Jasmine Waltz , David Arquette’s lover, creates her own shake the “Jasmine’s Sinful Delight” at the Millions of Milkshakes on October 18, 2010 in Los Angeles.
Will anyone going to Millions of Milkshakes even know who she is to buy this shake?

The 39-year-old actor – who announced his separation from the ‘Cougar Town’ star after 11 years of marriage earlier this week – has apologized for being too honest on Howard Stern’s radio show in which he revealed Courteney had gotten tired of being a “mother” to him.
He wrote on his twitter page: “Thank you all for your love and support at this time. I’m trying figuring out how to be the best person I can be, but it’s been a process of trial and error.
“I went on Howard Stern to provide clarity and honesty about what I’m experiencing but while doing that I shared too much … it’s alright for me to be honest about my own feelings but in retrospect some of the information I provided involved others and for that I am sorry and humbled . Life is a process of spiritual evolution.”

The Hollywood star – who has a six-year-old daughter Coco with Courteney – believes he and his estranged wife will become better people because of the split.
He tweeted: “I’m sure Courteney and myself will emerge from this painful time better people for what we’ve learned.”
However, Courteney, 46, is said to be unsurprised by David’s candid interview and doesn’t want to get caught up in any “ridiculousness”.
A source said: “She knows who David and what he’s like. She married him. All that he said, and how he said it, that’s David.
“Does she wish she could edit what comes out of his mouth? Sure. But nothing surprises her at this point. What’s amazing about Courteney is that she doesn’t get caught up in the ridiculousness.”

The heartbroken David Arquette, now going through a very public separation with wife Courteney Cox, only wanted to talk to Howard Stern exclusively to tell his side of the story. He called into the Howard Stern Show this morning, (at 4:15AM Pacific Time) to clear the air about rumors of affairs on both sides and all the emotional turmoil he is going through. The very personal and honest conversation, which went on for about an hour, can be seen in its entirety only on Howard TV On Demand starting tomorrow night.
The entire interview can be seen starting October 13 on Howard TV On Demand and will be available for about three weeks. More info at www.howard.tv

Though David Arquette admits he’s already slept with another woman since his split with Courteney Cox, the actor hints his wife of 11 years may have also found someone else.
During an interview on Howard Stern’s Sirius Satellite radio show Tuesday, Arquette said he didn’t know if his wife and her “Cougar Town” co-star Brian Van Holt were getting physical, but acknowledged an “emotional affair.”
He added that “part of the terms of our separation was that I was allowed to see other people and so was she.”
This isn’t the first time Van Holt’s name has been brought up in relation to the couple’s problems.
According to RadarOnline.com, the nature of the pair’s relationship was questioned in April after Cox sent her chauffeured limo home and opted to spend the night on the “Cougar Town” set with Van Holt.
“The talk on the set was that she and David had an open marriage,” an on-set source told Radar. “David came to the ‘Cougar Town’ set maybe four or five times over the course of the season, that’s not a lot compared with other actors.”
“Courteney spent a lot of her time on the set with Brian,” the source added.
However, the co-star’s relationship may be nothing but platonic, says Van Holt’s sister, Heather.

“As far as I know they are not romantically involved,” she told Radar. “We are a very close knit family and he is usually very open with me, I’m sure he would have told me.”
Van Holt, who plays Cox’s free-spirited ex-husband on the hit ABC sitcom, is an Illinois native who grew up in California. He got his start in showbiz by winning a modeling contest, which landed him a contract with a Hollywood agency. Following small roles in TV shows such as “Spin City,” “Sex and the City” and “Entourage,” Van Holt got his big break last year with “Cougar Town,” which is produced by Cox and Arquette’s company Coquette Productions.
In the same interview with Stern, Arquette confirmed rumors he has been seeing former cocktail waitress Jasmine Waltz, 28.
The actor told Stern he “did have sex with her one time, maybe twice,” and it made him feel “manly.”
The news of Cox and Arquette’s split broke Monday night, and the couple quickly released a statement acknowledging the separation but also praising their relationship.
“We have agreed to a trial separation that dates back for some time. The reason for this separation is to better understand ourselves and the qualities we need in a partner and for our marriage,” the statement read. “We remain best friends and responsible parents to our daughter and we still love each other deeply.”

Courteney Cox and David Arquette announced Monday they have been separated for some time but said they remain committed parents and “best friends.”
The actors released a joint statement announcing what they are calling a trial separation.
“The reason for this separation is to better understand ourselves and the qualities we need in a partner and for our marriage,” the statement said. “We remain best friends and responsible parents to our daughter and we still love each other deeply.”
The statement was released shortly after In Touch Weekly reported the couple’s split.
Cox, 46, and Arquette, 39, met on the set of the film “Scream” in 1996 and married three years later. They have a 6-year-old daughter together.
The actors’ statement Monday said they were comfortable with the boundaries they had set up and hoped they would be treated with dignity by friends, family and the media.
While the pair are inserting some space into their personal lives, their careers remain intertwined.
Cox and Arquette are costarring in the fourth installment of the “Scream” series, which is due out next year.
Cox gained widespread fame for her role on the comedy “Friends” and currently stars in ABC’s “Cougar Town.” Arquette is an executive producer of that show and has appeared in numerous films, including “Never Been Kissed” and “3000 Miles to Graceland.”

A New York Times fashion blogger outraged readers last week after alleging that Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox and Kate Hudson have “put on a little weight” at the Golden Globe awards. But while fans raised eyebrows at the bold criticism, one person who was less downright angry was Cox’s husband, David Arquette.
The actor voiced his disgust at the opening of the “Pee Wee Herman Show” in Los Angeles Wednesday. “I don’t think that has anything to do with anything. Writing articles about people that put on weight is just wasting space for real news,” Arquette said. “And who really cares? I love round people, I love skinny people. I love people in general; we’ve got to get past labels and stop being so critical about everything. On the Internet, people find that place and think they can just speak their mind, but a lot of the time you see how mean people are. In general, we just need to be a kinder society.”
And as for the highly-anticipated “Scream 4,” while Arquette, wife Cox and co-star Neve Campbell have all signed on, director Wes Craven has not officially come on board.
“I’m so excited,” Arquette proclaimed. “I hope more than anything that Wes Craven does it. If he doesn’t it will break my heart, I have my fingers crossed.”
Also at Pee Wee’s show was troubled Tinseltowner David Hasselhoff (who stuck to the water all night and told us he was “doing good, taking one day at a time”) before gushing about his new gig – an unnamed reality show on A&E.
“Living with the Hoff baby!” he exclaimed. “All the ups and all the downs, all the stuff you see in the press. What’s good, what’s bad, what’s indifferent, that’s what you can expect.”
But it seems one show is not enough. Hasselhoff wants to follow in the footsteps of “Melrose Place” and “90210” and bring back those busty babes running along the beach in slow motion.
“I would absolutely do Baywatch again,” he said. “I would do anything; it was a lot of fun.”
