Bethenny Frankel is such a fame whore, she changed her wedding date to accommodate Bravo’s taping schedule for “The Real Housewives of New York City.”
“If she’s a heavily pregnant bride, she’ll get more attention,” an insider quips.
“The other housewives are so grossed out by how fake she is, none will attend the wedding unless Bravo makes them.”
A source close to Frankel says: “She doesn’t even want the other wives at her wedding. She feels she’s a bigger star.” Frankel’s rep could not be reached.

As shoppers flock to Manhattan in the lead-up to the holidays, there’s one thing that Bethenny Frankel wants everyone to leave off their shopping lists: fur. Towering high above Times Square, the Real Housewives of New York City star appears against the New York skyline—without a stitch of clothing—in a stunning new PETA billboard campaign titled “Fur? I’d Rather Go Naked.” The ad was shot by top celebrity photographer Joseph Cultice.
In an exclusive PETA interview, Frankel opens up about what made her change her mind (and her wardrobe): “I used to wear fur. I went to a cocktail party, walked outside on Fifth Avenue, and a PETA protestor was holding up a skinned animal. I looked at it, and it made me sick. I felt disgusting. That day was a huge change, and since then I’ve really been against fur. I’m cleaning out my closets—trim, everything. I don’t see any reason for cruelty.”

You’re about to see a lot more of “Real Housewives of New York City” star Bethenny Frankel. She stripped naked for a 58-foot-tall billboard to be unveiled today at Broadway and 53rd Street as part of a campaign for anti-fur zealots PETA.
The three-months-pregnant reality star told us, “It’s so tasteful and beautifully done. I am especially pleased because it doesn’t look like there’s been any airbrushing, and I was already pregnant when I shot it. I am excited to know that I’ll be there on a billboard while everybody is doing their Christmas shopping and celebrating the new year.”
The giant, butt-baring Bethenny billboard might shock guests leaving David Letterman’s show and “Shrek: The Musical” nearby. She added, “I used to wear fur, but I once saw a PETA protester holding a skinned animal, and now it makes me sick that people wear fur to show off their money and status.”

“The Real Housewives of New York City” star confirmed to People.com on Tuesday that she’s about two months along.
“It’s premature to be telling people this,” Frankel said, but after a post on PerezHilton.com yesterday spilling the beans, the reality star came clean despite her reservations.
“It’s not like, ‘Did I Get Botox?’ It’s not the way I wanted it to get out,” she told People. “I haven’t even gone through my first trimester. We haven’t even heard the heartbeat. My [fiance's]parents didn’t even know.”
Frankel is engaged to Jason Hoppy. She told People they’re both “so excited” about the pregnancy and are actually surprised, given their age, they were able to conceive so quickly.
“I got to be honest, we are both feeling kind of proud of ourselves,” she said. “We are both 38 and we were like, ‘Listen, your fish can swim and I am fertile.’ So that’s exciting.”
PerezHilton.com broke the news of the pregnancy Monday, citing a source who said, “Bethenny premeditated all of this! She got pregnant and got engaged all for her own show.”
Frankel’s recently announced Bravo spin-off, tentatively titled “Skinny & the City,” which will follow her and Hoppy as they plan their wedding.
The couple plan to wed before the baby is born.
