Kevin Federline, the American dancer and rapper, met up with Britney Spears to watch their son play for Westhills Yankees baseball team in the Little League this weekend, reports US Weekly Magazine.

It is reportedly the second time in two weeks that the pair have reunited to watch 5-year-old ‘Sean Preston’, but this time photographers were on hand to capture the moment. 29-year-old Spears attended the game in Calabasas, California, with her current beau Jason Trawick. Federline, who is one of the coaches on Sean’s team, was joined by his current love Victoria Prince. An onlooker at the game said Britney and Kevin, who are also parents to 4-year-old Jayden, “Kept their distance from one another and didn’t speak”.

After the couple’s divorce in 2007, the court granted Kevin Federline sole legal and physical custody of his and Britney’s children. The pop superstar was given visitation rights that would slowly increase over time. The singer’s highly-anticipated new album ‘Femme Fatale’ is set for release on 29th March 2011.

K-Fat no more?

Britney Spears’ ex-hubby has lost 25 pounds in his quest to get his dancer body back, People.com reported.

Kevin Federline is “working on getting back into top shape,” his rep Marilyn Lopez said.

He had previously blamed the weight gain on depression, following his divorce from Spears, with whom he has two young sons.

Federline, who once topped the scales at 240 pounds, is looking forward to working again.

“He can’t wait to start acting and dancing again and going on auditions next year,” Lopez said.

But he’s not losing weight to get women. His relationship is going strong with former college volleyball star Victoria Prince.

“Kevin and Victoria are really doing great,” said one of Federline’s friends, who added that he and former flame Spears are working together to raise their children.

“Although he and Britney don’t talk much, they are co-parenting as best they can [and] working together to make the best decisions for their boys,” the friend added.

Kevin Federline says he was just as shocked as the rest of the world when those infamous photos showing his expanding waist line while emerged last spring.

“When I saw this picture, I did not think I was this big,” he told Entertainment Tonight. “I thought it was Photoshopped, you know? And then I realized that I was just letting myself go.”

Federline, whose media-given nickname went from “K-Fed” to “K-Fat,” admits he “let go” and tipped the scales at around 240 pounds after enduring a high-profile divorce and custody battle with ex-wife Britney Spears.

“I went through a lot of things and I definitely say that those things contributed to my weight gaining for sure,” the 31-year-old said.

Though Federline remains mum on how much weight he’s lost since joining VH1′s “Celebrity Fit Club,” he credits his two sons with Spears – Sean, 5, and Jayden, 4 – for helping him get back into shape.

“It was easier to eat more when they were younger because they weren’t as active,” said the former dancer, who admits to barely being able to make it up the hill on the side of his house while at his heaviest weight. “Now all of them want to play sports, hit the T-ball and run around the backyard and ride bikes.”

Federline joins a motley crew of famous faces, such as Bobby Brown, Sebastian Bach and former “Baywatch” beauty Nicole Eggert, on the seventh season of “Celebrity Fit Club: Boot Camp,” which premieres Feb. 8 on VH1.

Britney Spears’ ex-husband Kevin Federline has spoken out about his weight battle – blaming his split from the superstar for his overeating.

The former dancer signed up to lose weight on U.S. reality show Celebrity Fit Club after hitting the headlines last year for piling on the pounds.

And now he has opened up about his split from the Toxic hitmaker, who he divorced in 2007, admitting the break-up contributed to a bout of depression.

He tells Access Hollywood, “Once you get depressed, you don’t really feel like doing anything. You’re kind of discouraged about yourself and then the weight gain too, or that makes me more depressed.

“I mean, it’s a combination of all of those things. Everybody knows what happened with me and Brit. I’m not going to say that’s the total cause of it but, I mean, just not being happy with myself was probably the main part of my depression.”

But he’s rebuilding his friendship with Spears for the sake of their two sons: “I think as time goes on, it keeps getting better and better and better. I mean, I’m really happy the way that my life is going right now, I really am. I think, you know, I have come a long way. All of us have, my whole family. It’s gotten so much better from where we were. I’m really happy for her. I’m very happy for her.”

As America embarks on a New Year full of resolutions to lose weight and make tough life changes, VH1 celebrates the new decade with a fresh season of “Celebrity Fit Club: Boot Camp.” This season boasts a cast full of pop culture personalities ready to bare their bodies and souls as they dig in for the most grueling fitness program on television – designed to help them drop not only their flab, but also their emotional baggage. At the end of eight weeks, they will be lean, mean, Fit Club machines ready to face the world and show off their new hard bodies.

Battling the bulge this season are legendary R&B bad boy Bobby Brown, Jay McCarroll (winner of “Project Runway”, Season 1), KayCee Stroh (“High School Musical”), dancer and choreographer Kevin Federline, former “Baywatch” babe Nicole Eggert, Sebastian Bach (Former lead singer of Skid Row), actress Shar Jackson (“Moesha”), and infamous “Bad Girl” Tanisha Thomas (“Bad Girls Club”, Season 2). The cast will be broken into two teams, competing for $200,000 in cash and prizes and the individual celeb who drops the most weight will win $50,000 in prizes.

That’s what the owners of a Tarzana, Calif., home are claiming after Britney Spears’ ex, who had been renting the property, allegedly skipped out on six months rent – and left the place in a disgusting mess, according to TMZ.com.

The owners are demanding $110,661 in back rent and damages, saying that K-Fed, among other tenant transgressions, left behind cigarette butts and empty beer bottles, spit marks on the exterior paint, drawings on the walls, dead tree and plants from not watering, plus broken tiles, appliances and light covers.

The unidentified owners – who fired off a letter to Federline threatening him with a lawsuit – are said to be especially upset that he never returned the garage door opener.

The owners may want to track their former tenant down on the set of the upcoming season of “Celebrity Fit Club,” on which Federline – who has gained a huge amount of weight since his split with Spears – will be one of the contestants.

According to TMZ Britney’s ex is bucking to be a thin reality star. That’s right: Kevin Federline has signed up as an official cast member on the new season of Celebrity Fit Club.

He’s already on the set, though at this early stage there is no discernable difference in his overall body mass index.

K-Fed will reportedly join ex-girlfriend Shar Jackson, Baywatch beauty Nicole Eggert and singer Bobby Brown for the latest VH1 installment.

Now that she’s pregnant, Kourtney Kardashian is making nice with her baby daddy, Scott Disick. The on-again couple joined Kevin Federline and his girlfriend, Victoria Prince, for dinner Wednesday at Gotham Steak in Miami Beach. “Kourtney and Scott looked really happy. He was spoon-feeding her,” said an onlooker. But Disick hasn’t totally changed his partying ways. After dinner, Kardashian went to bed while Disick and K-Fed hit nightclub LIV.
