“Gossip Girl” mom Kelly Rutherford has found love once again.
The twice-divorced mother of two is “smitten” with lawyer Marcus Ernst, Life & Style reports. Sources confirmed to the magazine that they’ve been together for a few weeks and were spotted on a date at Kittichai a few weeks ago. Rutherford had a messy divorce from her second husband, German businessman Daniel Giersch, in 2009, splitting when she was a few months pregnant with their second child.

The ‘Gossip Girl’ actress – who plays stylish Lily van der Woodsen in the TV show – has created a five-piece line of “timeless and affordable” clutches and totes for shopping channel QVC.
She said: “I designed the bags for the chic working mom as well as the sophisticated urban girl on-the-go.”
The 42-year-old star also believes the luxurious range would be appreciated by her TV alter ego.
She said: “Lily would own the bags in every color. They are priced so well, why not? Plus, they go with everything.”
It isn’t the first time a member of the ‘Gossip Girl’ cast has lent their hand to selling accessories, with Blake Lively being announced as the new face of Chanel earlier this month.
The 23-year-old actress is the official ambassador for the French fashion house’s new Mademoiselle handbag line and will appear in a campaign photographed by Karl Lagerfeld.
Kelly’s collection – which includes an evening clutch and satchel with prices ranging from $130 to $199 – will launch on QVC on February 25th.

Kelly Rutherford has been granted a temporary restraining order against her ex-husband, Daniel Giersch.
The “Gossip Girl” matriarch claims Daniel has repeatedly harassed both her and their nanny — which she claims forced the nanny to quit, according to documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court.
The documents list Giersch as 39-years-old, white, and “thin,” TMZ.com reports.
“Daniel has begun to follow me, my mother, my nanny and he shows up unexpectedly to threaten and scare us,” Kelly states in the documents.
It is also claimed that Daniel “has harassed [my nanny] with questions about me virtually every time he sees her … last week Daniel’s harassment of [the nanny] led to an actual threat that he is going to file a lawsuit against her.”
Kelly says the nanny handed in her pink slip after that, causing her two kids — Hermes and Helena — to lose someone they “love and trust.”
Now Giersch must stay 100 yards away from Kelly, her mother, the nanny, and Kelly’s home, job and vehicle — “except for brief & peaceful contact as required for court-ordered visitation.”
Last month Kelly settled a heated custody battle in which it was agreed that both parents would attend co-parenting counseling sessions and would share joint legal and physical custody of the two kids.
