Former Las Vegas cocktail waitress Sara Larson became a household name in 2007 when she struck up a serious love affair with George Clooney, only to find herself a notch in Clooney’s belt a year later.

But despite rumors earlier this year that Larson may have her own Vegas-based reality show in the works, it seems she has opted for a more spiritually satisfying lifestyle and is earning her keep as a private yoga instructor in Los Angeles.

“I do yoga pretty much every day. I am a certified yoga instructor, so I actually teach yoga,” Larson told Tarts at the recent REALITY CARES’ SIZZLES Charity Benefit in Los Angeles. Nor surprisingly, the stunner says “all of a sudden” guys have started calling out of nowhere for private classes, and she’s now in talks to design her own yoga-inspired clothing line.

Meanwhile Clooney has apparently found himself a Larson clone, the thin, beautiful Italian brunette Elisabeta Canalis with whom he has been spotted canoodling quite a lot of late.

However, Larson too has found herself a new love (she said we wouldn’t know him) and says she doesn’t give a hoot about her ex’s romantic relations. “Dating has its challenges and either two people connect or they don’t,” she told Tarts. “There’s a lot of other factors that are involved as to whether it will be a long term relationship or not, but everything for me right now is new,” Larson added, her expression suddenly becoming stone cold. “I’m not in touch with George at all. I don’t have any regrets.”

George Clooney has broken up with Sarah Larson after nearly a year of dating. According to a friend of Sarah’s, the Leatherheads star recently moved out of his LA home while the 29-year-old former Las Vegas cocktail waitress removed her belongings. “George is relieved to be single again,” says an insider. “He thinks Sarah is sweet and that is why it was so hard to break up with her.” As In Touch previously reported, George, 47, and Sarah struggled to make their relationship work because of their different backgrounds. “The truth is that they had little in common and he just doesn’t want to be tied down,” explains the insider. George’s rep told In Touch: “I can only confirm that we have never commented on George’s personal life.”

George Clooney is reportedly finally set to give up bachelordom – and marry his lover, Sarah Larson.

The self-confessed marriage-shy actor is, according to inside reports, already engaged to Sarah, whom he met when she served him drinks at the Palm Casino Hotel in Las Vegas.

One restaurant worker in Laglio, the town where Clooney has a villa, said: ‘They haven’t made any announcement yet, but there are people in this town who know more than me. They say the couple are already engaged.’

Since Sarah met George she has ditched her £100,000-a-year job to join the jet-set, and has since enjoyed romantic trips to Venice, Dubaii, Miami and his Lake Como hideaway.

But it was the Oscars destination that really set tongues wagging: Sarah was the first woman to be invited to walk the red carpet with Clooney.

George previously enjoyed romances with Renée Zellweger and Lisa Snowdon but, the source says, he’s finally found someone ‘he wants to really give it a go with’.

She’s gone from serving cocktails to walking the red carpet at the Oscars — and she’s somehow managed to snag the world’s most eligible bachelor, George Clooney. So who is this Sarah Larson? And how did she accomplish these miraculous feats?

Well, before she was decked out in diamonds and couture, she was pouring drinks at the Palms in Las Vegas.

Sarah worked at the Palms Casino hotel, first as a cocktail waitress at Ghost, then as a VIP hostess at another N9NE Group club in the hotel, Moon, where “She would bring in clients to the club,” a source told PageSix.com. “The hosts are like salespeople and they help create an atmosphere at a party.”

“She’s really cool,” a former regular customer told PageSix.com. “She’d take shots of tequila with us, we always asked for her to be our waitress. All the girls who worked at the club, they were all hot, obviously, but everyone asked for Sarah as their server. George Clooney isn’t the first guy to notice her, you know.”

She dated Las Vegas media mogul Ryan Doherty, who owns 944 magazine, for about a year, but that was before George walked into her life.

Sarah, 29, met the Oscar winner at the premiere of Ocean’s 13 at the CineVegas film festival on June 7, 2007; there was a party for the cast at Moon. As luck would have it, Sarah served him drinks.

An insider says that George, 46, was so smitten that he tracked down the manager, Daryl, and begged him to let Sarah leave work early to hang out with him. “And everyone knows you don’t say no to George,” the Palms insider tells PageSix.com.

After they met, she continued working, but kept talking to George. “He’d give her a call and say, ‘Fly out for the weekend, come visit,’ and Sarah would go see him,” a friend tells PageSix.com.

But a few months later, as their relationship progressed, Sarah quit her $200,000-plus job to be with George — a risky move, but one that anyone who saw the couple at the Oscars would agree has paid off. “He didn’t tell her to quit her job, just at some point they had a conversation about it when things got serious,” another friend says.

“She still has her house in Vegas that she sometimes goes back to, but ever since the motorcycle accident [in September 2007], they’ve been pretty much going everywhere, from his house in Lake Como, his house in Malibu, to Dubai, the Venice Film Festival, et cetera. She’s been exposed to this new lifestyle, hanging with George and his friends, which include Brad [Pitt] and Angelina [Jolie], Matt [Damon] and Luciana [Barroso],” another friend explained.

“She’s like a really cool chick. She’s hot, cool, strong and independent,” this friend of Sarah’s added.

There’s definitely something about this Sarah, who has succeeded where so many of George’s previous women — including actress Krista Allen, British TV host Lisa Snowdon and Renée Zellweger — have failed. Nobody would’ve ever guessed that a winner of a reality TV show (Fear Factor) would be the one to win the heart of Hollywood’s most notorious bachelor.

George Clooney never left Sarah Larson’s side during the Oscars’ red carpet – when they spent nearly two hours speaking to every news outlet.

“I curled her hair,” the actor told Usmagazine.com when asked how he helped his girlfriend of seven months prepare for the big night.

As for her heavily beaded Valentino gown, Clooney claimed credit. “I’m a seamster!” he told Us. “The ironing of the beads works very well. I sewed all the beads back on myself.”

And what was Clooney’s romantic plan for the night?

“Drink,” the Best Actor nominee told Us Magazine.
