The 33-year-old DJ – who had an on/off relationship with the troubled actress for around two years – had a small heart etched onto her left hand in 2008 to complement the ‘Mean Girls’ star’s design, but she has now decided she doesn’t want any reminders of their romance.

So she has created a new inking, which includes a skull and crossbones to cover it up.

A source says: “Samantha brainstormed ideas for her next tattoo, which will be something on her left hand to cover up the small heart she got in 2008 to match Lindsay’s tattoo.”

Samantha was recently arrested for driving under the influence – moving on from their relationship, it seems Lindsay is as well as she is currently dating a model.

The 25-year-old was spotted on a dinner date with Spencer Falls at Hollywood’s Chateau Marmont hotel, and the hunk was also seen leaving her home in Venice Beach, California.

A fellow diner said: “Lindsay seemed totally smitten by him and just really happy. It was really refreshing to see her back to her old self again.”

Last month, Lindsay completed 35 days under house arrest for stealing a necklace and violating the terms of her 2007 conviction for driving under the influence (DUI).

Samantha Ronson’s Bulldog Has Been Banned From Hollywood

Celebrity DJ Samantha Ronson’s bulldog has been banned from West Hollywood, after the pooch was accused of attacking and killing another neighborhood pet last summer.

The dog, named Cadillac, was reportedly sent to live with Ronson’s family outside of Los Angeles after the incident in August, which prompted an investigation by the Department of Animal Control.

Ronson is now living in Venice, California with her dog – and she has been told to keep him away from the scene of the attack in West Hollywood.

Cadillac has been determined a “dangerous dog” by city officials, who have banned him from the area, according to TMZ.com.

The DJ is scheduled to face her former neighbour, Farnouche Kamran, in court on March 2, 2011 over the dog fighting incident. Kamran is seeking $750,000 in damages, in addition to medical expenses and punitive damages, citing charges including negligence, assault and battery.

The 23-year-old actress was asked to leave the Trousdale club in Los Angeles following the incident with her ex-girlfriend, which left the DJ “really shaken up” on Friday night.

An insider at the club told the New York Post: “Samantha was DJing and went to sit with her friends when Lindsay stormed over and threw a glass at her head.

“Glass threw everywhere, and Samantha looked really shaken up. The club owner asked Lindsay to leave and was overheard saying she’ll never come back.”

Despite the incident 32-year-old Samantha continued to party, and wrote about the incident on twitter.

She said: “Just got a glass thrown at my head….. Hmmm- wonder who did it????”

When questioned about why the ‘Mean Girls’ actress would throw a glass, Samantha told X17 Online: “I don’t know, she’s an angry human being.”

It has been a turbulent time for the pair recently.

Last week, Lindsay – who dated the DJ for around 18 months until last year – accused Samantha of spitting in her face.

Writing on twitter, Lindsay said: “Fun @coachella but tonight @ my friernds bday party, @samantharonson spit in my face and left w/ @mileycyrus’s ex.”

However, a while later, Samantha rebuffed the claims, writing: “Guess what didn’t happen tonight.”

John Mayer helped to bring Lindsay Lohan and Sam Ronson together again

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson may be getting back together – with the help of an unlikely friend.

John Mayer was spotted playing relationship counselor to the exes when they ran into each other at NYC hot spot Butter on Monday night.

And Mayer may have worked a miracle.

“Lindsay and Sam didn’t arrive together,” says a partygoer. “Lindsay walked in, and the two said a quick hello, but then Linds went to the table where John was sitting.”

According to the source, Sam eventually came over to the table but sat far away on the opposite side – much to LiLo’s dismay.

“Lindsay looked upset that Sam hadn’t come over to her, and she started whispering to John, who looked like he was trying to calm her down,” says the snitch. “She looked pretty angry. Then John got up and went to talk to Sam.”

We’re not sure what he crooned to the famed deejay, but it must have been pretty convincing: Ronson got up with Mayer and went over to La Lohan just a few minutes later.

The source notes that after Mayer’s intervention, the tumultuous twosome spent much of the night talking and laughing. La Lohan even ended the evening looking content – and (dare we say it?) stable.

“Lindsay seemed happier than she has in ages,” the spy says. “Sam eventually got up and deejayed for a while, and Lindsay kept standing up and looking over to the deejay booth, smiling.”

In between watching Ronson, Lohan hung out with the likes of movie critic Ben Lyons and singer/songwriter Blake Ian.

Mayer, having done his good deed for the week, ducked out before Linds and Sam did – but not without a hug from LiLo and a more-than-friendly goodbye from a scantily clad blond.

“Lindsay and Sam both stayed past 3,” the partygoer says. “They didn’t leave together, but they definitely ended the night on good terms.”

Blond-again starlet Lindsay Lohan surprised “on-again” girlfriend Samantha Ronson in Chicago for Sam’s birthday over the weekend. Friday night, the two, along with Lindsay’s kid sister, Ali, dined at Hub51 before Lohan caught the Virgins’ Lollapalooza concert at the Hard Rock Hotel, where “Lindsay was being horribly loud,” said one spy. Later, Lohan reunited with Ronson at Angels & Kings, where a spy saw them “fighting over which drink belonged to whom.” Lohan might be celebrating landing a part in Robert Rodriguez’s “Machete,” joining Danny Trejo, Michelle Rodriguez, Robert De Niro, Jessica Alba, Steven Seagal, Cheech Marin and Don Johnson.

Reports have been running rampant that a “financially-strapped” Lindsay Lohan has been spending all of Samantha Ronson’s hard-earned dollars, but according to insiders Ronson only earns the big bucks she does because of her romance with the high-profile actress.

Tarts has been told that prior to her relationship with Lohan, Ronson was lucky to earn $5000 a night but since dating the starlet her rate has doubled and even gone up again a little more in recent times. But it gets better — apparently these days it is often written in to Ronson’s contract for certain bookings that if she brings her girlfriend to the gig she pulls around $25,000. So is Lohan the main reason Ronson is who she is and earns what she earns anyway?

“A few years ago it was the same thing with AM, he earned more when he brought (then-girlfriend) Nicole Richie,” said an insider. “But he’s a very talented DJ and has since built a career of his own.”

A rep for Ronson did not respond for comment.

So while Lind’s career in front of the camera may not exactly be running hot right now, the 22-year-old’s business ventures are going strong even despite the depressing economy and her well, occasional wild ways. According to West Hollywood boutique Kitson, her leggings line 6126 has been literally running out the door since its launch in July last year and that is with most consumers not even realizing LiLo is behind the brand.

We’ve also confirmed she’s already designing for the upcoming season — the party princess even gave up her Monday afternoon to give her showroom and buyers at Los Angeles Market Week a sneak peak as she desperately wants to make it big in the business world.

Miss Lohan also just inked an exclusive deal with cosmetics giant Sephora to release a tanning mist “Seven Nyne” which will hit the stores nationwide May 1st.

“Lindsay is determined to be on her best behavior and is working extra hard,” added a source close to the starlet. “She has been told if she steps out of line even a little her deals will be screwed and she obviously doesn’t want that to happen.”

With the new year just around the corner, there’s no better time to revamp your wardrobe.

Linsday Lohan decided to inject a bit of romance into hers when she went shopping for some sexy lingerie.

The actress seemed particularly keen on a black halterneck bra – with gold chains for straps – and matching briefs.

Maybe she had a surprise in store for girlfriend Samantha Ronson – who accompanied her on the shopping trip in Beverly Hills.

Or perhaps the Mean Girls star thought the purchase a wise investment after she was pictured earlier this month in a sheer T-shirt and no bra.

Either way, when it came to paying for the goods, gal pal Samantha flashed the cash while Linsday was busy chatting on her mobile phone.

The loved-up couple seemed to have gotten over their tiff last month during a trip to London.

After a night of partying, Lindsay went to the couple’s limousine but was left waiting for Sam for ten minutes.

When they arrived back at their hotel onlookers said British girl Sam stormed out of their Maybach limousine and went inside, leaving Lindsay sitting alone.

Perhaps the sour mood between the two was caused by the surprise appearance of Lindsay’s former lover Calum Best.

An insider said: ‘Lindsay was horrified when she found out Calum was there and refused to talk to him.

‘Samantha gets jealous of her former male lovers, and Lindsay didn’t want to upset her.’
