David Beckham has emphatically denied cheating on his wife with a prostitute in 2007, according to new legal documents signed by the footballer.

The LA Galaxy star has filed a declaration to a Los Angeles court in his $25 million battle against Imra Nici and the publishers of American magazine In Touch.

The tabloid reported claims he cheated on Victoria Beckham with the $10,000-a-night Bosnian-born prostitute and engaged in a threesome.

The 35-year-old, who has been married for 11 years, accuses Nici of fabricating the entire story, branding her claims ‘unequivocally false.’

In the documents, Beckham states he ‘never met Nici, let alone committed adultery with Nici or paid her for sex.’

‘Irma Nici’s statements have caused me and my family great anguish and emotional distress, and have adversely affected both my personal and professional life,’ Beckham writes.

Nici, 26, claimed she was paid $10,000 cash after sleeping with him on five occasions, including liaisons at the Manhattan’s Le Parker Meridian Hotel and London’s Claridges Hotel in London in 2007.

She is understood to be counter-suing the footballer for ‘emotional and physical injuries.’

She is said to be claiming for the injuries received when a process server arrived at her New York hotel to deliver Beckham’s lawsuit in October.

Beckham’s lawyer Bert H. Deixler wrote to the German-owned magazine before they published the story, saying: ‘Let me make it clear. The story you propose to run about Mr Beckham and a prostitute is a lie.

‘The allegations are unequivocally denied. Publishing them would lead to legal action and end in an enormous damages award against you.’

But the magazine ignored his pleas and carried on to print the claims under the front page headline that read, Beckham Caught Cheating: The Ultimate Betrayal.

The Beckhams have three sons; Brooklyn, 11, Romeo, eight, and Cruz, five.

The 35-year-old soccer ace – who already has around 20 etchings – got the inking on his chest before flying to the UK to receive a Lifetime Achievement honour at the BBC Sports Personality of the Year awards last night.

The hunky sportsman posted a photo on his Facebook page of himself bare-chested and getting the tattoo in Los Angeles, and explained the intricate body art took six hours to complete by tattooist to the stars Mark Mahoney.
David wrote: “I want to let you all in on something. Just had a new tattoo done by the legendary Mark Mahoney. Took six hours!”

The Los Angeles Galaxy player – who attended the sports ceremony in Birmingham with his wife Victoria and their three sons, Brooklyn, 11, Romeo, eight, and five-year-old Cruz – was presented with his award by Manchester United soccer legend Sir Bobby Charlton, 73.

After receiving a three-minute-long standing ovation, David – who captained England, and won soccer championships with Manchester United and Real Madrid – dedicated his prize to his wife and children, saying: “Not only has she given me three amazing boys but she’s truly an inspiration for me every day. So Victoria, Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz, thank you.”
Victoria – who cried in the audience as her husband accepted his statuette – described the reception as “breathtaking” and spoke of her pride for David and their sons.

Writing on twitter, she said: “Words can’t express how proud I am of David. A truly wonderful and very emotional evening. I’m so proud of my little men too!!!

“Thank u all so much for your kind words to David! The reception tonight was breath taking and I am so, so proud of him!!

“I couldn’t sleep!!!!! so excited, happy and proud of David!!!!”

Two months after David Beckham filed a lawsuit against In Touch Weekly for publishing a cover story claiming he cheated on wife Victoria, the magazine is fighting back – with more scandalous allegations.

The celebrity mag alleged in September that Beckham, 35, had sex with former “high-class call girl” Irma Nici on at least two occasions, once with another woman joining them.

According to a court declaration from Nov. 18 obtained by RadarOnline.com, Executive Editor Deborah Baer claims, “Well before we received the information concerning Mr. Beckham’s relationship with Irma Nici that is described in the article, the magazine had for months been working on other stories that built on Beckham’s reputation for adultery.”

Baer goes on to detail tips the mag received about Beckham allegedly spending time with a lingerie saleswoman in Los Angeles.

“Ultimately, she denied the story of an affair, as did Mr. Beckham, and we elected not to publish the article,” Baer says. “But we continued to believe that Mr. Beckham did have a relationship with this lingerie saleswoman.”

Though Beckham’s reported friend Shery Shabani has denied her own husband’s accusation she had an affair with the soccer star, Baer claims in the declaration that the soccer stud’s nanny found “suggestive text messages” between the two implying a relationship.

Baer also claims In Touch has evidence Beckham visited hotels with women other than his wife multiple times.

Beckham is reportedly suing the magazine for $25 million.

His lawsuit claims “the case arises from defendants’ publication of lies to make money for themselves and to embarrass and inflict emotional distress upon Beckham, a world-famous athlete. Defendants published these statements with actual malice and with intent to profit by causing harm to Beckham.”

The magazine, however, is seeking to have the case dismissed, arguing it “did nothing more than report what it believed was absolutely true … based on the firsthand recollections of Irma Nici as confirmed by [madam] Kristin Davis and the other woman.”

In its filing, In Touch asserts it published “a story whose many details were independently verified by the magazine and one that was entirely consistent with the magazine’s own prior reporting, as well as previous widespread reports of other affairs by Beckham, including at least one with another prostitute.”

The magazine acknowledges that Beckham’s camp dismissed the story before it was published, noting that “In the face of this evidence, Beckham provided only a general denial. In the end, the magazine and its editors absolutely believed in the truth of the story and most certainly had no serious doubts about its accuracy.”

In short, the documents claim “Beckham…offers nothing other than his word to dispute the well-researched, well-sourced story that In Touch Weekly published.”

But a Beckham friend says the sports superstar is undeterred by the mag’s seemingly hard stance.

“This is a smokescreen and it is not going to hold up in court,” the source told Radar. “He is not backing down, he plans to go full throttle in this matter and this posturing, with no evidence and no facts, isn’t going to stall the inevitable.”

Lawyers for David Beckham have filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles alleging that a magazine knowingly published false claims that the soccer superstar had sex with prostitutes.

The suit filed Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court accuses Delaware-based Bauer Publishing Company LP and its affiliates of libel, slander and intentional infliction of emotional distress for the In Touch magazine article.

The suit also names 26-year-old Irma Nici, who is quoted as saying she was a call girl who slept with Beckham five times in 2007. She claims he also had sex with a second prostitute.

Beckham publicist Jeff Raymond says suits are being filed in other jurisdictions including Germany, where Bauer’s parent corporation is located.

David Beckham has spoken out about the moment he was confronted by an irate soccer fan who broke into the England team’s dressing room on Friday – insisting the players were never in danger.

World Cup officials have tightened security at the tournament in South Africa after Londoner Pavlos Joseph entered the players’ changing area – and took the opportunity to scold the squad after they failed to score any points in a match against Algeria.

Beckham, who was ruled out of the competition due to injury but has been supporting the team, received the brunt of Joseph’s wrath but he’s adamant the upset fan was not a threat.

He says, “It was a very personal conversation… The actual fan literally just walked in very casually and just said something to me and then walked out – there was no scuffle, there was no aggression at all.”

Speaking to reporters after the incident, Joseph reveals he told Beckham, “That (match) was woeful. David, we’ve spent a lot of money getting here. This is a disgrace. What are you going to do about it?”

The 32 year old recalls, “The room was so quiet you could hear a pin drop. The players’ chins were on their chests – they looked pretty ashamed.”

British royals Princes William and Harry were in the locker room just moments before Joseph burst in and they have laughed off the incident.

William quips, “The guys went in the changing room pretty upset about how they played. But by the time we finished there were laughs and jokes – Harry and I acted like idiots… Harry and I left the door open. That’s why it happened. It was our fault.”

The England soccer player – who recently met up with the rapper when they filmed an advert for Adidas together – goes “way back” with Snoop and the hip-hop star has offered to teach him how to spit lyrics while he recovers from a ruptured Achilles tendon.

The 38-year-old musician said: “Beckham and I go way back. He’s like a brother. I’m gonna show him to rap, for shizzle. He’s my boy. He was terrific with my kids and they had a great time as he taught them how to shoot and score the perfect goal.”

Snoop has also promised the pair will star in more Adidas adverts together.

He told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “The Adidas ad was unbelievable. You had four classic brands – Snoop Dogg, David Beckham, ‘Star Wars’, Adidas. With a formula like that it’s gonna be off the chain. Be on the lookout for more of that in 2010 – we got more for yo a*s. We’ve spoken, yeah, it’s gonna be huge. Huge. I love soccer just as he loves hip-hop.”

David, 34, is not the only person ‘The Malice in Wonderland’ star wants to work with.

Snoop is also keen on a collaboration with Scottish singing sensation Susan Boyle.

He said: “I’ve been trying to holla at that home girl Susan Boyle for the longest time now – holla at yo boy Susan.”

The former Spice Girl – who has three sons with the soccer star – is desperate for a daughter and has devised a “timetable” to allow them to get intimate as often as possible.

The couple apparently started their new sex regime during an Easter holiday in the Caribbean but have now briefly parted ways as David recovers from a ruptured Achilles tendon in Los Angeles and Victoria is in London for work.

A family friend told The Sun newspaper: “David was relieved to get a break. He’s not complaining. But with all the strapping on his foot just getting about is hard enough, let alone bedroom gymnastics five times a day. Vic is desperate to get pregnant and has a timetable for sex.”

David, 34, is apparently “exhausted” from his 35-year-old spouse’s demands and is trying to recuperate quickly before they reunite on Monday.

The friend added: “From what David’s said it basically means he must be on continuous standby. He’s exhausted and is just trying to get his energy back for Victoria’s return.”

The couple were expected to start trying for a baby after this summer’s World Cup soccer tournament but have decided to extend their brood earlier now David has been ruled out of the England squad because of his injury.

In terms of their super-slick public images, these cover shots are a bit of departure.

Multi-millionaire footballer David Beckham may have been fantasising about living a simpler life, as he got his hands dirty masquerading as a macho mechanic for a magazine shoot.

And Victoria’s buttoned down fashion style was sexed up as she struck a sultry pose, looking unusually curvy, in a nude body-con slip by Roland Mouret for fashion and art magazine 10.

The pair feature in the new double cover issue of 10 magazine, marking the publication’s 10th anniversary.

The high-brow style bible is an arty mag about high fashion, rather than about celebrities and dieting – so the Beckhams appearance on its cover is a surprise choice.

Inside there is a 40-page spread of the smouldering couple, shot by photographer Cedric Buchet.

Victoria’s cover pose showcases her new hairdo, which she wears in curls, while David, playing the tattooed mechanic, wears an oil-stained white T-shirt after a hard day’s graft at the garage.

In the accompanying interview, Victoria talks about her fashion line, saying: ‘My dresses are for women of all different shapes and sizes.

‘Actually, the one I tried on yesterday was the one Jennifer wore. And who’d have thought I’d be the same size as Jennifer Lopez!’

Victoria also revealed that she has no intention to leave the fashion world. ‘I still plan to be doing this in 10, 15, 20 years time, so it’s got to be done right,’ she said.

Beckham admitted that he still hasn’t got used to being looked up to as a sex symbol.

Speaking about his time as an Armani underwear model, a role which Cristiano Ronaldo took over this month, David said: ‘I still feel quite shy when I see a poster or campaign like that.

‘It was a daunting experience stripping off in front of a room of people but after a while you get used to it – although my mum still hasn’t.’
