Two men were attempting to flirt with the ‘Freedom’ singer after his solo gig at London’s Royal Albert Hall on Saturday but reportedly stormed off in a jealous rage when Justin approached George – who recently revealed his relationship with long-term partner Kenny Goss ended two years ago – for a chat.

A source said: “Loads of young good looking guys were hanging off George, trying to chat him up but he wasn’t having any of it. Hilariously, when JT went over to chat to him, two men flounced off, failing to recognize Justin and thinking he was George’s latest conquest.

“One made a bitchy comment about JT only being after George for his money and was glaring at him menacingly all evening, threatening to ‘have a word’.”

While Justin wanted to chat to George about a possible duet, the ‘In Time’ star – who recently reconciled with on/off girlfriend Jessica Biel – reportedly also wants to find a man for the ‘Praying for Time’ hitmaker because he knows how hard it is to be alone.

The source added to the Daily Mirror newspaper: “Justin’s been pretty on and off with his girlfriend Jessica Biel and knows how George is feeling after splitting with Kenny.

“Justin was asking George what his type was and if there was anyone he would like to be introduced to.

“In the end the guys did actually swap numbers but only because Justin said he’d love to work with George one day. They are really keen on getting a collaboration finalized.”

Justin Timberlake gave an impromptu performance at Southern Hospitality Hell’s Kitchen on Wednesday night that drew a crowd inside and outside the barbecue joint.

After alerting fans on Twitter, Timberlake played a 30-minute set with Memphis-bred band FreeSol, signed to his label. Faces in the crowd included Amanda Seyfried, Emma Stone, Kim Kardashian with husband Kris Humphries, Jonathan Cheban, and Kourtney Kardashian with Scott Disick.

The ‘Friends with Benefits’ actor was joining his co-star Mila Kunis – who he his rumoured to be dating – at London’s exclusive Nobu restaurant on Tuesday night when a smartly-dressed man, believed to be his security assistant, was seen punching a photographer to the floor.

When police were called to the scene they were unable to locate the individual in question, but a man was later arrested at the Dorchester Hotel, where Justin is staying during his time in London.
A spokesperson for Scotland Yard said: “Police were called to Berkeley Square at approximately 9.45 last night. A man alleged he was assaulted.

“He suffered minor injuries. He did not require hospital treatment. Officers later arrested a 45-year-old man at a central London hotel on suspicion of common assault. He is being held at a central London police station. Enquiries are on-going.”

Despite Justin and Mila being linked to one another romantically, the 30-year-old star recently admitted the pair’s raunchy sex scenes in ‘Friends with Benefits’ were “awkward”.

He said: “You sure didn’t have to worry about being sexy. It’s more awkward to shoot a naked scene where you’re not going for laughs, those are more awkward to shoot. When your goal is to try to garner laughter, you just go for it.

“I think it’s pretty obvious that I’m shameless, I’ll put my body on the line for comedy, that’s what I do. My butt is hilarious.”

Justin Timberlake has been invited to attend a Marine Corps Ball after helping to persuade his Friends With Benefits co-star Mila Kunis to go to one as a soldier’s date.

Kunis, who was asked to attend the gala via a YouTube.com video posted by Sgt. Scott Moore, has since pulled out of the party due to work commitments – and now her onscreen lover has become the target of a military fan.

Corporal Kelsey De Santis, who is stationed at the Marine Corps base at Quantico in Virginia, has posted her own video clip on YouTube.com, asking the SexyBack singer to be her date.

She says, “Justin, you wanna call out my girl Mila, well I’m gonna call you out and ask you to go to the Marine Corps Ball with me on November 12, in Washington D.C.”

Quoting the title of one of Timberlake’s hits, she continues, “If you can’t go, all I can say is, ‘Cry me a river’.”

Even if he agrees and Kunis reconsiders, they won’t be at the same ball – De Santis has invited him to one six days before the party the actress was to attend.

Kunis, who is still trying to rearrange her production schedule so she can make the date with her soldier fan, has agreed to meet with Sgt. Moore privately when he returns from Afghanistan, where he is currently posted.
