Twilight star Taylor Lautner appears on the December cover of Men’s Health and shares his secret to packing on 30 pounds of muscle in a year. Below are some quotes from his interview with the magazine, out November 17th.

Lautner is counting on continuing to grow into his character for the third movie in the Twilight series due out in mid-2010. “My character continues to grow, so I’d like to pack on a t least a few more lean pounds.”

Lautner had to cut down his cardio to pack on the bulk. “I was exercising so hard that I began to lose weight,” he said.

Lautner’s trainer, Jordan Yuam says anyone can build muscle like Taylor. “Inexperience works to your advantage. The less muscle you have the easier it is to gain muscle mass more quickly.”

“Twilight” wolf Taylor Lautner’s unlikely romance with lovely Taylor Swift appears to be heating up.

The pair attended a hockey game in LA on Sunday, had dinner with Swift’s mom on Monday, and then were seen at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse in Beverly Hills Wednesday night. A giggling Swift then agreed when Ellen DeGen eres teased, “He’s cute.”

Mean while, the two Taylors will play a high school couple in the romantic comedy “Valentine’s Day,” due out next year.

Oh, the price of fame.

“Twilight” hottie Taylor Lautner, who plays hunk Jacob Black in the Vampire series, isn’t just a popular pin-up for tweens and teens across the world. The 17-year-old admits he has also had to contend with an agressive older female fan attempting to do some well, inappropriate things.

“I had this 40-year-old woman trying to find a way to take her panties off for me to sign them. They had my name imprinted on them,” a somewhat amused yet kind of freaked out Lautner told Tarts last weekend. “So that was kind of strange … but you can’t expect anything from these ‘Twilight’ fans.”

On the note of taking panties off, fellow Twilighter Ashley Greene is the latest starlet to be embroiled in an unfortunate nude pic scandal. Fresh from her multiple wins at the Teen Choice Awards on Sunday, full-frontal racy pics of the gorgeous redhead hit the internet on Monday and Greene was quick to fight back.

“The photos in question, which appear to be of our client, are illegal and are being unlawfully displayed,” a lawyer for the 22-year old actress said in a statement. “Our client intends to take legal action.”

But seriously, when will starlets learn that being in the spotlight means that an email password is not sufficient protection from hackers?

Just last week another round of scandalous snaps surfaced of Vanessa Hudgens and “Gossip Girl” Leighton Meester recently found herself to be star of a homemade sex tape being shopped around — not to mention the leaked naughty pics of “Disney” dames Miley Cyrus and Adrienne Bailon last year. So while these young sexy starlets are (involuntarily) hitting the adult market, is Hollywood’s hottest and raciest actress, Megan Fox, tweaking her image to be a little more family-friendly with her next horror film, Jennifer’s Body?

“It is completely, totally different. I hope kids like it,” Fox told Tarts sarcastically. “It’s a perfect movie for teenagers so we’ll see how they respond to it.”

Lautner back as Jacob Black in `Twilight’ sequel

Taylor Lautner will be back to morph into the monstrous Jacob Black in the “Twilight” sequel “New Moon.”

There had been talk that a bigger, buffer, more menacing actor might play the role when the second of Stephenie Meyer’s hugely successful vampire novels hits movie screens come Nov. 20. Lautner, by comparison, appears lean and sweet-faced in part one. But distributor Summit Entertainment and director Chris Weitz confirmed Wednesday that Lautner would be returning.

Stars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson will also be returning as the saga’s doomed young lovers, high schooler Bella Swan and brooding vampire Edward Cullen.

Catherine Hardwicke’s “Twilight” opened at No. 1 with a whopping $69.6 million at the box office in November, the biggest opening ever for a female director. It has since grossed about $177 million domestically.

Striking curious poses in black and white with their fake vampire teeth in place, the boys of Twilight flaunted their tweenaged hotness. In case you hadn’t noticed, I’ve drunk the Kool-Aid and am totally on board with this whole teenage vampire phenomenon so come along and get giddy with me, won’t you?

Clockwise from top to left are Jackson Rathbone, Taylor Lautner, Kellan Lutz, Robert Pattinson and Cam Gigandet. It’s a shame that Cam has to sport that awkward blonde pontyail in the movie because he looks infinitely better without it.

Musically-inclined Pattinson looks like a Gap ad in his portrait here in a grey t-shirt and unbuttoned blue shirt. The initial response of Twilight fans has been overwhelming, indicating that producers of the movies will get back every penny of the $37 million it took to make the first in what I’m sure will be a long-running franchise.
