The former ‘Hills’ star – who famously underwent 10 cosmetic surgery procedures in one day and has complained about back pain after having her chest enlarged to a G-cup – is said to have joined season five of the show, which is hosted by Dr. Drew Pinsky and sees stars get help for their problems, which are usually drink or drug related.

A source told X17: “Heidi was dropped off at the house two days ago by a friend, not Spencer [Pratt, Heidi's husband]. She is going to be on season five with the rest of the cast, but they are making her share a room with the ‘Real Housewives of DC’ star Michaele Salahi and she is throwing an absolute fit about sharing with her. There is major drama going down about where Heidi has to stay.”

It was previously revealed that Lindsay Lohan’s father Michael Lohan – who has battled addictions in the past – has signed up to work on his anger management issues.

A source said: “Michael is absolutely 100 per cent sober. He hasn’t been using drugs or alcohol, but he is being treated for anger management issues. Michael has tremendous admiration for Dr. Drew, and was given this opportunity to better himself, and he took it. Michael wants to deal with his anger issues in a controlled environment.”

Other cast members include actress Bai Ling, ‘Baywatch’ star Jeremy Jackson and New York Mets pitcher Dwight “Doc” Gooden.

She infamously underwent ten different surgeries in one day, including a chin reduction and second nose job.

Now Heidi Montag has revealed the scars caused by her plastic surgery, which she claims ruined her life.

A year on The Hills star has been left with unsightly marks and even deep grooves all over her body, with bald patches in her hair and uneven lumps from liposuction.

‘The big dark mark from my chin reduction is probably the most noticeable,’ Heidi said. ‘But the absolute worst is on my breasts, and the scariest is below my butt cheek.

‘People have fewer scars from car accidents than I have on my body.’

In an exclusive photoshoot for Life & Style magazine the 24-year-old showed off the ill-effects of her surgery.

She revealed a two-inch-long raised blemish under her chin from her chin reduction, two caterpillar-size bald spots along her hairline from a brow lift, a jagged line behind her ears from having them pinned back, lumpy legs and four spots on her lower back and below the buttocks from botched liposuction, a bright-red mark inside her right nostril, uneven boobs, a stretched mark on her chest and deep scars around her nipples from a second boob job.

‘Parts of my body definitely look worse than they did presurgery,’ Heidi said. ‘This is not what I signed up for.’
Heidi claims the scars are constant reminders of a low period in her life.

‘I would love to not be “plastic girl” or whatever they call me.

‘Surgery ruined my career and my personal life and just brought a lot of negativity into my world.

‘I wish I could jump into a time machine and take it all back. Instead, I’m always going to feel like Edward Scissorhands.’

But despite her regrets, Heidi is still planning more plastic surgery.

Heidi, who admits she is addicted to plastic surgery, would like to get her breasts reduced after having them enlarged to a G-cup.

Just last month the self-confessed surgery-addict said: ‘I don’t want the biggest boobs in the world and, to be honest, I would take them out and downsize them but I don’t want to go under the knife again.

‘I feel like I’m stuck with them now. Sometimes I wish I could go back to the original Heidi with nothing because I do look at that fresh faced girl and that is who I am.’

Heidi has blamed the doctor who carried out her surgery for her scars, saying she wasn’t properly briefed on what might go wrong.

‘I think that doctors should really walk you through all aspects of it, not just the glamorous side of it,’ she told the TV show Primetime: Celebrity Plastic Surgery Gone Too Far?

‘Doctors, it’s like they’re selling you cookies or something.’

Heidi’s surgery was performed by renowned plastic surgeon Dr Frank Ryan, who died back in August.

He passed away from head injuries after his Jeep tipped over the side of Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu.

Friends of late plastic surgeon Dr. Frank Ryan are firing back over Heidi Montag’s claim that he was obsessed with her and forced her to have multiple operations including breast implants, liposuction and lip implants.

Radaronline.com published e-mails between Ryan and Montag after he performed 10 surgeries in one day on the reality star. In them, Ryan asked Montag if she wanted injectibles such as Botox and if she could wear T-shirts promoting his children’s foundation.

Dawn DaLuise, a friend of Ryan’s family, tells us, “It’s desecrating him, it’s denigrating a person who can’t defend themselves. It’s really abhorrent.” DaLuise says Ryan would routinely ask his celebrity clients to visit the charity’s ranch to publicize the foundation and offer them touch-up procedures in between surgeries. She said, “The difference between offering Botox and performing surgery is similar to a well-meaning dentist encouraging patients to floss and brush daily versus offering to do root canal on every tooth.”

The reality TV star – who recently reconciled with her spouse, months after filing for divorce in July – is planning an intimate ceremony “at a secret location on a beach” because her previous two weddings did not feel real.

Heidi – who first eloped to Las Vegas with Spencer in November 2008 before marrying again on their reality TV show ‘The Hills’ in April 2009 – said: “Last time I had Lauren Conrad telling me to leave, the producers telling Spencer to leave me at the altar and it was just really awful.

“I had my mom yelling at me telling I needed my step dad to walk me down the aisle not my real dad, it was just so awful and everyone was just so mean, and no one there wanted us to get married they just wanted a show, so now this is real.

“We had a lot of voodoo on the last one so I’m ready for a new marriage.”

Although the pair have already had two wedding ceremonies, Heidi said today’s nuptials feel like her first.

She explained to Kyle Sandilands and Sophie Monk on Sydney’s 2Day FM radio station: “This is like our first marriage. I feel like our first one was an elopement and we had so many margaritas and it was such a crazy time. And then the second one wasn’t our wedding. It was just a ‘Hills’ wedding and it was for all the people there and it was about everyone else.”

“We deserve a second chance at our marriage and really having this moment and not being robbed of this.”

Spencer also admitted he didn’t enjoy his last wedding, branding it “fake”.

He said: “It was a movie, it was a script and it didn’t feel right. No one in that building wanted us to get married. It was a nightmare.”

The blonde reality star recently rekindled her relationship with her on/off husband after splitting in April and is now enjoying spending lots of quality time with him.

Speaking at a Halloween party in Las Vegas over the weekend, Heidi said: “Fortunately, we are together. It’s been a long summer, and we are together, and I’m so excited to be in Vegas together.

“I’m enjoying our relationship. I had so much going on before, I didn’t have a chance to enjoy being a newlywed.”

Heidi and Spencer – who met on the set of reality TV show ‘The Hills’ – announced they were splitting in April and she filed for divorce two months later.

However, it was soon rumoured they had rekindled their romance and had been secretly living together in a $5.5 million mansion in Malibu throughout the summer before relocating to Costa Rica.

A source said at the time: “Heidi and Spencer made some very expensive upgrades to the house, without the owner’s permission. Wanting to keep prying eyes away, they planted 20 foot tall trees along the front of the house against the wall. They also took it upon themselves to change the pool from chlorine to salt water which was very, very expensive. Spencer really loved the house but all of a sudden the owner was notified that they were moving to Costa Rica.”

Spencer Pratt says his 12-hour detainment at a Costa Rica airport for arms possession has given him a chance at reconciliation with wife Heidi Montag.

Pratt said Monday that Montag stood by him during what he called the “wildest day ever of either of our lives.” He says that sparked hope that she might drop her divorce filing. He and Montag were back in Los Angeles after Saturday’s incident.

Police in San Jose, Costa Rica, said the couple were briefly detained at the airport for illegal arms possession after security officers found two unloaded handguns in their luggage. Police say Pratt and Montag hadn’t declared the weapons and lacked permits to have them in Costa Rica.

After questioning, the former stars of MTV’s reality series “The Hills” were released and allowed to leave Costa Rica.

Former “The Hills” star Spencer Pratt is apologizing to his estranged wife, Heidi Montag, for acting out in their breakup.

The two starred on the MTV reality soap, which ended in July. They separated last May after one year of marriage.

Montag cited irreconcilable differences when she filed for separation from Pratt in June. Pratt said he would release a sex tape featuring Montag.

The 27-year-old Pratt tells The Associated Press in an e-mail sent Wednesday the demise of their relationship was so painful he wanted to lash out. He admits making “certain private issues public” and “horribly embarrassing the one person who meant the world to me.” He says his behavior was “outrageous and infantile.”

Pratt now says he’s failed at handling his divorce with dignity and maturity and vows to work on himself.

In addition to fighting the release of an alleged sex tape with soon-to-be ex-husband Spencer Pratt, Heidi Montag has her hands full.

The former “Hills” star took to Twitter Tuesday morning to tell fans about her daily routine for keeping her infamous breast implants “soft.”

“Giving myself a soft tissue breast massage,” Montag, 23, wrote. “Ladies we have to keep those breast implants soft.”

On Monday, Montag issued a cautionary tweet, offering some advice to anyone considering going under the knife.

“Warning: to anyone who is thinking about getting their ears pinned, I learned after the fact it is the most painful surgery a person can get,” she wrote.

The tweets come less than two weeks after Montag spoke to Life & Style about wanting to ditch her ridiculous G-cup implants for something more manageable.

“I’m desperate to go back to normal,” she told the mag. “I’m downgrading and going a little smaller, to a D or a double D.”

However, following the recent death of Dr. Frank Ryan, the surgeon who performed 10 plastic surgery procedures on Montag in one day, a reversal surgery may not occur anytime soon. According to Montag, no other doctor can fix her the way Dr. Ryan would have.

“There’s just no fixing it,” she said. “Dr. Ryan knows the work he did, he knows everything.”
