The daughter of rocker Ozzy was spotted drinking beer and shots of liquor at The Bronson Bar in Los Angeles over the weekend.

Hilton published photos of Osbourne’s night out, alongside a story stating: “Oh girl, what are you doing?? Didn’t you just go to rehab not that long ago? Again! Since you, like Lindsay Lohan, have an addictive personality, we’d advise BOTH of you to abstain from all substances – pills, alcohol, weed, heavy drugs, etc.”

The reality TV star took offence at the article, and used her Twitter.com page to explain her actions to the blogger.

In a series of public messages sent to Hilton, she writes, “I’m a 26 year old adult women a corona and a shot hardly constitutes rehab. I was out having fun with my friends!

“I am fully allowed to have the odd drink with my friends… good lord crime of the century!”

But Osbourne soon got over the comments, later adding: “Thank you for caring though you know I love you I will call you later.”

Osbourne has previously fought painkiller addiction but successfully conquered her demons in 2009 following several stints in rehab.

There was a collective cringe when gossip blogger Perez Hilton took to the stage at the Star Young Hollywood party and asked for “a minute of silence for Lindsay Lohan” — not realizing she was in the room.

A spy at Voyeur in LA Wednesday night said, “Everybody cringed, but Lindsay seemed dazed and just stared into space.”

Yesterday, LiLo, who left the party by car curled in a fetal position, got into a Twitter war with dad Michael.

She said he “verbally/literally HURT my mother, brothers, sister,” but later took the posting down.

He replied, “I was I wrong for yelling. YES, but how about all the things mom did?”

She’s one of the year’s most outrageous stars and he’s a showbiz blogger who’s become something of a celebrity himself.

So when Lady GaGa and Perez Hilton got together for a dinner date at Nobu in Miami, there was little surprise that the duo pulled out all the stops with their bizarre outfits.

GaGa, 23, maintained her penchant for ridiculous ensembles – this time teaming a black PVC jacket that appeared to have been put through a shredder, with a rubber skirt, fishnet stockings and black PVC boots.

The singer, who shot to fame this year with debut single Just Dance, also donned a bright yellow wig topped off with a leather cap and shades.

Meanwhile, Perez looked equally silly wearing what seemed to be a pair of banana-print boxer shorts with a black dinner jacket, a t-shirt emblazoned with a cover of People magazine featuring Madonna and gold shoes with black socks.

Meanwhile GaGa, real name Stefani Germanotta, was hit in the face with a bunch of flowers during a performance in Atlanta, Georgia.

She took a direct hit when a fan threw the bouquet onto the stage.

Ironically the incident occured while the star was singing Poker Face.

If Drew Barrymore, and the rest of Hollywood, aren’t fearing for their reputations on Tuesday, they certainly should be.

Perez Hilton’s second tell-all, “True Bloggywood Stories: The Glamorous Life of Beating, Cheating, and Overdosing” hits stands Tuesday – and like his Web site, it isn’t holding back when it comes to outing Hollywood’s A-list.

Seriously: One section may make Drew Barrymore loathe Perez even more than she does now, as Hilton outs her and her posse for being not so kind to him at a Peaches concert in L.A.

After a pal of the actress spat to Hilton that “Those that can’t do, criticize,” the controversial blogger fired back, “You know, you are right, but at least I won’t tell anyone what a mess [Drew] is.”

“And I didn’t. Until now,” Hilton writes. “She was f —ed-up. She’s always f—ed-up … She is not the sober kitten that the main public may think she is.”

And Drew, if you’re upset, you’re not alone: Jennifer Lopez may have a bone to pick with the controversial blogger, too.

Perez dishes that J.Lo may have gone on the offensive after rumors started swirling that her marriage to Marc Anthony was kaput.

An L.A. shutterbug told Perez that Jenny’s team tipped him off to where the songstress and her hubby were having a date night.

“They had received a call that basically instructed them where to be and what time and what to look for,” Perez writes.

And although it may not be J.Lo, there’s at least one celeb left in L.A. who loves him: Hilton writes that he has “come to the conclusion that John Mayer is obsessed and has a crush on me,” a claim he has been making since the two had a rumored snog session on New Year’s Eve of ’07.

And sorry, Jen, Perez thinks Mayer will do well playing for the other team. “Hey, he made out with me, and there’s probably a lot of hot guys out there he could get,” he offers.

other celebs who should be, er, thanking Perez: the winners of his inaugural Perezzie Awards.

Dustin Lance Black wins Best Nude Photo Scandal, Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo get Most Predictable Split and Kanye West is honored for Best Act of Douchery.

We’ll leave Best Hairpiece, Best Voodoo Doll and Best Jen Aniston Boyfriend to the imagination … until the book comes out Tuesday.

Stars are lining up to pose in PETA’s striking “Save the Seals” T-shirt for a brand-new ad series aimed at ending the slaughter. In addition to Hilton and Osbourne, the celebs sporting the tee in the first installment of print ads launching this week are CSI’s Jorja Fox, hunks Brody Jenner of The Hills and Owain Yeoman of The Mentalist; Twilight star Christian Serratos; Jackass star Steve-O; Battlestar Galactica’s Tricia Helfer and Grace Park; playmates Holly Madison and Jayde Nicole; 90210 alum Jennie Garth; indie rockers Animal Collective; The Office star Lucy Davis; actor Rachael Leigh Cook; Natalie Dreyfuss of Rita Rocks; boxer “Sugar” Shane Mosley; pro cyclist Levi Leipheimer; and U.S. Olympic Team snowboarder Hannah Teter. This summer, Sarah McLachlan previewed the PETA tee at the Canada Day concert, where the singer condemned the slaughter.

Says Osbourne, “The saddest thing for me is just knowing baby seals, some of [whom] have not even had their first meal, are going to be killed, and most of them are probably still alive when they’re skinning them. And there are no laws, nothing to stop them, so it’s just going to get worse.”

During the annual massacre, sealers shoot these gentle animals or bash their heads in, and the baby seals are often skinned alive while their wailing mothers helplessly watch. The European Union and the U.S. have banned seal products, and world leaders—including Russia’s Vladimir Putin and President Barack Obama—have spoken out against the massacre.
