Reality TV star Brody Jenner says he was hit with a bottle outside the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, and girlfriend singer Avril Lavigne tweeted that she was also attacked.

Los Angeles police Sgt. Keith Green said Monday that Jenner filed a police report of assault with a deadly weapon after being hit early Sunday outside the popular nightspot.

Green says Jenner was not given medical help and no one was arrested.

Green could not confirm Lavigne’s involvement, but on her Twitter account, she said she “got attacked by 5 people last night out of nowhere. Not cool.”

Jenner is the son of Olympian Bruce Jenner and a regular on MTV’s “The Hills.” He’s also a stepbrother of the Kardashian sisters and has appeared on their reality show.

Avril Lavigne and Brody Jenner have had each other’s names tattooed onto their bodies to show their love for one another.

The ‘Girlfriend’ singer and ‘The Hills’ actor – who began dating in February – have decided to show their love and devotion to each other by having each other’s names etched onto their bodies.

Avril’s ‘Brody’ inking is next to her right breast while Brody’s ‘Avril’ tattoo is on his inner arm.

A source told X17Online: “They may not have been together that long but Avril and Brody are obviously devoted to each other and these tattoos just got to show that.”

This is the second matching tattoo Avril and Brody have got.

In April, it was reported the pair had the same lighting bolt designs

etched onto their bodies. Avril had her tattoo on her forearm, whereas Brody opted for his to be behind his ear.

A source said at the time: “They showed up to the opening of Mario Barth King Ink and requested the same tats.

“They were really excited about it. They held hands openly and were kissing in a corner.”

Although they’ve kept quiet about their fledging relationship, Avril recently drunkenly declared her love for Brody while singing karaoke.

The ‘Complicated’ hitmaker – who filed for divorce from her husband, Sum 41 rocker Deryck Whibley, last October – grabbed the microphone at the Bank nightclub in Las Vegas last month and wasn’t shy about her feelings.

A source said: “They were having a blast. They were taking shots with friends including Olympic snowboarder Shaun White, grabbing the microphone, shouting, ‘Jager shots’ and making the crowd go wild.”

The 25-year-old pop star even shouted, “I love you, Brody!” on the microphone.

So official, in fact, that they put it in ink: We hear that the lovebirds got matching tattoos over the weekend.

“They showed up to the opening of Mario Barth King Ink and requested the same tats,” says an insider at the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas. The reality TV star and the rock princess both requested lightning bolts, she on her forearm and he behind his ear.

“They were really excited about it,” says the spy, adding that the two spent the rest of the evening cozied up to each other. “They held hands openly and were kissing in a corner. Brody didn’t leave Avril’s side all night.”

Although they refused to pose together on the red carpet at the posh event, a photographer had indeed snapped the first pic of them smooching outside the Chateau Marmont in L.A. on Friday. Later that night, the duo left for their rather romantic trip to Sin City.

And if the matching tats aren’t proof positive that the former playboy may be turning into a one-gal man, a source says Brody just brought the songstress home to meet mom.

“He introduced Avril to his mother last weekend,” says a West Coast insider, who’s close to the new couple. “He’s really head over heels for her and wanted to let her know how serious he was, so he took her to [his mom] Linda’s home. It went really well.”

And it’s not only Brody’s mama who’s s giving the lovebirds her blessing: Avril’s ex-hubby, Deryck Whibley, has apparently approved of the twosome as well.

“Avril and Deryck are just friends now,” insists the pal, despite recent rumors that the two are still hooking up. “He thinks Brody is a good guy and that it’s great the two of them are doing well.”
