Dina Lohan played Queen of the Hamptons Saturday night at the 15,000-square-foot Watermill castle of billionaire playboy Ivan Wilzig.

In a medieval-style flowing dress, and a flowered veil, Lindsay Lohan’s mom even had a cadre of identically dressed young ladies-in-waiting who sat at her feet as she held court and flirted with Wilzig, a k a “Sir Ivan,” at his annual regally themed bash.

When a young party girl who’d taken the dress code for the fete less seriously passed, Queen Dina barked, “That’s not very medieval!” Later a hidden gem in the castle was uncovered: a black room with a large swing chained to the ceiling, a cage with handcuffs, shackles and a slew of giant, stuffed bunnies. It seems the chamber is reserved for anointed subjects. “Only the talent can come in here,” a staffer said. When asked where the talent was, he replied they were “coming later.” Egads! Guests at the party included “The Book of Mormon” creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker.

On Sunday, Lindsay Lohan’s mom was overheard talking about her plans to appear on the ABC show as she celebrated her daughter’s birthday at a private house in Water Mill dubbed the Ciroc Cabana Club.

Lindsay had been expected to join, but she stayed in LA to remain low-key after completing her house arrest. Also at the bash thrown by Matt Levine and Kelly Brady, with food from Georgica chef Seth Levine, was “Twilight” hunk Kellan Lutz, who was surrounded by girls following his split with AnnaLynne McCord.

Sources say the Betty Ford Center has upped security to keep dad Michael out at Lindsay’s request during family visit time at the Palm Springs facility.

Dina had her own drama trying to get to LA Sunday night when her plane was stuck at JFK because of mechanical problems.

Mean while, Michael continues to blame Lindsay’s problems on Dina, branding her “enabling, lying white trash,” in an e-mail to Page Six Magazine.

Dina couldn’t be reached last night but recently said she was “taking the high road” by refusing to argue.

Lindsay Lohan’s mom says the actress will be moving away from California and back to New York after she gets out of drug rehabilitation.

Dina Lohan, during an often tense interview with NBC “Today” show co-host Matt Lauer on Friday, said her daughter was doing “wonderfully” after 14 days in jail and lashed out at California Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel, who put the actress there.

“She’s great,” Lohan said. “She’s been through a lot. The judge played hardball. Lindsay was in with alleged murderers and she’s become friends with a lot of them. Lindsay rolled with the punches and she’s doing wonderfully.”

Lindsay Lohan served 14 days of a 90-day jail sentence for violating her probation in a 2007 drug case. She was sent to a UCLA drug rehab facility for a court-mandated three-month treatment, and her mother said she’d be out soon.

Revel removed herself from Lohan’s case earlier this week after a prosecutor complained she improperly contacted experts or participants in the case.

Lauer prodded Lohan, noting that there were some observers who thought the 24-year-old actress had this coming to her because of bad behavior.

“I think that’s all propaganda and what people are reading,” she told him. “As you know, you’re in the business of entertainment, so I think a lot of it is pre-orchestrated and you’re reading things that are not based on fact.”

Lauer also asked her about a belief that her daughter was not well-served by those around her, including her parents.

“As a parent, you have to let her go a little bit,” she said. “When she went out to Los Angeles when she was 19, I had to let her go and let her live and fall and fail and survive. Without failure, there’s no success. I was there in close proximity, but you can’t make your child not go out and go to a club and not get behind the wheel of a car. I certainly don’t condone any of that behavior.”

“They’re gonna do what they’re gonna do when they turn 18, 19,” Lohan said. “… And you kind of lose a little power and control, which you want to do for your child. You want to let them go. Without failure, there’s no success.”

Said Lauer: “You’re confident she’ll come through it?”

“She’s already through it,” Lohan said.

Michael Lohan said in an interview Friday on CBS’ “The Early Show” that his ex-wife should be out of their daughter’s career “and I shouldn’t be any part of her career. I never was. I never was a manager or anything.”

“I tried to do my best as a father. I made my mistakes. I wound up in jail. … Lindsay certainly paid a price for that,” he said. “… But it’s time to put everything aside. I thought Dina did that. But, obviously, you know, we have some work to do ourselves on this.”

Dina Lohan said she had put her daughter in drug rehab the first time, and argued with Lauer over how many times Lindsay had been in drug treatment.

She said her daughter’s life has been under a microscope because of tabloid interest.

“You can’t blame it all on the tabloids,” Lauer said. “She’s made some wrong decisions.”

Lohan said Lindsay will be coming to New York. California is “a wonderful state,” she said, but “it’s a different game you play there, the court system is a little different.”

Dina Lohan angered Carvel store managers on Long Island by allegedly abusing, and overusing, a special “Carvel Black Card” issued to her daughter to get free ice cream.

Even though Lindsay is the only person supposed to be using the card, Dina presented it Wednesday night at the East Meadow store to get an ice cream cake for her son Cody’s 14th birthday.

The manager tried to confiscate the card. “He said I’m not giving the card back,” Dina said. “He almost pushed the cake off the counter and he wouldn’t give the card back, so we called police. It’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen.”

Cops came and gave the card back to Dina. A Carvel rep said the Black Cards were given out to celebrities last year as a promotion, and only the boldfaces themselves can use them. The rep also said the store later smoothed things over with Dina.

Lindsay Lohan’s mother Dina has a protective “team” surrounding her daughter.

Dina admits she is worried about her daughter’s lifestyle but has criticised her ex-husband Michael Lohan – who has repeatedly claimed the actress needs professional help for prescription drug addiction – for going public with her problems.

Dina blasted: “I don’t really listen to what Michael says. I have a team behind Lindsay. I’m certainly not going to tell you or the public what I’m doing but I definitely don’t sit idle and do nothing. We have a tight inner circle and we keep things private as a family.”

Dina – who also has three other children, Michael Douglas, 22, Ali, 16 and Dakota, 13, with Michael – also blasted her former spouse’s poor parenting skills and urged him to stay silent to stop hurting his family.

She added to America’s OK! magazine: “Michael has no relationship with his children. He has no visitation. My daughter Ali has a block on her phone, my little one doesn’t talk to him, my older son Michael is in college and doesn’t talk to him and Lindsay has no relationship with him. He has hurt them deeply by what he’s done publicly and it breaks my heart.

“I can’t make him be a better father, but I want him to stop hurting Lindsay publicly. He needs to focus on his three other children and take care of them. It’s time for him to be quiet for while.”

This week Michael announced he had got engaged to girlfriend Kate Major and Dina also attacked his plans for a lavish wedding, insisting he should use his money for their children.

She said: “Where he’s finding money for engagement rings and weddings I don’t know. He’s nine months behind in his child support. I wish him the best, but pay for the kids you already have.”

Just two days earlier, Dina took him to court for alleged nonpayment of $40,000 in child support.

She said, “It is sad that the day before Christmas Eve, I was back in court with Michael over child support. He claims he’s broke and can’t pay — yet he drives around in a Mercedes and has a house in the Hamptons. He got paid for selling tape recordings of private conversations relating to Lindsay, but he won’t pay for his children.”

But Dina said that despite battling with her ex, she was determined to have a happy celebration at home with her kids, including Lindsay, Ali and brothers Michael and Cody. Dina added, “A lot has happened, but we’ll end the year on a positive note. We always have a big celebration, we always invite all manner of strays and friends to join in.” Michael did not respond to our e-mails.

Lindsay Lohan has teamed up with mom Dina to threaten “loose cannon” dad Michael with jail over his outbursts that Lindsay is killing herself with drugs.

Dina says Lindsay is applying for a restraining order following Michael’s statement that he wanted to kidnap her and force her into rehab. And Dina, who claims the family is afraid of him, is ready to send her ex to jail for nonpayment of child support.

Following reports that Michael plans to go on TV and play her phone messages about Lindsay, Dina said: “He’s getting a cease-and-desist letter [from us], so that’s not going to happen. If it’s something personal about your child, you don’t go public with it.”

“He is hurting Lindsay. It breaks my heart. She’s like, ‘Mommy, when is he ever going to stop?’ ” Dina said.

“He is also six months behind in his child support. On Monday, we will file a violation order, and if he doesn’t pay, he’ll go to jail.

“He’s getting paid for these shows he’s doing talking about Lindsay,” Dina said. “He’s flying all over the country and not paying for his other three children he’s hurting every time he goes on television.

“It is horrific that a father could do this. We are afraid he’s spiraling out of control. [Daughter] Ali is scared and will be getting an order of protection. Lindsay is getting an order in California and in New York.

“He’s desperate, he’s running out of options because none of his children is talking to him. Doors are closing for him, and he’s getting a little nervous, which makes us nervous. We’re scared.

“But I believe in karma, and his leash is getting tighter,” Dina said. “He just needs to zip his mouth.”

Michael and his lawyer, Anthony Grandinette, did not return calls for comment.
