Eva Longoria has spoken for the first time about her painful divorce from Tony Parker, revealing in an emotional interview that the split still makes her “want to cry”.

The Desperate Housewives star parted ways with the basketball player back in November and their divorce was finalised in January.

Longoria has remained largely silent on the subject of her personal life, but has now opened up about her troubles – revealing the last few months have been “very hard”.

She tells Allure magazine, “Every time I talk about it, I want to cry. It’s been hard. Very hard. I’m just trying to get through it as gracefully as possible without any drama.”

The actress, who is now rumored to be dating Penelope Cruz’s younger brother Eduardo, also admits she’s still struggling to adjust to her new life, but she is striving to embrace the changes.

She adds, “I’m kind of having to find new patterns because… I’m used to always being on a plane and flying to a basketball game…I’m in a transition stage, settling into a new routine, and I welcome it.”

On the heels of finalizing her divorce, Eva Longoria may be heating up with someone new.

The “Desperate Housewives” star, 35, has been spending time with Eduardo Cruz, a Spanish pop star and Penelope Cruz’s 25-year-old brother.

According to People.com, the two were “flirty” last week at a cabaret show in Hollywood.

They “seemed to have a good time,” a witness told the site, and even “held hands for a brief moment.”

The date-like outing comes after several other sightings in recent months, including Christmas Eve, when Cruz was spotted outside Longoria’s home.

A source told OK! Magazine in early January that Cruz is “there at least three nights out of every four — he turns up and he leaves the next morning.”

Longoria and ex-husband Tony Parker finalized their divorce Jan. 28, making the actress officially single.

“Eva definitely seems to have moved on from her sad divorce drama,” a source from the “Housewives” set told People.

Eva Longoria’s divorce from Tony Parker has been finalized.

The Desperate Housewives star, who wed the basketball player in 2007, made headlines in November 2010 when she filed for divorce from Parker citing irreconcilable differences, amid allegations he had been unfaithful.

The pair’s marriage was dissolved on Friday, according to In Touch Weekly.

A source tells the publication, “The divorce documents will come through today, she is happy and moving forward with her life.”

A Las Vegas nightclub owned by “Desperate Housewives” actress Eva Longoria has filed for bankruptcy, saying it owes nearly $5.7 million.

Lawyers for Beso LLC said in a federal Chapter 11 filing on Thursday that they project losing more than $76,000 per month at the CityCenter restaurant and nightspot. It is seeking bankruptcy in order to keep operating.

Beso owes nearly $1.8 million to CityCenter for its lease at the Crystals mall inside the resort complex that opened in December 2009, lawyers said in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court filing in Las Vegas.

CityCenter is owned jointly by casino operator MGM Resorts International and Dubai World, the investment arm of the Persian Gulf state.

Longoria owns nearly one-third of Beso but is also listed as an unsecured creditor. Lawyers said she gave a cash loan of just over $1 million and paid $375,000 in legal fees for the venture.

Longoria’s publicists in Los Angeles said that the filing was the last step in dealing with a dispute with two former partners.

Longoria said in the statement e-mailed to The Associated Press that the new year and reorganization presented a good opportunity to begin anew.

“I look forward to a more proactive, hands-on approach in the coming years with my Las Vegas businesses,” she said.

The statement said Longoria plans to travel to Las Vegas next week to take charge of Beso’s plans for moving forward.

The lawyer who filed the bankruptcy did not immediately return a message seeking comment from the press.

Gordon Absher, a spokesman for MGM Resorts International, said he did not expect Beso to close because of the filing.

“It is our understanding that Beso will conduct business as usual during these proceedings and that they will not present any interruptions to customers,” Absher said.

Longoria’s publicists said the actress anticipated expanding her relationship with MGM Resorts.

A meeting for creditors in Las Vegas was scheduled for Feb. 10.

In the bankruptcy filing, lawyers for Beso said the business has $2.5 million in assets, mostly computers, furniture, restaurant supplies and audio and video equipment. The filing estimated the business earns $1.24 million per month with $1.32 million in costs.

Beso had gross income of nearly $14.6 million last year, the filing said.

Beso said three it is involved in three civil lawsuits, which are still pending.

The ‘Desperate Housewives’ star – who is in the process of divorcing husband Tony Parker – has enjoyed a string of dates with singer Eduardo Cruz, the younger brother of Penelope Cruz.

A source told OK! magazine: “He’s there at least three nights out of every four – he turns up and he leaves the next morning. They are trying desperately to stay beneath the radar.”

The new couple reportedly met at a party and had been “flirting” for a while before 25-year-old Eduardo was spotted with Eva in her garage on Christmas Eve.

The actress’ publicist stated: “Eva and Eduardo are friends.”

Eva, 35, was married to Tony for three years before filing for divorce in November.

However, the pair are attempting to keep their divorce civil and were spotted having lunch together last month, with pals saying they met to “work out the details” of their split.

The heartbroken star has recently been comforted by close pal Victoria Beckham, who urged all their friends to rally round and support the actress through her marriage split.

A source said: “Victoria has rounded all the girl troops in their inner clique so they can have some girly time and relax. She has given her some sexy VB dresses to cheer her up and is planning a night out for Eva with all their celeb friends.”

Eva Longoria and Tony Parker may be in the midst of a divorce, but they sure do like eating together.

Almost two weeks after they were spotted sharing a meal in Los Angeles despite recently announcing their split, Longoria flew to Texas to dine with Parker again.

In a photo obtained by TMZ.com, the “Desperate Housewives” star is seen wearing a black hat and shirt as she sits at Rudy’s Country Store and Bar-B-Q, just outside of San Antonio.

The meals could be a sign that the couple, who wed in 2007, is working out their issues.

According to TMZ sources, reconciliation is still possible. Longoria, 35, traveled to Texas specifically to “spend time with” the 28-year-old NBA player and the pair had a “very friendly” visit.

Longoria filed for divorce Nov. 17 in California, while Parker filed his own petition in Texas a few days later.

Despite their bitter breakup, “Desperate Housewives” star Eva Longoria and her soon-to-be ex-husband Tony Parker managed to meet up for a civilized lunch in LA to discuss their divorce.

Longoria and the San Antonio Spurs star were spotted eating salad and having an intense conversation at a hotel on Wednesday.

A source said, “While the divorce is going ahead, things are reasonably civil between them.” Longoria, 35, filed for divorce on Nov. 17 citing “irreconcilable differences” in the wake of allegations that Parker, 28, had exchanged racy texts with Erin Barry, the estranged wife of his former teammate Brent Barry.

Yesterday, Erin broke her silence, writing on her Web site: “I DID NOT HAVE AN AFFAIR WITH TONY PARKER, nor did I ‘pursue’ Tony Parker,” adding that “friendship with Tony Parker had nothing to do with the end of my marriage.”

Actress Eva Longoria is throwing herself into work following her marriage breakdown – her production company has signed deals for three new TV series.

The Desperate Housewives star filed for divorce from basketball player Tony Parker earlier this month, citing irreconcilable differences amid reports he had been unfaithful.

But Longoria is refusing to let her personal life interfere with her career – she will co-executive produce two new shows for America’s ABC network, in addition to a mini-series for the Starz channel via her UnbeliEVAble company.

The ABC projects include the drama Sendera, about a wealthy family from Mexico and another from Texas, which are locked in a power struggle. The show will be produced with Cold Case actress Kathryn Morris’ Hotplate Productions, reports industry publication Daily Variety.

Meanwhile, Longoria will also produce the Starz historical series Aztecs, about the love affair between Spanish conqueror Hernan Cortes and his interpreter, Malinalli.

Eva Longoria’s estranged husband Tony Parker has allegedly been sending sex texts to a beautiful British model.

The basketball ace also sent Sophia Egeler, 19, a barrage of messages, including a semi-naked photo of himself, in which he begged to meet up with her.

Sophia told The Sun newspaper: “From the minute he met me he was trying it on. I had no idea he was Eva Longoria’s husband. He would not take no for an answer and was telling me how much he liked me.”

Devastated Eva, 35, filed for divorce last week citing “irreconcilable differences” amid rumors she found a series of texts to other women on the NBA star’s phone which reportedly included Erin Barry, the wife of his former teammate Brent Barry.

Tony met Sophia at an Ultimate Fighting show in London and afterwards persuaded her to join him at London nightspot Whisky Mist with Arsenal soccer player Bacary Sagna.

She revealed: “I decided at 1am I wanted to leave but Parker followed me into the street. He begged me to come back to a house he claimed was his. I said no.”

After getting her number from a friend, Tony, 28, began sending her text messages including a semi-naked photo of himself and another one saying he was coming to Brighton to see her. The following day he sent her a text saying he had arrived in the seaside town.

Sophia – who didn’t get the text because she was out with pals – said the messages stopped last week when news of his impending divorce to Eva broke.

After filing legal separation papers last Wednesday, Eva wrote on twitter: “It is with great sadness that after 7 years together, Tony and I have decided to divorce. We love each other deeply and pray for each other’s happiness.”

Tony filed his own divorce papers in Bexar County, Texas, on Friday.
