For the first time ever, Kelly Osbourne reveals her brand-new bikini body and tells Shape how she got fit…the healthy way. Here, she discusses how she got where she is today and shares her high-intensity workout, so you too can get moving like Kelly does.

Kelly arrives at the SHAPE cover shoot, sees the room full of gorgeous (but skimpy) suits and practically faints! “I’ve never worn a bikini in my whole life,” she says, holding a red one up to her newly slim body. “Am I really about to bare all to the entire world? I’m so nervous!”

Who can blame her? As the daughter of Sharon and Ozzy, Kelly was frequently taunted and criticized in the tabloids, not so much for her wild-child ways—or even her drug addiction—but for her weight. “I was called fat and ugly in the press almost my entire life,” says the 26-year-old. “I understand that being judged by others comes with the territory, but it broke my heart and ruined my self-esteem. It sets you up to hate yourself in a huge way. I was so angry about the things people said about me. I truly believe it’s the main reason I turned to Vicodin and ended up in rehab three times. I just hated myself.”

“I stopped hating the way I looked”
In the beginning, the hardest part wasn’t the workout, it was seeing her reflection in the mirror. “I would look at myself and think, ‘Ugh!’ I was miserable. To get to the gym—when you already don’t like yourself—is really hard. So I had to make it fun. I started wearing cute outfits and putting on a little bit of makeup. And as vain as it sounds, it really helped me because eventually I stopped hating the way I looked.”

All Kelly’s hard work has paid off—big time. “Ultimately, I’m really glad I lost the weight the way I did,” says Kelly. “I never thought in a million years I’d be that healthy girl who wakes up every morning to exercise. After being called ‘cherubic and chubby,’ I’m rocking a bikini! I feel silly, but I think I’m going to cry. Being on the cover of SHAPE is the biggest victory I could ever hope for.”

Now that she has shed her unwanted pounds, Kelly Osbourne is continuing her body transformation.

The slimmed-down daughter of rocker Ozzy Osbourne, who has lost nearly 50 pounds since last year, has decided to undergo laser tattoo removal to erase most of her 15 tattoos, according to the Daily Mail.

Osbourne, 25, announced her decision in her weekly column for British magazine Closer, explaining that she made up her mind when makeup artists covered up her ink while on the set of her new film, “Should’ve Been Romeo.”

“I can’t say I missed them!” she wrote. “I met with my dermatologist and I’ll start the laser treatment as soon as I have time.”

The “Dancing with the Stars” alum said the first pieces of body art to go are a keyboard on her forearm and a heart and cross bones on her wrist.

She doesn’t hate all of her tattoos, however.

“Some still have a special meaning, like the matching ones my brother Jack and I have of each other’s names, but now I feel like some were a mistake,” Osbourne explained.

Though the tattoo removal process “will take several months,” Osbourne realizes that the pain will be worth the effort.

“While I’m not looking forward to the pain, I’ve heard it hurts less than getting the tattoo,” she wrote. “I hope so!”

Last year, Osbourne admitted on British talk show “This Morning” that getting inked was her way of “self harming … because I really knew it would upset my mum and dad.”

“I was miserable and I just went and got all these tattoos and I don’t know why,” she said. “One of them is a keyboard and I don’t even know how to play a piano!”

She added, “As you get older, you realize that you don’t want to be defined by your tattoos, because that’s not the type of person that I am.”

She’s finally got the body she has worked so hard to achieve, so it’s no wonder Kelly Osbourne is keen to show it off.

The 25-year-old star wore a tight silver backless dress, fishnets tights and a red sparkly hat as she left Los Angeles’ Viper Room after performing with the Pussycat Dolls Wednesday night.

Kelly, who lost a lot of weight after appearing on Dancing With The Stars, took to the stage alongside the burlesque troupe, actress Carmen Electra and singer Mya in the invite-only show.

Earlier, Kelly had arrived at the venue wearing a sexy outfit of a sparkly bra, black PVC corset, fishnets, tiny hotpants and silver shoes.

Before her performance, Kelly told her fans which songs she would be singing, writing in her Closer magazine column: ‘It’s going to be me, Carmen Electra, Mya and some of the other Dolls singing and dancing.

‘I’m doing a song called 13 Men as well as Big Spender.

‘It’s the first time I’ve really danced since filming Dancing with the Stars, but it’s so different.

‘This isn’t stiff ballroom – it’s slinky and sexy!’

Kelly also posted a picture of herself wearing just a bra and hot pants, with a cigarette placed seductively between her lips, on Twitter before the show.

Pussycat Dolls founder Robin Antin also kept fans informed about the performance, posting a picture of Kelly in her full outfit from the dress rehearsal.

The picture was accompanied by the caption: ‘Another sneak peek of HOT KELLY O! She’s “Sweet Charity” re-invented!’
