George Clooney’s Sardinian squeeze has been named in testimony connected to a cocaine and prostitution bust at two Italian nightclubs.

Elisabetta Canalis, 31, allegedly did cocaine with a 26-year-old Parisian model who worked at Milan hot spot The Club in 2007 and 2008, Italy’s Corriere della Sera newspaper reported.

“I’ve done cocaine with other people, including Elisabetta Canalis,” the model, identified only as Karima M., reportedly told prosecutor Frank Di Maio in October 2008.

Authorities arrested five people and shut down The Club and nearby venue Hollywood on Monday.

The Club allegedly “recruited” models to entertain clients at VIP tables, run up huge tabs and provide sex off the premises, the prosecutor said.

A Los Angeles rep for Canalis was unable to comment by deadline.

Clooney, 49, began dating the stunning Italian TV host, model and actress last year.

They share the bachelor actor’s picture-perfect Italian villa on Lake Como.

George Clooney’s actor cousin Miguel Ferrer is facing a lawsuit from bank bosses over allegations he fell behind on loan payments.

Executives at America’s City National Bank claim the RoboCop star took out a $150,000 loan in April, 2009 but failed to make several payments a few months later.

Bosses at the company filed a lawsuit this week in a bid to recoup the remaining money, as well as a credit card balance of $3,245 plus interest, according to TMZ.com.

City National Bank chiefs are suing for a total of $142,640 plus interest, costs and attorney’s fees.

The 48-year-old actor and girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis were spotted in an official Italian Superenalotto game shop, where they reportedly splashed out hundreds of pounds on tickets in a bid to win a huge £117 million jackpot, in the hope he can raise money for the earthquake-stricken Caribbean nation.

George, who has a home in Italy’s Lake Como, is quoted as telling pals: “The jackpot is so high, so why not try?”

The ‘Up in the Air’ star has been active in raising money for victims in the disaster-stricken nation, and recently fronted a telethon in the US which raised more than $50 million for Haiti.

Speaking at the event, George said: “This is a tragedy that reaches across all borders, all boundaries.

“It demands our attention, our help and our compassion. The Haitian people need help. They need to know that they are not alone. They need to see that we still care.”

A large number of other celebrities took part in the money-raising efforts, including Justin Timberlake, Madonna, Reese Witherspoon, Tom Cruise, Mel Gibson and Penelope Cruz.

MTV Networks is working with George Clooney to stage a telethon for Haitian earthquake relief.

MTV spokesman Mark Jafar said Thursday that details are still being worked out.

There’s no word yet about other stars getting involved. But Clooney representative Stan Rosenfield said the actor is in the process of helping organize the telethon, which likely would air Jan. 22 on all MTV Networks – which include VH1, Comedy Central and CMT – as well as on ABC, NBC, HBO and CNN.

Thousands are feared dead after the massive earthquake, and the Caribbean island nation desperately needs aid.

Elisabetta Canalis is one of those girls that just seems to have all the luck.

If having a gorgeous Hollywood star boyfriend and her own flagship show on MTV in Italy wasn’t enough, she has just become the lingerie girl for Roberto Cavalli.

The 31-year-old Italian stars in the world-renowned designer’s new advertising campaign for his Spring 2010 underwear collection.

Shot in London in November in a 19th century private home, Elisabetta was snapped draped in a baroque velevt sofa in an animal print lingerie set, casting her sultry, smokey eyes towards the camera.

She also looked relaxed in some of the behind-the-scenes snaps showing her having her make-up perfectly applied and her dark hair expertly tousled.

The photos were taken by famed fashion photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Pigott and Cavallli had nothing but praise for his leading lady.

He said: For my next underwear collection I was inspired by a real woman, with appeal, charisma, and sensuality. I was sure Elisabetta was just perfect for enhancing the spirit of this advertising campaign…and I was not wrong!’

Elisabetta said: ‘It was a great pleasure and huge privilege to work for Roberto. The Cavalli brand has always been synonymous with the made in Italy excellence and known all over the world.

‘I am proud to represent it in this campaign, shot by two of the world’s greatest photographers.’

The campaign also makes it easy to see why notorious bachelor Clooney is happy to leave his single status behind.

A friend who spent New Year’s with them at Cabo San Lucas in Mexico, said, “I’ve never seen George so serious about a girlfriend before.

They were really happy together.” Our source adds, “But George is still preoccupied with the paparazzi covering his love life. He kept going on and on about how we need more laws to ban them. It’s like he’s obsessed.”
