Did Tyra Banks make a deal with the Devil? The model hosts controversial celebrity blogger Perez Hilton on “The Tyra Show” season premiere Tuesday and asks him not to bad-mouth celebrities under the age of 18 for six months.

“When you’re a kid, especially the kid of a celebrity, I don’t feel that they should be put in the public in a way to be made fun of. I feel they should be protected,” Tyra says on the show, which airs on the CW at 4 p.m. She asks Perez to comply for a year, and he reasons that they should compromise on six months.

In return, Tyra invites Hilton to appear on one episode of “America’s Next Top Model” as a guest judge.

Ironically, the episode — which was shot on Aug. 18 — goes live just a few days after Perez caught major heat from Demi Moore for doing exactly what he promised Tyra he wouldn’t: targeting minors.

A few weeks ago, Perez linked pictures of Demi’ s 15-year-old daughter Tallulah partying on his Twitter page an unflattering shot in which she’s wearing a low-cut top (with closed eyes) while out partying in L.A.

Mama Moore ain’t amused. “Clearly Perez Hilton isn’t taking violating child pornography laws very seriously,” Demi tweeted of the photos on Thursday. “He might not but there are a lot of people who do.”

“Expect a letter from my attorney, kitten” the controversial blogger shot back, accusing the actress of “defaming” him.

Kirstie Alley chimed in defense of her friend: “I don’t condone men who ridicule and sexually degrade minors!”

Not surprisingly, Perez says he will be taking legal action towards Alley and anyone else who “slanders” him.

Hmm, we’ll see how tough he is when Bruce Willis hears about this.

Demi Moore has lashed out via Twitter at Perez Hilton for linking to skin-revealing pictures of her daughter Tallulah Willis, 15, via his Twitter account.

On Thursday, Perez Tweeted links to several photos of the teen. One of the pictures, which he said he linked to several weeks ago, and which is located on Los Angeles nightlife photo blog The Cobra Snake, showed the underage young woman with several buttons on her top open. Another picture showed the teen hugging her dad, Bruce Willis, in very short jean shorts.

Both links angered Demi.

“Anyone who advertises follows or supports Perez supports violating child pornography laws!” Demi Tweeted.

“Let me ask all of you, what is it called when someone is telling people to look and focus on a child’s “boobs & a**” while providing photos?” Demi continued.

The actress went on to accuse Perez of “violating child pornography laws.”

However, the feisty blogger took aim right back at Demi, Tweeting that he is planning legal action.

“Expect another letter from my attorney, kitten. Xoxo,” he wrote on Thursday afternoon. “P.S. Bring it on, b*tch!”

Perez claimed via Tweet that Demi’s remarks on the social networking site brought more attention to the pictures.

“And thanks for drawing MORE attention to your daughter’s behavior and your parenting skills (or lack thereof). U r real smart!” he continued.

Perez asked for an apology and said he would not allow his child to dress like Tallulah.

“I would not let my 15 year old daughter dress like that under ANY context. You are delusional and slightly senile!” the 31-year-old blogger, who told the LA Times earlier this year he plans to have children by age 35, added.

Perez also directed his attention at Demi’s husband, Ashton Kutcher.

“Did your wife forget to take her menopause medication?” Perez Tweeted at Ashton. “You better keep her in check!”

Disappointed that Ozzy Osbourne pulled the plug on his annual hard-rock festival Ozzfest this year? Maybe a new package tour announced on Sunday by gossip columnist Perez Hilton will help fill the vacuum. Or not.

The so-called “queen of all media” says he has lined up “the hottest acts on the planet — from all over the world!” to tour North America in September and October. Beyond that, details about “Perez Hilton Presents…” were frustratingly spare in his blog posting.

The lineup and itinerary will likely be announced in the coming days before tickets start going on sale on Thursday, he wrote.

Hilton, the recent subject of a glowing profile in the Los Angeles Times, is already dipping his toes into the music industry through an imprint at Warner Music Group. His blog postings and Twitter messages often sing the praises of such acts as Katy Perry and Lady Gaga (not to mention Brian Wilson of the Beach Boys).

One act that likely won’t appear is the Black Eyed Peas. Hilton got into a mild contretemps with the group’s road manager in Toronto last June following an exchange of angry words with singer will.i.am. He is suing the road manager, who was charged with assault by the Toronto police.
