The couple have called time on their relationship for a second time, 15 months after they reunited, the 38-year-old actor’s representative has confirmed.

The spokesperson told People: “I can confirm that Jude Law and Sienna Miller are no longer in a relationship.”

Jude – who reunited with the ‘Factory Girl’ star in October 2009 following a three-year split – and Sienna, 29, are said to have split up several weeks ago but have vowed to remain friends.

One pal said: “It is mutual and amicable and they are still friends.

“It was an entirely an end-of-the relationship decision. It had run its course.”

In August, it was reported that Jude and Sienna celebrated their love in a marriage blessing ceremony in Southeast Asia.

Prince Nithakong Somanith – cultural and artistic adviser to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation – met with the couple during their holiday and told them all about the ceremony, which is not legally binding, before sending them into the hills to meet the shaman.

He explained at the time: “The Baci ceremony is performed everywhere and was also performed at the Royal Court.

“It usually takes place on the morning of the wedding and is followed by the wedding blessing by monks and feasting and drinking beer and rice alcohol in the evening. Jude Law and Sienna Miller will already be man and wife in people’s eyes here.”

Jude – who has five children from previous relationships – split with Sienna for the first time in November 2006, almost two years after they got engaged, after he had cheated on the actress with his kids’ nanny.

The actor made his first public appearance with his former fiancee at a red carpet event in New York City earlier this month – confirming rumors they had revived their relationship after a messy split in 2006.

Miller called off their engagement shortly after Law’s alleged affair with his children’s nanny was exposed in the tabloids, but the couple is now said to have “put the past behind them” and are planning to go ahead with their long-awaited wedding this summer, according to Britain’s Mail on Sunday newspaper.

A source tells the publication, “They don’t want to jinx things by talking about it, but they have told their nearest and dearest that they would like to get married in the summer. They have put the past behind them and want to move on. Sienna is also saying that she has some other really exciting news, but she is not saying anything to anyone at the moment.”

The insider also claims the couple is planning an initial wedding in Gloucestershire, England before jetting to New York for a second ceremony.

The couple’s first engagement was called off in 2005 following revelations Jude had been having an affair with his children’s nanny Daisy Wright but the 37-year-old actor and Sienna rekindled their relationship on a Caribbean beach holiday in December 2009.

The 28-year-old actress has now been seen wearing the same vintage diamond ring Jude gave her in 2005, but on her right hand to try and avoid speculation.

A source told the Mail Online website: “They do not want to make the engagement official which is why Sienna is wearing the ring on the wrong hand.

“They are keeping it secret, but are very happy and really hope it’s going to work out.

“Jude has been to visit Sienna’s parents and her sister Savannah and has worked hard to redeem himself.”

Meanwhile, Jude has admitted having a fourth child has made him more mature.

The ‘Alfie’ star – who has three children with ex-wife Sadie Frost, Rafferty, 13, Iris, nine, and Rudy, seven, and another daughter, seven-month-old Sophia, with model Samantha Burke – told Parade magazine: “My daughter made me realise if there’s anything that’s going to make a man of you it’s having your will broken by a little girl. Eventually you have to grow up.”

The ‘Sherlock Holmes’ actor visited five-month-old Sophia – whose mother is American model Samantha Burke, who Jude briefly had a relationship with – with lawyer Maurice Kutner in Florida last week.

A source said: “Jude was very on edge about the meeting. The pregnancy wasn’t planned but he wants to do the right thing.

“It’s not like he can hide – as soon as Sophia can use the internet she can find out who her dad is.”

The 37-year-old star – who also has three children Rafferty, 13, Iris, nine, and Rudy, seven, with ex-wife Sadie Frost – and Samantha are believed to have made agreements on how Jude will support Sophia during a meeting on Saturday including maintenance payments.

Samantha has been staying in the plush Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Miami, while Jude has stayed in a different residence.

She became pregnant following a night Jude shared with Samantha after they met in a nightclub in New York while he was filming ‘Sherlock Holmes’ in December 2008.

The actor is now dating ex-fiancee Sienna Miller, who he split from in November 2006 following allegations of an affair with his children’s former nanny Daisy Wright.

The source added to the Daily Mirror newspaper: “It’s only a matter of time before Jude pops the question. He and Sienna have never been happier together.”

Jude and Sienna spent the festive period on the Caribbean island of Barbados together with his three children, Rafferty, Iris and Rudy, from his marriage to Sadie.

Last year, Jude became a father for the fourth time after American model Samantha Burke fell pregnant following a brief relationship.

The pair, who broke up in 2006 after he cheated with his children’s nanny, have suddenly become inseparable while both star on Broadway. Yesterday both were heading to a birthday party for the 1-year-old son of Miller’s “After Miss Julie” co-star, Johnny Lee Miller.

On Wednesday, a grinning Law was seen leaving his New York apartment a few moments be fore Sienna was spotted sneak ing out. And the two, who insist they’re “just friends,” were spotted celebrating Thanksgiving with dinner at Emporio.

With his marathon performance on Broadway and fathering another child, it’s a wonder Jude Law has any strength left. But the star was making out with a hot blonde at The Box on Saturday night.

A spy reports, “Other guests were trying to talk to Jude, so he got a member of the staff to keep them away while he flirted with and kissed a very pretty blonde.” He has yet to meet his daughter, Sophia, who was born last month following his brief affair with model Samantha Burke. Law’s rep didn’t return an e-mail.
