The Victoria’s Secret model – who is married to Orlando Bloom – delivered son Flynn naturally in January and while she has previously admitted her labor was “long and difficult” she has now revealed she struggled to cope giving birth without pain relief because the agony was so intense.

She said: “I actually thought I was going to die at one point and left my body. I was looking down on myself – the pain was so intense.

“I kept thinking, ‘How do women do this?’ But if other women have done this, I can do it too. I was determined.”

The 28-year-old catwalk beauty and her actor spouse share domestic duties, refusing to have a nanny, though they occasionally get night time assistance with the baby.

She told Australia’s InStyle magazine: “It’s whoever has their hands free. When I’m not working we don’t have a nanny. Some nights we have a lady who comes in to help out but Flynn is getting better at sleeping now, so not as often. And if I need to get on a plane for one day of work, I pump my milk and put it into the freezer for Orlando.”

Miranda and Orlando divide their time between Los Angeles and London but the model wants Flynn to have some of the country experiences she had growing up so has cultivated a vegetable garden in their Hollywood home.

She added: “Flynn would love it [Australia]; I had such a wonderful childhood in the country. He is going to have a diverse upbringing.”

Orlando Bloom’s wife pregnant wife Miranda Kerr has reportedly gone into labour in Los Angeles.

The Hollywood actor married the Australian model in a secret ceremony in California in July and they subsequently confirmed they are expecting their first child.

Kerr began experiencing contractions the day after Christmas, but it proved to be a false alarm, according to Australian newspaper The Daily Telegraph.

But the publication reports Kerr went into labor for real on Friday. An unnamed family member says, “We did get a text on December 26th saying she had gone into labor but it was false alarm but I can confirm she did go into labour early this morning. I have been trying to get in touch with (Kerr’s parents) but everyone’s phones are going to message bank.”

Miranda Kerr may be very much in love with A-list actor Orlando Bloom, but it turns out that the Victoria’s Secret Angel wouldn’t mind having a dinner date with another British heartthrob.

“I’ve always had a big crush on Prince William since I was a little girl,” Kerr told Pop Tarts recently at the Victoria’s Secret Store in The Grove in Los Angeles.

We asked Kerr what must one do to look as good as a girl who makes millions legging it in lingerie for the VS label.

“I drink lots of water and get as much sleep as possible,” Kerr explained. “I recommend drinking fresh, organic green juices and doing lots of yoga.”

The 26-year-old Australian native has also embraced a form of Japanese Buddhism – Nichiren Buddhism – which, despite her angel wings, keeps her feet flat on the floor.

“I don’t like to talk too much about it, but what I will say is that it is very grounding and really centering,” she said.

But for those of you who will never achieve her physique (ie: about 99.99% of us), don’t despair! The November airing of the famed fashion show on CBS drew in an average of 8.3 million viewers, but it seems Americans prefer watching larger folks pop pounds.

According to the Nielsen TV ratings, “The Biggest Loser” won the time slot, with 10.3 million tuning in.
