Jumping into a sauna with your roommate wearing nothing but a full face of makeup is certainly not the most conventional way to wind down.

But when you are a reality TV star sharing a steamy naked sauna and a kiss with your hot female friend seems like the perfect opportunity to try and boost your ratings.

Aubrey O’Day and her roommate Krystal Bronson invited the cameras in on their intimate sauna session, acting like it was a completely normal activity.

The girls stripped off and hopped into the wooden cabin but space was clearly a premium particularly with a camera crew to fit inside.

Luckily the girls didn’t seem to mind getting up close and personal and cuddled up to each other intertwining their legs.

In the scene filmed for All About Aubrey the 27-year-old reality TV star used her feet to cover Krystal’s modesty and the girls embraced as they took a snap together to remind them of their sauna experience together.

The girls also indulged in a glass of wine each and while Krystal opted for a red tipple, Aubrey drank a glass of white despite the hot temperatures.

Aubrey exclaimed: ‘Who needs men when you have a sauna and a hot roommate?’

It wasn’t long before the heat in the sauna got to the girls and perspiration was clearly noticeable on their naked bodies.

Just in case the naked picture wasn’t enough to titillate viewers the pair shared a kiss to end the scene.

Aubrey, first found fame on reality TV show Diddy’s MTV show Making The Band 3 in 2008 which saw her join girl group Danity Kane.

But the singer was dumped from the girl group and her reality TV show is documenting her attempts to forge a career as a solo artist.

And while Aubrey appears to be happy with her body and willing to show if off in front of the cameras in the first episode of her show she broke down in tears and she said she was ‘an emotional eater’.

Her choreographer Gil Duldulao was seen chiding her in a dance studio said Aubrey wailed: ‘I feel fat, I don’t like it,’ as Gil is also seen making her remove all her make-up against her wishes.

She continued: ‘I don’t like how I have to always be judged for my weight – I hate that. It’s not easy to be anorexic all the time. I’m not anorexic – I don’t look like that any more.

‘I’m not 100 pounds anymore. I wasn’t happy. I’ve been through a lot. I can’t always live my life for everybody else.’

Last week Aubrey was involved in a fight with a co-star’s boyfriend as she left a restaurant in Hollywood.

The feisty blonde was seen shoving Stephanie Spiropoulous’ boyfriend outside Katsuya restaurant.
