Cameron Diaz is set to spark more jealousy from women around the world – the stunning actress reveals her “burden” is having to gorge on food because she’s so slim.
The Charlie’s Angels beauty is known for her lithe, athletic body, standing at five foot nine inches tall and only weighing 119 pounds.
But the star insists she doesn’t diet to keep her trim figure – revealing she has to eat constantly just to maintain a steady body weight.
She tells Britain’s Daily Record, “When I’m filming, I have to eat a lot more. I’m constantly eating because I’m burning so much energy doing what we’re doing.
“Even if we’re just sitting around on the set of a movie, we’re talking about the next scene and burning energy.
“However, I try to have the right kinds of food which I can eat throughout the day. I have a really good metabolism but sometimes I want to put weight on and I can’t. That’s my burden.”

A typical California beach girl, Cameron Diaz revealed her excellent paddle surfing skills as well as her trim and toned body during a day on the water in Los Cabos, with her boyfriend Alex Rodriguez.
Cameron, 38, and A-Rod, 35, are spending their Christmas holiday with the baseball star’s two daughters, Natasha, six and Ella, two.
While the couple have been spotted poolside at their Los Cabos hotel with the little girls, it was an adults-only day as Cameron donned yet another bikini.
This time the Something About Mary star wore a simple brown two-piece as the pair headed out into the crystal blue waters.
Keeping herself shielded from the sun with a grey visor, Cameron paddled out on a yellow surfboard before standing up and balancing on her board like a pro.
The self-confessed tomboy has always been a keen surfer, and proved that she could Hang Ten with the best of them when she filmed the Charlie’s Angels movies.
Following some time paddling, Cameron attempted to jump onto a blue and white jet ski. The actress almost lost her balance for a moment but quickly picked herself up.
After donning a life jacket, Cameron appeared to get the hang of the jet ski and was all smiles as she sped along the water.
Cameron and A-Rod have been looking very cozy these days.

Cameron Diaz and Alex Rodriguez still haven’t spoken publicly about their relationship, but when a picture’s worth a thousand words, they don’t need to.
The couple, linked since February, was photographed Friday acting quite affectionate toward each other during a stroll in Miami.
In their boldest PDA to date, Diaz and Rodriguez walked arm-in-arm, with smiles plastered on both their faces.
As they stood by the water, the 38-year-old actress was pictured with her arms draped around the Yankees slugger, 35.
Though Rodriguez spends most of his time in Miami during the offseason, he and his gal pal were in town this particular weekend for the Saturday wedding of Yankees outfielder Nick Swisher and actress Joanna Garcia.
Diaz and Garcia became friends when they were dating Justin Timberlake and Trace Ayala, respectively, a few years ago.

Cameron Diaz and Alex Rodriguez fuelled speculation their relationship is firmly back on after spending Thanksgiving weekend together on a sun-soaked vacation.
The pair’s romance, which reportedly began back in February, was rumored to be in trouble last month when the Shrek star was pictured enjoying a night out with Glee’s Matthew Morrison, while a subsequent report from Life & Style magazine suggested the relationship was over.
However, Diaz and the sportsman were reportedly spotted enjoying each other’s company during a trip on a luxury yacht in Miami Beach, Florida last week, lying next to each other and sunbathing and chatting on the deck.
And their reported reconciliation continued over the Thanksgiving holiday – they were seen soaking up the sun in their swimwear in Mexico.

A-Rod spent the weekend partying in Miami with LeBron James and his new pretty blond pal, Laurel Henley.
A source told us, “A-Rod headed to the opening of the new lounge Arkadia at the Fontainebleau with LeBron for Drake’s birthday party, and they partied until 3 a.m. with a group of guys.
But Laurel was also in Miami last weekend and met Alex for dinner earlier Saturday night.” Henley, 31, a yoga instructor and cocktail waitress who previously insisted she and A-Rod were “just friends,” said, “I am not going to comment.”
Meanwhile, Diaz was out Saturday night at LA club Bardot with “Glee” hunk Matthew Morrison and Nick Swisher’s fiancée, Joanna Garcia. A spy reported, “They seemed to be just good friends. Cameron looked happy and sang along to the music before they all left together.” Rodriguez’s rep had no comment and a rep for Diaz didn’t get back to us.
Cameron Diaz kept a low profile and fitting in with the Yankee wives at CC Sabathia’s birthday bash.
Diaz, who’s gone to great lengths to avoid being pictured with A-Rod, bonded with Yankee women, including Laura Posada and Nick Swisher’s actress fiancée, Joanna Garcia, at Jay-Z’s 40/40 club Sunday. Diaz even asked to be introduced to legend Reggie Jackson, now a team adviser who works closely with A-Rod.

Cameron was spotted at his Central Park West apartment Thursday night while he was at Yankee Stadium and again the following morning.
A source said, “Cameron went out early Friday morning to film ‘Today’ and ‘Live With Regis and Kelly,’ but then she went straight back to A-Rod’s place.”
And she’s getting on with the Yankee “wives” — she was spotted at Barneys with Nick Swisher’s actress girlfriend, Joanna Garcia. The source added, “While Kate Hudson was considered to be a good-luck charm, the jury’s still out on Cameron.” Diaz was working her charms on Irish band the Script also on “Today,” where “she ran up and told them that she was a big fan. She wanted to know when they would next be on tour.” Our spy added that Diaz and handsome Script lead singer Danny O’Donoghue swapped numbers.
