Attention Twilight fans!

Parade.com has a brand new Robert Pattinson interview, where the 25-year-old heartthrob talked about everything from the long-awaited Breaking Dawn to his steamy scenes with Kristen Stewart to embracing old-fashioned romance.

Here are some highlights:

On his steamy scenes with Kristen Stewart…
“I think the more comfortable you are with each other, the harder it gets to do any kind of really intense relationship scene. You’re kind of thinking, ‘I don’t want to embarrass myself in front of this person,’ ‘I know what she’s thinking now,’ so it becomes ridiculous after awhile. Watching other people have sex is never going to be that spectacular anyway. It’s a strange thing when there’s so much hype about it. You are like, ‘God, I hope this lives up to it.’ The toughest part was avoiding an R-rating. It’s funny when people talk about the sex scenes in the book because there are no sex scenes in the book. Go back and read. They always fade to black.”

When it comes to love and marriage, just call him old-fashioned…
“I guess I must be because everyone is always telling me that Edward is kind of old-fashioned, but I always see him as fairly normal. I mean, he just knows what he wants. He’s in love with someone and he just likes the idea of getting married to them. I guess I kind of agree with that.”

On his impressive six-pack…
“There are so many descriptions in the book of Edward’s statuesque body — it’s all made of marble, blah blah blah. I managed to get through the entire series without taking my shirt off the whole time. I was like, ‘Nah, I’m not taking it off ever, and I’m not working out!’ Then, when we did Breaking Dawn, I thought, ‘It’s the last one, I might as well.’ So I kind of worked out to bulk up a little for those scenes with my shirt off. I stopped literally the day afterwards. I find it very boring to work out.”

Robert Pattinson and a friend were seen shopping at uber popular vintage furniture shop This Is Not Ikea (T.I.N.I.) in Los Angeles. Pattinson and his friend spent almost 2 hours browsing the store sifting through various artifacts looking for that perfect find. The 25 year old actor even took the time to stop and pose for a couple photographs with fellow shoppers. Included in his purchase were a couple of metal lamps and a dark-green distressed wooden bench.

TINI just recently celebrated it’s 2nd anniversary with an expansion that doubled the store’s size on LA’s popular Fairfax Avenue. www.thisisnotikea.com

The “Twilight” hunk showed up an hour before the premiere of “Water for Elephants” to schmooze with fans Sunday night, sources said.

His driver dropped him “at the top of the block” so he could stroll along West 54th Street and sign autographs.

When a rep for co-star Reese Witherspoon saw Pattinson’s populist move, she quickly called her to get in on the act, a witness said. A car “screeched up 20 minutes before the film” and deposited her in the middle of the block.

Witherspoon’s rep said, “Both actors came early to meet and greet their fans.”

The ‘Twilight’ heartthrob – who is currently dating his co-star Kristen Stewart- revealed he doesn’t understand why people find him attractive because he is addicted to M&Ms and thinks he will be hugely fat when he gets older.

He said: “I’m, like, a compulsive eater. I’m going to be so fat when I’m older, it’s ridiculous.”

Although Robert claims he is extremely boring he admitted he is a fan of troubled actor Charlie Sheen – who was recently admitted to hospital following a 36-hour drink and drugs binge with a bevy of porn stars – saying he admired the actor’s “little escapades”.

He added to Vanity Fair magazine: “I like crazy people who don’t give a f**k. I’ve just kind of stopped doing everything. I never change the channel in my trailer. I just watch reruns of ‘House of Payne’ and ‘Two and a Half Men’. God, I sound like such a loser.”

While Robert was coy about his relationship with Kristen – who plays Bella Swan to his vampire Edward Cullen in the ‘Twilight’ series – he revealed he admired her long before the pair first met.

He explained: “Kristen is very focused on being an actress. I mean, that’s what she is-she’s an actress. Whereas I-I just don’t really know.

“She’s cool. Even before I knew her I thought she was a really good actress. Like, I saw ‘Into the Wild’, and I thought she was really good in that. I still think there are very few girls in her class that are as good as she is.”

Fans eagerly anticipating the fourth installment of the Twilight Series can catch a sneak peek of the action in steamy scenes from the upcoming film.

With the sexual tension between Bella and Edward evident throughout the first three films, the continuous struggle Edward endures to resist Bella’s seductive charms has at last come to an end.

Breaking Dawn – Part One, out on November 18th, sees besotted Bella and vampire Edward consummate their marriage on their honeymoon in Brazil.

Edward, played by Robert Pattinson, 24, has so far rejected Bella’s advancements, played by real life girlfriend Kristen Stewart, 20, worried he might unintentionally harm her during the act.

But he finally gives in after she agrees to marry him in a ceremony at their home in Forks, Washington.

However their wedded bliss is short lived as Bella unexpectedly becomes pregnant with a half-vampire half-human daughter who prefers sucking on her blood to drinking warm milk.

The rest of the film sees Bella fighting a lethal battle with her beastly unborn child that grows rapidly inside her, feeding off her blood which eventually sees Bella on her death bed.

This forces Edward to make the life-changing decision to either lose the human Bella he loves forever or to finally give into her dying wish and give her the eternal life she has been asking for.

The couple, who are also dating in real life, met on the set of the first film in 2007 when Stewart, already cast as Bella Swan, sat in on auditions to find Pattinson playing Edward Cullen, a 17-year- old vampire who has been a member of the undead since 1918.

The last film Eclipse won four awards at the People’s Choice Awards in Los Angeles last week.

Robert Pattinson is hiding an embarrassing past – he previously pursued a rap career, forming a band and recording hundreds of demos.

The Twilight star admits he didn’t always dream of becoming an actor and his goal at the age of 13 was to become a hip-hop artist.

Pattinson and his friends became a “crew” and called themselves Big Tub and the Tappy Cats and he hoped to follow in the footsteps of his hero, Eminem.

He tells Britain’s Top Of The Pops magazine, “I’ve got a whole collection of tapes of me rapping from when I was 13! I wanted to be a rapper so there are hundreds and hundreds of tapes. They’re very amusing!

“I was obsessed with Eminem when I was younger. When he first came out I was about 12 and fanatical about his Slim Shady CD. I think he’s a genius. I’d love to rap with Eminem! That would be really amazing.”

But the British actor concedes he would never make it as a rap star, adding, “Most of my rhymes were stolen off other people anyway. They were all like, ‘I was raised on these streets’, which was a complete farce because I was actually raised in quite a nice area of London called Barnes. Not very ghetto at all!”

Rabid “Twi-hards” can’t wait for The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, the latest big-screen installment of Stephenie Meyer’s epic story of vampire love. This time around, Edward and his beloved Bella get engaged, but pesky werewolf Jacob seems to get in the way. But whatever happens, if RPattz can help it, he and Bella are not consummating their love. Check out this brand new Parade.com interview with Robert Pattinson, where he discusses how kissing Kristen Stewart in Eclipse felt more natural, how he’s a bit old fashioned when it comes to love in real life and competing with (and teasing!) costar Taylor Lautner.

Here are some highlights:

On the Twilight characters’ virginity compared to the rest of us nowadays…
“Edward is old fashioned. Nowadays, everyone just goes around screwing everyone for no reason. I guess Edward doesn’t really want to sort of cheapen his relationship with Bella, even though she’s pushing him to go all the way. He’s got this certain idea of how it should go with the love of his life. He wants to do it right and not just follow his base instincts. I guess I’m a bit old fashioned in that way as well.”

Lip-locking became more natural in Eclipse…
“Kissing felt a little bit more natural in Eclipse, even if there was plenty of it. In New Moon and Twilight it was always like, ‘Oh, I’m gonna kill you if I kiss you’ or something. It was always kind of odd. But, in this one, they both understand their situation a lot more, which makes it easier. It’s the first time Kristen and I have been able to just act like a normal couple.”

Plus, read about how Rob teases Taylor, how he copes with all the Twi-hards out there and the differences between him and onscreen (and off screen!?) love, Kristen Stewart.
