The story 50 Cent will pen is about a 13 year-old bully who learns to mend his ways after witnessing the harm he caused, according to Penguin Young Readers Group.

It is partly based on 50 Cent’s own life. The rapper, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, grew up in the New York City neighborhood of Jamaica, Queens, in an area that had heavy crime during his youth.

“I had a strong desire to write ‘Playground’ because I wanted to explore how a kid becomes a bully,” 50 Cent, who has a teenage son, said in a statement.

“I drew on events from my own childhood and adolescence, but was excited to see the story take on its own life,” the rapper said.

50 Cent began winning fans in the late 1990s with songs like “Thug Love” and “How to Rob,” but after an attempt on his life, his record company dropped him. He staged a comeback in the early 2000s with his album “Get Rich or Die Tryin’,” and since then he has recorded albums and performed in movies.

He published a 2005 autobiography called “From Pieces to Weight” and followed that in 2009 with a life strategy book “The 50th Law,” co-written with Robert Greene.

Even though the rapper, who has sold over 22 million albums worldwide, hopes to discourage teens from bullying, he has engaged in his share of public feuds over the years.

In 2009, he traded barbs with rapper Rick Ross, taunting him in lyrics and on video for formerly working as a corrections officer. Before that, 50 Cent traded insults with rappers The Game and Cam’ron, among others.

50 Cent has blasted his record company for “moving in slow motion”, to get his next album out.

The ‘In Da Club’ rapper – who is signed to Interscope Records – has his fifth album ‘Black Magic’, ready for release but has clashed with the label about when and how to release it.

He tweeted: ” Ok I tried to be cool with my record company . I went to the meeting talk to everyone and s**t feels like there moving in slow motion.

“I worked really hard on this album I’m not gonna let it come out like some bulls**t. There use to me just putting it out.

“My whole career iv been doing s**t and they have been playing catch up this is the last f**king album THEY BETTER WAKE UP AND WORK.”

50 – real name Curtis Jackson – further warned fans if he can’t reach a compromise with the label soon, the album, his first since 2009′s ‘Before I Self Destruct’ – could be delayed until next year.

He tweeted: “I’m sorry to announce I will not be releasing a new album this year if we don’t get on the same page.

“I would rather not launch my album without a plan the whole system is executing. I don’t know why they play with me, they know how I get.”
