The tough-guy wrestler said he downed Xanax and picked up a gun in 2007 after wife Linda filed for divorce and son Nick was in-dicted on reckless-driving charges.

In a chilling excerpt from his book “My Life Outside the Ring,” published in Men’s Fitness, Hogan said: “There were times when I thought that a whole bottle of pills would go down easy . . . Then I noticed the gun in my hand. I was careless with it . . . I kept my finger pressed right to that trigger . . . and if I moved that finger an inch in the right direction . . . I would have blown my brains out.”

Now that Hulk Hogan is officially divorced from his wife of almost 26 years, Linda Bollea, it seems things are seriously heating up between the retired pro wrestler and his girlfriend Jennifer McDaniel.

The two were spotted getting tattoos at Huntington Ink inside the Palms Resort & Casino on Friday night, and Jennifer had no hesitation in inking “Terry”(Hulk’s real name) on the inside of her right wrist. However the WWE star wasn’t quite as ready to reciprocate the romantic gesture and instead opted for “I AM THAT, I AM” on the outside of his right forearm.

Earlier in the night the lovebirds were joined by Hulk’s troublesome son Nick Hogan where they enjoyed the stuffed mushroom appetizer followed by 12 oz filets accompanied by lobster mashed potatoes, green beans and creamed spinach (plus dessert!) at the N9NE Steakhouse.

But it seems Hulk isn’t the only one getting super serious since the split – apparently things are going from strength to strength with Linda Hogan and her toy boy, Charlie Hill.

“Charlie is so attentive to Linda, he makes her very happy and he seems very sincere,” a source close to Ms. Bollea said. “He is very mature. They definitely plan on being together.”

I’m sorry but it looks creepy to me when they kiss – she looks wayyyyy too much like his daughter Brooke!

The harsh world of legalities must be all too familiar for Hulk Hogan, but this time the semi-retired pro-wrestler has decided to sue the professionals whose job it was to stand up for him.

Hogan filed a lawsuit in the Pinellas County on Monday against two attorneys, Morris “Sandy” Weinberg Jr. and Lee Fugate, of the firm Zuckerman Spaeder LLP, with claims that the men (who defended him and son Nick Bollea following Nick’s 2007 car crash) for cheating him out of over $1.5 million.

According to the suit, Hulk’s automotive insurance company Progressive was obligated to cover all necessary legal costs, however the lawyers named allegedly failed to notify him of this and continued to bill at excessively high rates. Hulk also claimed that Progressive attempted numerous times to communicate with him over the incident, but the Zuckerman Spaeder legal team did not make him aware of their letters. By the time he understood his entitlements, he claims the relationship with the insurers had been “terminated.”

“It is common knowledge throughout the legal profession experienced in such matters, especially in the area of insurance defense litigation and personal injury law, that automobile insurance policies include the aforementioned duty to defend the insured, as well as any permissive user, should a civil suit arise or the possibility of a civil claim exist,” the lawsuit stated. “Defendants made no effort to advise of this important fact. Defendants were further aware, or should have been, that Bollea had no experience in the area of insurance.”

“The charges made by Terry Bollea are simply baseless. The Bollea’s came to Zuckerman Spaeder under very difficult circumstances. Both Terry Bollea and his son faced the threat of criminal prosecution and civil litigation. Zuckerman Spaeder, working with a co-counsel, achieved a very favorable result in the criminal case,” a rep from the firm told Tarts in a statement. “We absolutely dispute and will contest the claims made against us.”

But on the note of Nick Bollea’s tragic accident, the now 24-year-old John Graziano, who was in the passenger seat of Bollea’s vehicle at the time, was finally released from the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital last Wednesday, over two years after the incident. Graziano suffered severe brain damage, reportedly leaving him in a vegetative state.

WWE wrestler Hulk Hogan says he has fought a lot of bad guys in his day.

Who takes the title?

Ex-wife Linda Bollea!

“Without a doubt, this one is the most formidable opponent I’ve ever run into,” he tells Usmagazine.com.

“You talk about dirty tricks: Brass knuckles, steel knuckles, cheap shots,
tripping people up. I’ve never seen anybody in the wrestling business that has more dirty tricks than she does!” he adds. “I guess I taught her well.”

After 23 years of marriage, Linda, 48, surprised Hogan, 54, last November by filing for divorce. (He learned of the split from a newspaper reporter.)

Since then, the two have been embroiled in a messy war.

On June 30, Linda filed papers alleging that he “relentlessly and methodically” stalks her, “causing her anxiety and fear for her safety at all times.” (His lawyer has called the claim “pure fantasy.”)

They also have clashed over assets (she recently accused him of not paying his share of their $4.2 million Las Vegas condo).

Brooke Hogan, who feuded with her father earlier this year after he dated one of her pals, is no longer on speaking terms with her mother, who is romancing one of her 19-year-old former classmates.

“I’m totally freaked out,” Brooke said of the relationship.
