The 38-year-old actress – who is filming new movie ‘Gambit’ in the UK – has joined an exclusive private fitness studio in London’s Kensington district and was amazed to see the third-in-line to the British throne working out next to her – and jumped at the challenge of a race.

An insider told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “Producers secured her membership at the ultra discreet, £3,500-a-year gym – totally unaware Prince Harry was also a member.

“Since first spotting one another and saying hello, they have coincided visits on two further occasions.

“During the second one, they were pounding along on adjacent treadmills and Harry cheekily nudged-up Cameron’s speed dial, suggesting a one-kilometre race. Cameron agreed … and won.

“They have become pretty friendly – Harry even invited his new gym buddy out drinking with him and his chums.”

Cameron – who stars in ‘Gambit’ with Colin Firth – joined the gym to get in shape for the film, in which she plays a rodeo rider but has been unable to work out with her new friend for a while.

The pair last met up more than two weeks ago at the gym – which features a spa, restaurant, media room and library – and the ‘Bad Teacher’ actress was spotted in Miami on Monday looking at a property with Alex ‘A-Rod’ Rodriguez during a flying visit to America for Sunday’s MTV Movie Awards.

She is set to return to London next week to continue filming ‘Gambit’.

While the 38-year-old actress hates living out of a suitcase, she admitted she gets impatient if she’s not constantly on the move.

Cameron said: “I have living out of a suitcase and yet it’s what I do. The idea of being in one place freaks me out. Or not freaks me out, I just don’t.I’m always like, ‘Ok, let’s keep movin’. I gotta tend to business.’ Know what I’m saying?”

One of the reasons why Cameron likes to be on the move constantly is that she has learned to embrace change.

She explained to Elle magazine: “Life is not a happy ending. You never arrive at a point where nothing ever changes or happens again. I’m a visual person so when I think of a challenge or change, I’ll envision myself in the ocean and I’ll see waves coming at me, and know that if I just dive under the wave, I’ll shoot out the other side. So I look at that big wave and I go, ‘I can do this’. I will dive under that wave and I know that it will be so much better on the other side. There are so many rewards there you just have to go for it.”

Cameron Diaz doesn’t mind waxing poetic on “The Tonight Show.”

The actress appeared on the late-night TV show with co-star Eric Stonestreet to promote the pair’s latest film, “Bad Teacher.”

Stonestreet told Leno that Diaz had hooked him up with a chiropractor on the set of the show. In order to repay the blond bombshell, he offered the services of what he called “the best waxer in Hollywood.”

“At the end of this interview, the three of us, if you guys are down, we’re all going to have a threesome waxing session,” Stonestreet said in an almost-perfect deadpan.

“That would be amazing,” a laughing Diaz replied. “By the way, I’m holding you to it, because I’m due for a little … tidiness.”

“I know a little something about it … I’d be glad to help out,” Leno interjected.

Apparently concerned that the night show audience might get the wrong idea about her waxing needs, Diaz hastily clarified what needed a trim: “I’m talking about my legs, geez!”
