Kate Gosselin has sparked more rumors she has sought the help of a plastic surgeon to refresh her look.

The Kate Plus Eight star was spotted looking frozen-faced as she shopped for food near her home in Pennsylvania on Wednesday.

Her eyebrows appeared to have developed a much more defined arch and her forehead seemed smooth and waxy, both possible signs of Botox use.

Only last week, reports surfaced that the 35-year-old mother of eight may of undergone a secret boob job early last year around the time she separated from her husband of 10 years, Jon.

Insiders claimed that Steve Neild – the star’s bodyguard – drove his famous client to the doctor’s office when it allegedly took place on March 30, 2009.
However Kate dismissed surgery talk earlier this year, saying: ‘Plastic surgery? Please. Who has time to even think about it, let alone do it?’

But she’s not completely adverse to the idea of a going under the knife.

In 2007 Gosselin had a tummy tuck procedure, which was shown on her TLC reality show, Jon and Kate plus Eight.

One thing is for sure – the once dowdy blonde has given her wardrobe a serious update this year.

The star, who is still incredibly toned following her stint on Dancing With The Stars earlier this year, opted for a very racy look complete with white hot pants, a plunging top and black heels.

Perhaps Kate is hoping to attract a new man.

She was overheard outside the supermarket telling onlookers, ‘I am lonely. I do need help.’

Gosselin told In Touch Weekly magazine back in April that she ‘has no man in her life’, and admitted she was worried that no one will love her again.

Reality TV mom Kate Gosselin has one fewer job to juggle.

The author and reality star was eliminated Tuesday from “Dancing With the Stars,” leaving seven couples in the competition.

Gosselin failed to ignite the ballroom, landing near the bottom of the judges’ leaderboard during five weeks of dancing. She and professional partner Tony Dovolani came into Tuesday’s results show with the week’s lowest score: 15 points out of 30 for a lackluster foxtrot.

“I think Tony could have had more life out of a frock on a coat hanger,” judge Bruno Tonioli said Monday.

Judges’ scores are combined with viewer votes to determine which celebrity is eliminated each week.

Dovolani praised his partner as she dabbed her eyes with a tissue after learning their fate.

“I give her all the credit for showing up, as exhausted as she was, she still showed up every day,” he said. “You showed America that it doesn’t matter how much things go against you, you still come out here and give it your best.”

Gosselin, a 35-year-old mother of twins and sextuplets, starred for several seasons with her ex-husband, Jon, in the hit TLC reality show “Jon & Kate Plus 8.” The show collapsed as the couple’s marriage fell apart.

She said through tears Tuesday that she was honored to have been on the hit ABC show.

“I love everyone that I met,” she said, apologizing for being “a crybaby.”

“It was a great experience,” she continued. “I had a wonderful teacher.”

She said that despite her low scores, she gave her best in the ballroom.

“I was scared to death most of the time to be out here,” she said.

Gosselin and her ex-husband are due in court in Pennsylvania on May 25 for a hearing on his motion for full custody. Earlier this month, his attorney accused the reality mom of neglecting the children to appear on “Dancing With the Stars,” a charge her attorney rejected as “patently false.”

Kate Gosselin is the fourth contestant to be dismissed from “Dancing.” Soap star Aiden Turner, astronaut Buzz Aldrin and actress Shannen Doherty were eliminated on previous episodes.

Returning to dance on Monday’s episode are singer Nicole Scherzinger, Olympic figure skater Evan Lysacek, actresses Pamela Anderson and Niecy Nash, reality star Jake Pavelka, sportscaster Erin Andrews and football star Chad Ochocinco.

The reality TV star talks about the inspiration behind her new book “I Just Want You To Know” and how she’s dealing with being active in children’s lives in Pennsylvania while also competing on “Dancing With The Stars” in Los Angeles. Kate will be back on TODAY tomorrow to get her reaction to criticism on starting production of another reality TV show. Also, after catching your post about John Tesh yesterday, I thought I’d pass along TODAY’s interview with Kitty Kelly in which she states that she knows who Oprah’s father is.

Jon Gosselin has sued ex-wife Kate for primary custody of their eight children.

The former reality TV star also asked the Berks County Court on Wednesday to review his child support obligation.

Gosselin’s attorney, Anthony List, has previously accused Kate Gosselin of neglecting the children because she appears on ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars,” a charge her attorney rejected as “patently false.”

In court papers, Jon Gosselin says his ex-wife “abuses” her authority when it comes to scheduling visits with the kids. He also claims an arbitrator failed to require Kate to provide documentation of the children’s expenses.

The Gosselins appeared on the TLC reality show “Jon & Kate Plus 8″ until their marriage fell apart last year. They divorced in December.

Kate Gosselin isn’t taking news of her ex-husband seeking primary physical custody of their eight children very lightly.

On Tuesday, Jon Gosselin’s new lawyer, former assistant U.S. Attorney Anthony F. List, told TMZ.com that he was planning to file an emergency petition this week because Kate is an “absentee mom.”

Kate, 35, was quick to respond to the claims, telling RadarOnline.com, “I am not willing to comment in public on the custody discussions regarding my children.

“What I will say is this: I am and always will be a mother first, but as a single working mom I will do everything necessary to provide for my kids despite the opinions of others.”

List went on to claim that Kate’s participation on the current season of “Dancing with the Stars” has prohibited her from spending “quality time” with her brood.

The 35-year-old reality star has previously stated that she flies to Los Angeles once a week to compete in the televised competition program, however returns to her Wernersville, Penn. home to practice routines with partner Tony Dovolani in a makeshift dance floor in her basement.

List also states that Jon’s payment of $20,000 a month in child support to Kate is “ridiculous.” He is reportedly considering asking the judge to reverse the arrangement and instead, he will demand that Kate pay Jon an unspecified amount.

Kate’s lawyer, Mark Momijan, said they have yet to receive any formal filing, however “can’t imagine anything farther from the truth.”

“Kate is a devoted mother,” he told Radar. “Her concern for the welfare of her kids is so prominent that any allegations like this report are reckless and so far from the mark, it’s offensive.”

Jon Gosselin plans to sue ex-wife Kate for primary custody of their eight children because her appearances on “Dancing With the Stars” have turned her into an absentee mom, a lawyer for the former reality show dad told The Associated Press on Tuesday.

Jon Gosselin’s new lawyer, Anthony List, said he plans to file papers in Berks County Court in Pennsylvania this week to reopen their divorce settlement.

List said that Kate Gosselin’s participation in the smash ABC dance competition show has taken her away from the children, and that she has delegated most child-rearing responsibilities to three nannies.

“Without a doubt, she’s an absentee parent,” he said.

Kate Gosselin’s attorney, Mark Momjian, called the allegation reckless and “patently false.”

“It’s deplorable to make a comment like that,” he said. “I know Kate Gosselin is all about her children, and she’s always been about her children. Let him file what he says he’s going to file and we’ll respond accordingly.”

The two formerly starred on the hit TLC reality show “Jon & Kate Plus 8,” which chronicled the lives of the Gosselins and their large brood – twins and sextuplets – at their home in eastern Pennsylvania. The show ended its run in November, and their divorce became final in December.

The no-fault divorce settlement gave Kate Gosselin primary custody of the children and the family home in Wernersville, Pa., about 50 miles northwest of Philadelphia.

List said Kate Gosselin has been pursuing her career at the expense of the children.

“If she’s truly committed and dedicated to these children, as I believe she is, then she should open her eyes and see what’s happening to these children,” List said. “Their life is topsy-turvy. Jon can give them stability.”

He said Jon Gosselin also wants a modification of his $21,000-per-month child support obligation, an amount List called “horrific” given Kate’s earning capacity.

“Dancing With the Stars” was America’s most-watched show last week, outdrawing both editions of Fox’s “American Idol” for the first time. Kate Gosselin also has a new book out this month, “I Just Want You to Know.”

There’s already been drama along with the dips on this season’s “Dancing With the Stars”: Sources say that despite the lineup of known prima donnas like Shannen Doherty and Pamela Anderson, it’s Kate Gosselin who’s causing the trouble.

The worst of the reality TV mom’s antics? Her out-of-control tardiness.

“Kate shows up late for hair and makeup every time,” a show insider says of the rehearsals that led to Monday night’s opener, which drew a record-breaking 22.8 million viewers.

A rep for the ABC program says, “Kate is always on time and is a pleasure to work with,” but the insider begged to differ.

“The staff has warned her and lectured her about being late, but Kate just gets angry and blows them off,” says the source. “No one wants to deal with her.”

While such behavior may be expected from the notoriously short-fused Gosselin, the spy says the “Dancing” staff initially feared that former “Beverly Hills 90210″ star Doherty would be the troublesome hoofer.

“Everyone had heard the stories of Shannen’s behavior on sets when she was younger,” says the source. “But she’s been one of the easiest people to work with. She’s practically the opposite of Kate.”

The same can be said for their onstage performances. While Shannen did well on the show’s premiere, Kate tanked. In fact, the judges placed her third to last with a score of 16 out of 30, putting her just in front of 80-year-old former astronaut Buzz Aldrin.

It’s not just her pliés that Kate may be having trouble with. Our insider says the demographic she’s trying to impress just isn’t going to buy it.

“Kate tried to appeal to the housewife vote by saying, ‘This is for all the moms out there!’” sneers the source. “But really, what kind of mom leaves their kids at home for a dance competition?”

Kate Gosselin has gone through a whirlwind over the last year: Cheating rumors, a nasty divorce, a public PR campaign to get her story out there … and now, ‘Dancing With the Stars.’ The mother of eight shook her stuff on the ‘DWTS’ dance floor for the first time last night, and her performance was enough to make one judge jump to her defense after some less-than-kind words from another.

Kate has been snubbing other contestants and behaving frostily to crew members, sources say.

The recently divorced mom of eight has been rehearsing for the ABC show, which starts its new season March 22.

Her icy behavior also persuaded Olympic figure skater Johnny Weir to pull out of talks about being on the show because he didn’t want to work alongside Gosselin.

A “DWTS” source said, “Kate doesn’t want anything to do with other contestants . . . While there’s a lot of camaraderie among the crew and other stars including Pamela Anderson, Kate has set herself apart . . . She wants to be queen bee.” Gosselin’s rep didn’t get back to us.

A show source said, “She’s been rehearsing in Pennsylvania to be near her kids. For the short time she was in LA, she and the cast got along great.”
