Jenna Jameson has been in girl-on-girl situations before, but probably not like this.

The infamous former porn star took to her Twitter account early Thursday to slam comedienne Chelsea Handler.

“Chelsea handler makes fun of peoples kids… ” Jameson tweeted. “Probably because she’s a dried up old wh-re.”

Though the vulgar insult appeared unprovoked, it may be retaliation for comments Handler made in a December interview with Katie Couric for Glamour magazine.

When Couric asked the late-night host whether she ever has “second thoughts about being raunchy,” Handler took issue with the adjective.

“I say things that a lot of people wouldn’t say, and some of it probably isn’t in the best taste,” she said. “But when I hear the word raunchy, to me that describes Jenna Jameson.”

Jameson didn’t explain what prompted her diss, but she did stand by it.

“Just cuz I say it like it is…… Don’t hate……” she wrote. “She talks massive s—.. Ok, whatever….”

And it seems Jameson isn’t the only one upset with the irreverent comic.

It’s hard to imagine a tough guy like 50 Cent having a soft, emotional side, but Handler reportedly left the rapper “heartbroken” when she ended their romance before the holidays last month.

According to Us Weekly, Fitty “spent Christmas sending her gifts, but she sent them back.”

“She put a note on one that said, ‘I can buy my own gifts,’ ” a source told the mag.

The comedienne was allegedly spotted making out with the hotelier at a Sundance Film Festival party in Utah on Saturday, after the pair attended a Florence & the Machine concert.

The New York Daily News reports Handler greeted Balazs at the Tao party by kissing him on the face, neck and lips, and “kept her arm slung around his shoulders”, while the odd couple is said to have left the party together early on Sunday.

Ironically, 50 Cent was also a party guest.

But Handler insists gossip-hungry bloggers have got it all wrong – because she would never engage in such a public display of affection.

Laughing off the rumors on her show Chelsea Lately on Monday night, she said, “Apparently many inaccurate, dumb a** tipsters enjoyed watching me (party at Sundance), so I would like to clear up some of the ridiculous mistruths circulating in the usually impeccably accurate blogosphere…

“I was accused of canoodling with a male companion and shooting dirty looks at any other women in our vicinity. In general, I have a dirty look on my face all the time, don’t presume it’s for you!

“The most outlandish report said that I was seen making out in public. I have never and will never make out with anyone in public.”

The “Standard” owner and the “Chelsea Lately” host were spotted making out during a Saturday night party at the Sundance Film Festival.

Handler was already at Tao at the Samsung Galaxy Tab Lift when Balazs arrived around 1:15 AM, and the pair wasted no time in getting all over each other at a table that was surrounded by a human wall of standing friends and hangers-on, which made it difficult – but not impossible – for prying eyes to penetrate. (Behind them sat Miley Cyrus’ ex-boyfriend Liam Hemsworth.)

The 53-year-old Balazs has previously been linked with Uma Thurman, Courtney Love, and (as Gatecrasher reported in December) Australian socialite Katherine Keating. Handler, 35, has been linked with Comcast entertainment honcho Ted Harbert, Animal Planet star Dave Salmoni, and, recently, rapper/actor 50 Cent. Last month, she tweeted a picture that appeared to be her and Fitty in bed.

In fact, some speculated that Handler had come to Sundance to support Fitty. She was front and center at the rapper’s performance at the House of Hype on Main Street on Saturday night. Fitty also was at Tao at the same time as Handler, but the comic seemed too busy with Balazs to care.

(The team running the party apparently shared Handler’s priorities. “It doesn’t matter about them!” screamed Tao’s doorwoman, who was besieged by the likes of Emma Roberts. “Where is Andre?! I need to find Andre Balazs to get him in!”)

Going for the gold with high-spirited abandon, Handler kissed the hot hotelier’s face, neck and lips, and kept her arm slung around his shoulders. Balazs reciprocated – although not quite as sloppily.

The two were dressed casually (Chelsea in a newsboy cap, Andre in a ski sweater) and seemed quite comfortable together.

Maybe a little too comfortable: living up to her boozy reputation, the author of “Are You There, Vodka? It’s Me, Chelsea” looked glassy-eyed and was spilling her drink.

Balazs looked more together, but still plenty loose – he was throwing his head back and laughing hysterically at Handler’s presumably hilarious drunken comedy stylings.

The couple was hardly PDA-shy, but still covered their tracks when leaving together. As Andre put on his coat, Chelsea headed toward the exit. Balazs went in the opposite direction, toward the club’s stage, dawdling briefly before turning around and making for the door. Handler and her entourage were waiting for him, and the pair made their exit through a discreet side door around 2:20 AM.

Chelsea Handler and 50 Cent aren’t afraid to share their pillow talk with the rest of the world.

The comedienne took to Twitter on Monday to post an intimate photo of herself planting a kiss on the rapper’s cheek while the two lay cuddled in bed.

“I don’t know why anyone thinks I would ever date a rapper,” Handler tweeted to her 2.8 million followers.

The mismatched duo, both 35, was first linked in October after they were photographed looking cozy in a New Orleans bar. Handler attempted to squash romance rumors by dismissing the date as a meeting about a “potential project,” saying, “There’, both s nothing to report yet.”

The twosome, who Us Weekly claims are “casually dating,” was then spotted enjoying lunch together in Malibu on Oct. 31.

“It’s been going on for a while,” a source told the mag at the time. “It’s more of a hookup thing – whenever they are in the same town.”

The comic blasted the actress – who has been in a relationship with Brad Pitt, the ex-husband of the TV host’s close pal Jennifer Aniston, since 2005 – during her stand-up comedy show in Newark, New Jersey on Friday, and mocked the brunette beauty for adopting three children from Cambodia, Vietnam and Ethiopia.

She ranted: “She’s a homewrecker, she is. She can rescue as many babies from as many countries as she wants to. I don’t f***ing believe you. She gives interviews, ‘I don’t have a lot of female friends.’ Because you’re a f***ing **** … You’re a f***ing b***h.”

Though Angelina – who raises adopted Maddox, nine, Pax, seven, and five-year-old Zahara with Brad, as well as their biological kids, Shiloh, four, and two-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne – has always maintained she and her ‘Mr. and Mrs. Smith’ co-star never got romantically involved until after he split from Jennifer, Chelsea is not convinced.

One source said: “Chelsea hates Angelina and doesn’t for one second buy that she is this good person rescuing children in need around the world. Everyone in Hollywood is scared to say what they really think about Angelina except Chelsea.
“She thinks Angie stole another woman’s husband and should be called out on it.”

Chelsea spent the recent Thanksgiving holiday in Mexico with Jennifer, and pals believe the outspoken presenter is a good influence on the former ‘Friends’ star.

The source added to gossip website PopEater: “Chelsea is the best thing to happen to Jen. Chelsea isn’t afraid to tell Jen the truth even if it is painful. In the past Jen has made it clear that she doesn’t want her friends talking about what went down between her, Brad and Angie.

“But Chelsea doesn’t care. She thinks Angelina has used her kids to manipulate her image and gotten away with destroying a beautiful marriage. She’s going to shout it from the roof tops whether Jen likes it or not.”

They have both denied rumours of a blossoming romance.

But comedienne Chelsea Handler and rapper 50 Cent did little to quash mounting speculation as they stepped out in public yesterday for the third time in a month.

The 35-year-old rapper, also known as Curtis James Jackson, and 35-year-old chat show host Handler enjoyed a Sunday lunch date in Malibu.

The pair were both dressed casually with Chelsea in black jeans and a striped long sleeved T-shirt and a straw fedora while 50 Cent wore an all black ensemble with a huge diamond cross round his neck.

The couple appeared happy and relaxed as they walked out of the restaurant and piled into 50′s enormous Rolls Royce.

Chelsea even paused to take a picture of a smiling 50 Cent with her cell phone before getting into the passenger side of the car.

Rumours of the two dating have been circulating for several weeks after they were spotted together looking very cosy at The Blue Nile Jazz Club in New Orleans at the beginning of October.

Chelsea took to her Twitter to dispel the reports saying: ‘Everyone, calm down. I met with Mr. Cent about a potential project. There’s nothing to report yet, I’ll let you know if there is.’

But just last week they were spotted again at the Backstage Bar and Grill in Culver City at the birthday party for one of Chelsea’s friends.

The pair met in November 2009 when he appeared in her E! Television chat show, Chelsea Lately.

According to the New York Daily News, the rapper and actor left Handler a voice mail message asking her out, after his appearance on the show.

Don’t get Nick Cannon angry. You wouldn’t like him when he’s angry.

The actor, 30, turned into a, well, loose cannon, after E! talk show host Chelsea Handler bashed him on Twitter this week.

“I just heard nick cannon is starting a comedy tour. Who’s going to do the comedy?” Handler tweeted Thursday.

Cannon, who was preparing for a weekend show at the Gotham Comedy Club in Manhattan, issued a quick response that led to a Twitter feud spanning the rest of Thursday evening.

“Wow @chelseahandler I actaully used to have respect for you as a comic. But for one artist to diss another in the same art form. #Tasteless,” Cannon posted. “Soon as I get off stage tonight, I’m going in on @chelseahandler I’m about to be relentless! OFF WITH HER HEAD but right now I got to focus.”

Handler responded by tweeting a picture of grape soda and the caption, “@nickcannon pls drink this before you tweet me again.”

From then on, Cannon dominated the back-and-forth, running up a series of tweets demeaning the “Chelsea Lately” host.

“Everyone knows @Chelseahandler had sex with the head of E! for her show,” Cannon tweeted, referencing rumors that Handler got her own show because she was dating the head of E! at the time. “So when its canceled does he get residual p—y for the reruns?”

Cannon later slammed the comic’s looks, saying she looked like she got “hit in the face with a hot bag nickels” and that her recent night out with rapper 50 Cent was just so the two could share “testosterone tips.”

Handler, who has a history of shooting down her critics, has yet to respond to Cannon’s comments.

Cannon ended the rant with a tweet directed at Handler, shock jock Howard Stern and rapper Eminem, all of whom have insulted the comedian in the past.

“Why do all these angry ugly whitetrash folks want beef with me?” he tweeted in exasperation. “What I do? I’m a harmless corny dude!”

Chelsea Handler has brushed off reports she’s dating 50 Cent after a recent night out together, revealing she met the rapper to discuss “a potential project”.

The In Da Club hitmaker sparked romance rumors when he was spotted getting cosy with Handler at a jazz bar in New Orleans this weekend, just days after professing his love for her talk show, Chelsea Lately.

The hip-hop star failed to put an end to the speculation when he was quizzed by photographers on his way to a restaurant in Beverly Hills on Tuesday – but Handler is adamant there is no romance.

In a post on her Twitter.com page, she writes, “Everyone, calm down. I met with Mr. Cent about a potential project. There’s nothing to report yet, I’ll let you know if there is.”

The two were caught last night by TMZ cameras cozying up to each other. There have been rumors that there was a possible romance between the two and now it looks like we have our proof! The pair were caught on a date at the Blue Nile club in New Orleans last night.
