Miley Cyrus has found herself up in smoke – again.

A video posted on TheDaily.com shows Miley Cyrus at her “private” 19th birthday party suggesting she’s a big fan of marijuana.

The comment comes in the video after Kelly Osbourne presents her with a cake decorated with Bob Marley’s face.

“You know you’re a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake – you smoke way too much f—in’ weed,” the child star said.

Osbourne replied, “I thought salvia was your problem, man?”

Cyrus was caught on tape last year smoking the herb, which is legal.

According to the report, even the pop starlet’s parents — along with boyfriend Liam Hemsworth, Rumer Willis and a number of dwarfs — were in the room when she made the marijuana comment.

“Everyone in the room knows she’s a pothead,” a source told The Daily.

On Twitter, Osbourne explained the whole incident was a joke.

“Let me make something very clear after @MileyCyrus salvia incident we started calling her bob miley as a JOKE! the cake was also … A JOKE!” she wrote.

She then blasted Cyrus’ “so-called friends” who would “sell her out and lead people 2 believe she is someone she is not!”

While she was making pot references, Cyrus uploaded a music video to her YouTube account Wednesday in support of Occupy Wall Street.

The video uses news clips from Occupy Wall Street, and features a pop song Cyrus wrote called, “It’s a Liberty Walk.”

“This is Dedicated to the thousands of people who are standing up for what they believe in,” she wrote in the post.

As part of its Listen Carefully campaign, which sends the message ‘don’t listen loudly, listen carefully’, Starkey Hearing Foundation is once again teaming with recording artist Miley Cyrus to encourage teens and young adults to take a “vow to act” to protect their hearing, and spread the word to others to do the same. In fact, according to a Starkey Hearing Foundation poll of more than 200 Miley Cyrus Facebook fans, 87 percent vowed to make the commitment to protect their own hearing, with the same percentage saying they would pass the message along to their friends and family.

A committed supporter of Starkey Hearing Foundation, which strives to change the social consciousness of hearing and hearing health care, Cyrus recently hosted a series of questions from the Foundation on her Facebook page as a first step in getting young people to take the Listen Carefully ‘Vow to Act’. The poll received more than 8,400 likes among Cyrus fans and almost 1,180 comments, 211 of which responded to the survey questions posed.

In addition to those who said they would take action to protect their own hearing by lowering the volume on their MP3 players and iPods, 56 percent of respondents reported having experienced some difficulty hearing their teacher during class. This is consistent with reports of rising trends in hearing loss among young people – an issue that Starkey Hearing Foundation’sListen Carefully campaign is trying to address.

With social media platforms serving as a popular channel for teens and young adults to communicate with one another, it is undoubtedly one of the easiest ways for individuals to take that first step in their vow to act. The first commitment of the vow to act initiative is to spread the message through these platforms, followed by the commitment to keep the conversation active by sharing tips on ways to prevent hearing loss among family and friends. Some tips from Starkey Hearing Foundation that can easily be shared on Facebook and Twitter include:

  • ·         Lowering the volume on your MP3 player, iPod or cell phone
  • ·         Using background noise-canceling headphones when listening to music
  • ·         Getting your hearing checked on a regular basis
  • ·         Wearing the proper ear protection gear if you’ll be in an environment where loud sounds are customary, i.e. construction work, cutting the lawn, going to a concert
  • ·         Encouraging friends and family to also take the vow to act to protect their hearing

To keep the momentum going, Twitter users can use #ListenCarefully to hear what people are saying about hearing loss prevention, join the conversation, and learn what actions others are taking to protect their hearing.

“We want to start a widespread conversation about hearing loss prevention and protection while giving young people easy, actionable ways to take care of their hearing – that is the goal behind the Listen Carefully Vow to Act,” said Bill Austin, Chief Executive Officer and Founder, Starkey Hearing Foundation. “By using today’s social media platforms like Miley Cyrus has done, we hope others will rally their fans and friends in the same way, because the time to get the message out to start listening carefully is now.”

“I’m thrilled to support Starkey Hearing Foundation and its Listen Carefully Vow to Act initiative and I want all of my fans to help get the conversation started about hearing loss and encourage others to take care of their hearing,” said Cyrus. “Our ability to hear is fragile and we have to take care of it daily so that we can enjoy and appreciate music and the sounds that surround us each and every day.”

Miley Cyrus first became involved with Starkey Hearing Foundation when she joined a hearing mission to Haiti earlier this year where she helped distribute hearing aids to those in need. Since that first trip, Miley has remained committed to the Foundation’s mission by being featured in a PSA campaign for the launch of its Listen Carefully campaign; appearing and performing at the So The World May Hear 11th Annual Gala in July; and participating in a second mission trip to Haiti this month. Cyrus also supports Starkey Hearing Foundation through her online network, Get Ur Good On, which offers youths a forum to support each other on their missions to do good acts. About Starkey Hearing Foundation

Starkey Hearing Foundation is striving to foster greater understanding among individuals and communities through hearing care by focusing on awareness, education, protection and treatment so the world may hear.  Hearing loss affects one in 10 Americans, and 63 million children worldwide, yet many do not have access to the hearing devices that can help them. From 2000 to 2010, Starkey Hearing Foundation fit more than 500,000 hearing aids to people in need in the U.S. and around the world. The Foundation has grown that commitment to more than 100,000 hearing aids annually and is dedicated to fitting 1 million hearing aids this decade.  In addition to giving the gift of hearing through worldwide hearing missions, Starkey Hearing Foundation promotes hearing health awareness through the Listen Carefully initiative and provides hearing instruments to low-income Americans through the Hear Now program.  For more information on Starkey Hearing Foundation, visit www.starkeyhearingfoundation.org.

Miley Cyrus joined the Starkey Hearing Foundation in Haiti for a return visit to bring the gift of hearing to children and adults in need in Port au Prince and surrounding areas. With the help of Haitian President Michel Martelly, Cyrus assisted in the distribution and fitting of state-of-the-art hearing aids to more than 400 Haitians who have become or remained hearing impaired since the island’s devastating 2010 earthquake.

The visit was made possible by Cyrus, after making a generous donation during the Foundation’s So The World May Hear Awards Gala held on Sunday, July 24, 2011. During the event’s silent auction, Miley won a bid on a second hearing mission to Haiti, following her first mission there in March 2011. In addition to Miley’s generous contribution to making the mission possible, the Starkey Hearing Foundation is also working with Randy Mortensen from World Wide Village, a non-profit organization, as well as Digicel, which is helping to facilitate transportation and security needs during the mission.

Miley’s March visit to Haiti was her first introduction to the Starkey Hearing Foundation. After seeing the organization’s work first-hand in helping children hear – many for the very first time, she quickly agreed to become involved in the Foundation’s Listen Carefully campaign.

Launched in April, the message of the Listen Carefully campaign, stresses a clear message – “your hearing is fragile, so don’t listen loudly, listen carefully.” Cyrus appeared in a series of public service ads on behalf of the campaign, and also utilized her Get Your Good On Facebook page to reach fans with the message.

“After I went on my first mission to Haiti with the Starkey Hearing Foundation, I felt so drawn to helping others hear for the first time and immediately wanted to look for another chance to go back and help again,” said Cyrus. “This second mission to Haiti was just as impactful to me as the first one. I grew up around music and couldn’t imagine what it would be like for my siblings and me, if we couldn’t hear the magic of music. It’s had such an influence on my life, that I just want everyone to enjoy sound as it was intended.”

The mission of the Starkey Hearing Foundation is to foster greater understanding among people through hearing care by focusing on awareness, education, protection and treatment so the world may hear. The Starkey Hearing Foundation conducts hearing missions throughout the year both domestically and internationally, distributing thousands of hearing aids annually to those who need them. In addition, recipients are provided with a generous supply of batteries, testing and counseling on how to use and maintain their new hearing aids.

The 18-year-old actress will take on the lead role and produce the as-yet-untitled movie, which will be based on a script by writers Sam Brown and Jack Angelo.

Although the plotline is currently being kept under wraps, it is understood to involve a broken promise to God.

Her mother Tish will also assist in producing the project.

Miley shot to fame playing the title role in Disney TV show ‘Hannah Montana’ has been working hard to shed her tween image.

As well as this new comedy, Miley is to play Demi Moore’s daughter in ‘LOL: Laughing Out Loud’ in which she will smoke marijuana and talk about sex in her new movie.

Details in the script reveal Miley smoking drugs, kissing her female friends, and showing her mother her Brazilian bikini wax.

Among the lines revealed are Ann – played by Demi – telling Miley’s character Lola: “You’re my daughter. And I won’t let you turn into a porn star.”

Miley has previously revealed her excitement about working with Demi on the movie – a remake of a French film of the same name.

She said: “We’re good friends so I think it’ll be fun to work with someone you like a lot. It makes it easier. I’m really looking forward to working with her.”

The singer/actress travelled to the city of Port-Au-Prince in late February with her mother, Tish, to see the relief efforts made by workers at her Get Ur Good On organization, which she set up to encourage young people to get involved in philanthropy.

Volunteers have teamed up with aid workers at the Starkey Hearing Foundation to deliver hearing aids to survivors of the devastating earthquake which hit the region in January 2010, and Cyrus admits it was a real eye-opening experience to witness the progress first hand.

She tells People magazine, “It was an amazing experience to watch kids hear for the first time in their lives.”

The network said Monday that the multiplatinum-selling singer will be joined by musical guests The Strokes.

A week later on March 12, Zach Galifianakis makes his return visit to “SNL” as guest host with musical guest Jessie J.

Galifianakis stars on the HBO comedy series “Bored to Death.” He has just finished filming “The Hangover 2.”

“Saturday Night Live” airs Saturdays on NBC at 11:30 p.m. Eastern.

Billy Ray Cyrus says the Disney TV show “Hannah Montana” destroyed his family, causing his divorce and sending daughter Miley Cyrus spinning out of control.

In a December interview published in the Feb. 22 issue of GQ Magazine, Cyrus said he wished the show that launched his daughter to pop stardom had never happened.

“I hate to say it, but yes, I do. Yeah. I’d take it back in a second,” Cyrus said. “For my family to be here and just be everybody OK, safe and sound and happy and normal, would have been fantastic. Heck, yeah. I’d erase it all in a second if I could.”

Cyrus and his wife, Tish, filed for divorce in October. They have three kids together – Miley is the oldest – and two from Tish’s previous marriage.

Billy Ray Cyrus said when he asked about the rumored video footage of his daughter smoking from a bong at her 18th birthday party in December, he was told it was none of his business. He refused to attend the party, saying it was wrong to have it in a bar.

Cyrus, a native of Flatwoods, Ky., had his own success as a country singer beginning in the early 1990s with his huge hit “Achy Breaky Heart.”

Cyrus says in the interview that he tried too hard to be a friend instead of a parent to his daughter. He said he is scared for Miley and compared her current path to those of other stars whose lives ended tragically, including Kurt Cobain, Anna Nicole Smith and Michael Jackson.

“I should have been a better parent,” Cyrus said. “I should have said, ‘Enough is enough – it’s getting dangerous and somebody’s going to get hurt.’ I should have, but I didn’t. Honestly, I didn’t know the ball was out of bounds until it was way up in the stands somewhere.”

He said his entire family was baptized before leaving Tennessee for Los Angeles to protect themselves from evil, and he believes Satan is attacking his family.

“It’s the way it is,” Cyrus said. “There has always been a battle between good and evil. Always will be. You think, ‘This is a chance to make family entertainment, bring families together …’ and look what it’s turned into.”

NBC says Miley Cyrus will be hosting “Saturday Night Live” on March 5.

It will be the first time playing guest host to “SNL” for the 18-year-old pop star, NBC said Friday. A separate musical guest will join Cyrus that night.

Now in its 36th season, “SNL” airs Saturdays at 11:30 p.m. EST.

Jeremy Piven has become good pals with teenage superstar Miley Cyrus after striking up an unlikely friendship on the set of their new movie SO UNDERCOVER.

The Entourage star appears alongside Cyrus and Kelly Osbourne in the film, and he admits even he was surprised at just how well he got along with the 18-year-old Hannah Montana singer/actress.

He tells Eonline.com, “I think I must be an 18-year-old girl because we got along really well. It was just so much fun. I had so much fun with her and we had great chemistry. I was really, really weird – we’re like polar opposites.”

And Piven has defended Cyrus against criticism for being a bad role model to her young fans, after she came under fire in December when film footage of her smoking a huge pipe, believed to contain the legal high Salvia, was posted online.
The 45-year-old actor insists Cyrus is behaving just like any other teen her age.

He says, “You know, you can judge her, but what were you doing when you were 18? She’s kind of amazing. There’s something so incredibly refreshing about someone who is exactly who they are. There’s nothing pretentious about her. She’s this force. She loves to laugh.”

The new pals demonstrated their friendship during a wrap party for So Undercover earlier this week, when Cyrus took to the microphone with Piven on drums for an impromptu performance of I Love Rock ‘n’ Roll.
