A source close to the disgraced Miss USA 2009 runner-up — who billed herself as a devout Christian until her sex tape surfaced — says that Prejean received repeated advice to try to get pregnant during her fling last year with Olympian swimmer Michael Phelps.

Someone close to her “was adamant about Carrie getting pregnant, though obviously that never happened,” says our source.

Boller and Prejean do not yet have a wedding date.

It looks like Carrie Prejean spoke too soon when she called her recent sex tape the “biggest mistake” of her life.

Either the seven other sex tapes that have just surfaced aren’t actually salacious, or else the former Miss California has a little more to atone for.

RadarOnline.com has just learned that the dethroned beauty queen has no less than eight sex tapes and 30 naked photos to her name. As in her previous sex tape, she performs solo on each video.

Some of the new sexy photographs that have been unearthed Prejean allegedly took herself, of own reflection in a mirror, alternately topless and completely naked.

Prejean created a national controversy earlier this year when she spoke out against gay marriage during the Miss USA pageant. Her stance put her at odds with the pageant committee, which she later sued for libel, claiming she had been discriminated against for her religious views.

Prejean settled out of court on November 3 after her first sex tape surfaced. On Wednesday she threatened to walk off Larry King Live when the host questioned her about the deal.

Perhaps she can chalk up the moment as another error to add to her growing list.

Deposed beauty queen Carrie Prejean still owes $5,200 for breast implants floated by pageant organizers in January, a new lawsuit claims.

Ex-Miss California Carrie Prejean stiffed pageant organizer K2 Productions even though she requested the surgery “to be more competitive” at the April 2009 Miss USA pageant and verbally agreed to repay the K2 loan, a complaint filed yesterday states.

Prejean was stripped of her crown June 10 for alleged contract violations.

She later sued, accusing pageant officials of targeting her for a pageant answer she gave opposing gay marriage.

“Even before she became notorious for that answer and the ensuing media storm, Ms. Prejean was already causing difficulty,” the K2 counter-suit states.

“With her new-found notoriety, an inflated sense of self, and the lure of financial gain available to her, Ms. Prejean turned even further against the Miss California USA organization.”

The new suit accuses Prejean of missing events, lying about semi-nude photos, negotiating an unauthorized book deal and using her title without authorization to help promote the National Organization for Marriage’s “campaign of intolerance” against gay marriage.

K2 asks for the proceeds from Prejean’s planned book, the $5,200 from the breast surgery and other relief.

“She attempts to cast herself as a virtuous young woman and the victim in a supposed conspiracy against her,” the cross-complaint states.

“Had she heeded the guidance of the Gospel of John, who admonished only those who are without sin to cast stones in judgment, she might have avoided this legal battle.”

Just when you thought you’d seen the last of controversial former Miss California Carrie Prejean – she’s back!

The embattled beauty queen, who caused a furor at this year’s Miss USA pageant for her comments against gay marriage, gave a speech Friday at the “Values Voters Summit 2009″ in Washington, D.C.

She made a plea for civility to the GOP crowd, saying “We obviously have not seen it from the Left.”

“We need to be the example of respect, of tolerance, and just how to be civil, can we do that?,” she said.

Nearing the end of her remarks, Prejean broke into tears as she described the divine path she’s traveled since she was pulled into the political boxing ring.

“Even though I didn’t win the crown that night I know that the Lord has so much of a bigger crown in heaven for me,” she said.

Prejean took first runner-up in the competition, and later said she believed she’d lost out on the top title because of the flap following her response to a question from Perez Hilton on same-sex marriage.

“I never asked to be thrown into politics,” she said Friday, ” … but you know what, I’m proud of the stance that I took and I’m glad that God upheld me for such a time as this.”

The conference was also attended by Republican bigs Mitt Romney, Mike Huckabee and Bill O’Reilly.

Carrie Prejean has been embroiled in controversy since she opposed same-sex marriage at the Miss USA Pageant earlier this year, and even after Donald Trump announced a month ago that she could keep her Miss California crown despite numerous contract breaches he gave his “blessing” for state pageant officials to strip her of her sash on Wednesday.

The 22-year-old was not informed of her termination until it hit the press on Wednesday morning and was very shocked over the decision. According to insiders, Prejean had developed a strong relationship with Donald Trump and had been in regular contact with him since the press conference in May thus was surprised he gave the green light to have coveted crown taken away.

“I am in shock that K2 Productions and the Miss California USA Pageant have taken the steps to fire Carrie Prejean today. The claim that she has an unauthorized book contract is false. She does not. The claim that she is refusing to appear is false. Carrie has been in constant contact with pageant officials seeking to fulfill her obligations,” Prejean’s attorney Charles LiMandri told Tarts in a statement on Wednesday.

“I have emails in my possession tied to the pageant organization as recently as last Friday citing future appearance requests for Carrie. She represented the Pageant in Las Vegas the weekend before last, and is scheduled to appear at a Special Olympics event this weekend in California, a cause dear to her heart. Everyone has been pleased with her appearances and excited to see her. If you need any further evidence of who is in bad faith: A radio host, Billy Bush says he is the person who informed Carrie she was fired. What kind of employer alerts the media before they speak to their employee?”

Even though Prejean is no longer the reigning Miss California, she is still welcome as a presenter at the Special Olympics.

“Carrie Prejean had indicated that she wanted to come as a volunteer during our Summer Games weekend. Part of the volunteer duties included presenting medals at one of our venues,” a spokeswoman for the Olympics said. “We have not spoken with Carrie to confirm her attendance; however, since she has been a long-time volunteer with Special Olympics we would still welcome her participation.”

However Pop Tarts has learned that this isn’t the first time Prejean has been given the flick. Her former agent, Francine Champagne at Visions Model Management Los Angeles, released Carrie from her contract just over a year ago under claims she was “problematic.”

“It gets a little sticky and there are so many things that I would rather not discuss but there are certain specifications that we have to be a model and she was not keeping her commitment,” Champagne told Tarts. “I just felt like she was a little nutty and I’d rather not represent someone with that mind frame and I just think she is a problem, and I did not feel that she was of the utmost professionalism and she did not follow through on her side of the bargain so therefore we decided to cut our losses and let her go.”

Champagne also said that Prejean failed to act her age.

“She’s definitely a handful, she needs a lot of attention, she is a little bit bossy, her mother gets involved whereas she’s an adult, and she doesn’t need her mom to be calling us. At this point in time, we’re a professional agency that deals with professionals and if they are under 18, absolutely we deal with the parents, but once they’re 18 or over, we should be dealing directly with talent, not with their parents,” Champagne added. “She definitely had the potential to work well, she’s a very beautiful girl, but her personality and her uptightness gets in the way and it’s definitely a personality conflict with this business and her. She will not really bode well in this industry because she is too controlling and uptight and bossy. There are a lot of issues there with her and she’s not really an easy person to get along with.”

Carrie did not respond to a request for comment.

In a release first obtained by FOXNews.com, K2 Productions, the independent producers of the Miss California USA pageant, under license from Miss Universe, cited continued breach of contract issues as the reason for Prejean’s firing.

“This was a decision based solely on contract violations,” Keith Lewis, executive director of K2 Productions, said in the release. “After our press conference in New York we had hoped we would be able to forge a better working relationship. However, since that time it has become abundantly clear that Carrie has no desire to fulfill her obligations under our contract and work together.”

Prejean came under fire for her answer to a question about gay marriage two months ago in the Trump-owned Miss USA pageant, in which she was the runner-up. After the pageant, Prejean was continuously attacked as she defended her belief that gays and lesbians should not be given the right to marry in California. She became embroiled in more controversy when racy pictures of her were published that some construed as violations of her Miss California contract.

Trump came to her defense in a May 12 press conference attended by Prejean and Keith Lewis, calling her answer to the question “honest” and saying “we have determined … that the pictures taken are fine.” He allowed her to continue on as Miss California.

But it was Trump who gave the final OK to fire her, FOXNews.com learned.

“I told Carrie she needed to get back to work and honor her contract with the Miss California Organization and I gave her the opportunity to do so,” Trump said in the same release. “Unfortunately it just doesn’t look like it is going to happen and I offered Keith my full support in making this decision.”

Representatives for K2 and Donald Trump referred to the release when asked for fruther comment. Prejean did not respond for comment.

Prejean is not without supporters, however. The National Organization for Marriage, a group that opposes gay marriage, released a statement slamming Trump and the Miss California pageant.

“This cover story about a contract dispute doesn’t pass the smell test. Americans aren’t fooled that easily. God knows, and we know, the truth about Carrie: She’s a young woman of great beauty who chose truth over the glittering tiara that Hollywood offers,” said Brian Brown, Executive Director for NOM. “Of course they will try to punish her, but we know she will be fine in the end, because her values are in the right place.”

First runner-up Tami Farrell is slated to assume the role and responsibilities of Miss California USA. Additionally, the Miss Universe Organization will make the reigning Miss USA, Kristen Dalton, and Miss Universe, Dayana Mendoza, available to K2 Productions to fulfill appearance requests that were declined by Prejean.

According to a source, Prejean has aspirations to write a book and pursue other opportunities, which she will be able to do now that she has been released from her duties as Miss California.

Miss California Carrie Prejean will keep her crown, Miss USA pageant owner Donald Trump announced at a press conference Tuesday at Trump Tower in New York City.

Prejean, 21, failed to reveal before last month’s Miss USA pageant that she had posed in her underwear as a teenager. But Trump said, “We are in the 21st century … and Carrie is a model, she’s a very successful model, we have determined – and we have the absolute right under the contract – we have determined that the pictures taken are fine.”

(He also praised Prejean for being honest when she said she was against same sex marriage at last month’s pageant. Trump said she gave a “very honest answer when asked a very tough question. It’s the same answer that the President of the United States gave.”)

Fighting back tears, Prejean, who attended the conference, thanked Trump for “believing” in her.

“Most importantly, I would like to thank God,” she said.

Prejean first ignited controversy at the April 19 pageant when she told judge Perez Hilton that she believed marriage should be between only a man and a woman, igniting a cultural debate. The runner-up said her answer cost her the crown.

Prejean later announced that she’ll be launching a campaign opposing gay marriage with the National Organization for Marriage.

A short time later, racy photos surfaced. Prejean said the pictures were leaked to humiliate her because of her anti-gay marriage views, calling it a “vicious and mean-spirited” attacks. (Even more photos hit the web before Trump’s press conference Tuesday morning.)

On Monday, California pageant officials announced that Prejean violated her contract by lobbying on behalf of an anti-gay-marriage group and by failing to reveal that she had posed in her underwear as a teenager.

They appointed Tami Farrell, her runner-up, as “Beauty of California Ambassador” to fulfill any duties that Prejean might not be able to carry out. As for whether Prejean should be stripped of her crown, they said only Trump can make the decision.

When Carrie Prejean returned from the Miss USA pageant in Sin City two weeks ago, the 21-year-old surely had no idea that so many “sins” of her own would surface.

The California representative was slammed for voicing her traditional views on marriage during the live telecast. Later, it emerged that state pageant officials had paid for her breast implants just prior to the competition. On Monday, scandalous snaps taken of Prejean in her underwear hit the Web.

Then on Wednesday, the gossip site TMZ said a source close to Prejean sent them four (highly graphic) photos of Carrie Prejean, causing another stir within the Miss California community.

“I’m absolutely stunned. This completely changes things for us. Yesterday, we thought she had explained things accurately. We need to revisit this issue with her,” Miss California co-chair Keith Lewis told Tarts in a statement Wednesday.

So could these photos (taken several years prior to the high-profile pageant) cost her the crown and the chance to become Miss USA if the current titleholder, Kirsten Dalton, goes on to become Miss Universe?

Pop Tarts obtained an official contract signed by Prejean before competing in the state pageant preliminary last year which indicates that the beauty queen may have violated the rules & regulations as her state representative. By signing the contract, Prejean agreed to “conduct activities in life according to the highest moral standards” and understood that “appearing in public or permitting myself to be photographed in the state of partial nudity or in the nude constitutes a violation of this provision (that includes photographs that may have appeared on MySpace or Facebook).”

Donald Trump, co-owner of the Miss Universe Organization, refused to comment on the current controversy although according to insiders he is investigating the issue and taking it very seriously — although this definitely isn’t the first time the Donald has been slapped with a snap-related scandal.

In December 2006, former Miss Nevada Katie Rees was dethroned when pictures of her performing intimate acts and simulating oral sex were leaked. However in 2006, Miss Universe Australia Erin McNaught was still allowed to compete despite having posed topless for men’s magazine “Zoo Weekly” in 2004.

An inside source told Tarts that California’s pageant directors Keith Lewis and Shanna Moakler met behind closed doors on Tuesday and are expected to make an announcement with regards to Prejean’s fate on Wednesday.

However at this stage, Prejean herself has no plans to surrender her sash.

“Carrie will continue to be doing what she’s doing,” her rep told Tarts on Tuesday afternoon. “She is taking this week off to make some plans and take some meetings but as of right now nothing has changed.”

The San Diego native also feels that the release of the pictures is yet another attempt to discredit her strong Christian values.

“I am a Christian and I am a model. Models pose for pictures, including lingerie and swimwear photos,” Prejean said in a statement. “The photos of me taken as a teenager have been released surreptitiously to a tabloid website that openly mocks me for me for my Christian faith. I am not perfect and I will never claim to be perfect.”

However it seems the nudie pics may not be the only term the blonde beauty breached. According to the contract, she also agreed that the state pageant directors have “exclusive right and control over all personal appearances” related to her regal role and despite numerous requests from Moakler and Lewis not to continue talking to the press about the issue, Prejean spoke out to various media outlets.

“Carrie is going to have to stop doing the press circuit about how great it is she used the First Amendment and her First Right, and really sit down with these people that she’s hurt,” Moakler told Tarts last week.

Miss USA Host Billy Bush Thinks Carrie Prejean Will ‘Resign’

Billy Bush has been hosting beauty pageants for quite some time now, but we’re assuming (thanks to Carrie Prejean’s controversial response to Perez Hilton’s question on gay marriage) that he hasn’t experienced any quite as tumultuous as 2009’s Miss USA crowning.

“I think Miss California answered very honestly, she was true to herself and to her beliefs,” Bush told Tarts at Sunday’s Lollipop Theater Network’s Game Day on Sunday. “But I’m amazed at where she’s gone with it. She’s sort of found a new crusade.”

And ultimately, Bush believes that “new crusade” of speaking out for her belief in traditional marriage could cost her the Miss California crown.

“Since Miss USA, there has been no phone calls between the California organization and her. I think she’s gone,” he added. “Ultimately my guess is that she’ll resign because why be Miss California when you’ve got a bigger platform and a bigger audience? So I think she’s going to do that.”
