“My boobs are crushing me,” Montag moaned to Life & Style.

“I have major anxiety about it.” The reality star, 23, who endured 10 hours under the knife last November to achieve her “perfect” body and almost died from a Demerol OD during recovery, is looking to downsize her breasts to a not-so-modest D or DD cup.

Montag says the surgery ruined her marriage to Spencer Pratt. “No one wants to be taking care of his wife who looks like she’d been in a horrific accident,” she said, adding he “begged her not to do it in the first place.”

Montag claims she now wants to live a simple life in Costa Rica. “I just really want to get out of Hollywood . . . I don’t have anything back home: no family, no friends.”

She posed with little makeup and exposed two inches of roots for the photo spread. “I won’t get anything done again,” she insisted, “at least not for a long time.

The Hills star Heidi Montag is threatening legal action over Spencer Pratt’s plans to write a tell-all book about their relationship.

Montag, 23, is furious with Pratt for saying he is going to write a book about their private life.

Heidi told entertainment site TMZ: ‘This is exactly why I left him, right now I’m looking into my legal options.’

Spencer, 27, earlier revealed he will open up about his failed marriage with the reality star and her relationship with her mother, Darlene Egelhoff, in the book.

He told Us Magazine: ‘My last book, How to be Famous, didn’t make the New York Times best-seller list because it was in the self-help section.

‘This one will be totally different, I’m not holding anything back.’

The pair are expected to be officially divorced on Valentine’s day 2011.

Heidi first became famous as Lauren Conrad’s best friend on MTV reality show The Hills.

They eventually ended up as enemies after Montag started dating Pratt, who didn’t hide his disdain for Conrad.

The couple’s tumultuous romance was chronicled throughout the show.

Spencer first proposed in 2007 but the pair split after he was caught cosying up with other women at a nightclub.

They reconciled soon after and wed in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, in 2009.

The last season of the MTV reality series also documented Heidi’s dramatic transformation after undergoing 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day last November.

This week her plastic surgeon Dr Frank Ryan was killed after apparently accidentally driving off a cliff while sending a text message.

Heidi Montag says she is “devastated” after hearing news about the death of the man who once changed her life.

According to TMZ.com, Montag’s plastic surgeon, Dr. Frank Ryan, died Monday after his Jeep careened off the Pacific Coast Highway and overturned down a rocky embankment toward the ocean. Ryan, who was 50, had major head injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

“He was the most amazing person I have ever known,” Montag tweeted. “He was an angel and changed my life and the lives of everyone he met. He was the most brilliant talented surgeon who will ever exist. Dr. Frank Ryan changed the world.”

In November, Montag turned to Dr. Ryan to perform her 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day. He was also the same doctor who did the reality star’s nose job and breast augmentation in 2007, as well as previous surgeries on celebs Gene Simmons, Adrianne Curry, Shauna Sand and Vince Neil.

Montag added, “My thoughts and prayers go out to his mother, family, friends, and anyone who was ever blessed enough to meet him. He is in a better place.”

Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag won’t let anything get in the way of their quest for fame — not even reality.

They’ve been pushing their split by trying to sell a made-up story that Heidi may be cheating with Spencer’s close pal, Marine-turned-bodyguard Cougar Zank.

A source said, “Heidi and Spencer are trying to play out a fake reality show in the press and get paid along the way. They’ve been approaching magazines and Web sites to buy the fake story of Zank having an affair with Heidi. They’ve been asking for $100,000. But no one is interested as they don’t sell magazines.”

A rep for Pratt and Montag didn’t get back to the press.

Over-botoxed plastic surgery victim Heidi Montag is telling friends she’s finally ready to divorce Spencer Pratt after one year of marriage. A source said the “Hills” star “is freaking out.

Spencer is determined to control her, and she just can’t take any more. She says she wants out, but she is terrified because she has very few friends. And she has convinced herself she’s going to be a major movie star.”

Heidi’s life showed signs of spiraling out of control after she had 10 surgical procedures in one day, then called cops when her concerned mom, Darlene Egelhoff, showed up at her door.

She fired Pratt as her manager after accusing him of not being able to land her top movie roles. Montag’s rep confirms she’s moving out of their home, saying, “Heidi is looking to move out due to all the fake bad press that Spencer controls. She’s tired of it and is looking for a place and wants to focus on her acting career.” Pratt didn’t return e-mails to the press.

Reality TV star Heidi Montag called the cops on her estranged mom on Thursday when she turned up unannounced at the home The Hills star shares with her husband Spencer Pratt.

Police advised Darlene Egelhoff that her daughter did not want to speak to her and urged her to leave the premises.

There was no arrests or citations handed to Egelhoff, who agreed to leave.

Montag tells People magazine, “My mom showed up unannounced to my house when she knows I have no interest in seeing or talking with her. She tore my heart out on national television. She is just trying to create drama in my life.”

Mother and daughter’s last meeting was captured for The Hills – Montag returned home to Colorado to show off her new body after undergoing 10 plastic surgeries in one day. Her mom’s reaction drove the reality star to tears.

To keep her mother away from her, Montag is planning to request a restraining order against Egelhoff.

She adds, “I made it very clear that I want nothing to do with her in my life right now. I’m sick to my stomach she would even do something like this. She needs to stay away from me.”

Reality stars are coming to the defense of “The Hills” creator Adam DiVello, who has been accused of sexually harassing Heidi Montag.

“Similar to most of my fellow MTV cast mates, I am in utter shock at the allegations made against Adam DiVello,” the show’s former star, Lauren Conrad, said in a statement. “Not only are they completely absurd, but they are 100 percent without merit.”

According to Life & Style, Montag is planning to sue the show’s creator over an incident in which he allegedly touched her inappropriately during a cast photo shoot in March.

“Adam came up to her from behind and grabbed her with one hand on her stomach and one hand directly on her butt cheek,” an insider claimed. “Heidi had six bodyguards with her. They took his hand off her and moved him away from the situation.”

Montag, 23, reportedly refused to continue the photo shoot, a move that had her labeled a diva in the press. Her husband, Spencer Pratt, attempted to squash the bad buzz by saying she “was sick and she didn’t even want to go to that photo shoot.”

However, the busty blond’s problems with DiVello are said to have increased after she underwent her plastic surgery marathon in November.

“Heidi started bringing security to the set because she felt Adam was getting a little creepy,” the source said. “He was very touchy-feely and she insisted he wouldn’t stop asking her to strip down to a bikini for scenes. Adam wasn’t on set much for six seasons until Heidi got her new boobs. And now he shows up everywhere.”

After the couple contacted the show’s production team to discuss the matter, the only response they reportedly received was that Montag was allowed to only bring one bodyguard on set.

“Heidi’s been in tears about it and really upset because she says she doesn’t feel safe,” the source added.

An MTV spokesperson denied the allegations, telling Life & Style, “We have looked into this matter and the allegations made against Adam DiVello are completely false and without merit. Adam not only created ‘The Hills’ and ‘The City,’ launching the careers of several cast members, but has worked diligently to maintain a respectful and appropriate production environment.”

In addition to Conrad calling DiVello “a true professional and a wonderful person to work for,” co-star Lo Bosworth also denied the claim on Twitter, saying, “I’ll repeat it: no one is/has ever been assaulted during filming of our show. hey spiedi, do you know the definition of slander? NOT OKAY.”

Neither Montag nor Pratt has commented on the allegations.

Reality star Heidi Montag is determined to forge a successful movie career following her cameo appearance in Adam Sandler’s latest comedy – she’s writing a fantasy film about her surgically enhanced breasts.

The Hills star filmed a small role in romantic comedy Just Go With It earlier this month, and she’s already looking to her filmmaking future.

She’s writing a beach comedy in which she plays “a lifeguard named Summer” – and has even incorporated her controversial plastic surgery into the script.

She tells People.com, “I am making the first 3D beach comedy about a shark that attacks a small beach town and I save the day with my 3D boobs. I’m now finally free to start my career and my new life as a female mogul in Hollywood!”

And Montag is eyeing an all-star cast for her debut movie project: “I’ve even written a role for Dolly Parton to play the town mayor!”
