Tiger Woods, the former world number-one golfer who recently divorced from wife Elin Nordegren following a string of affairs, has been dropped from the cover of his own video game, reports the UK’s Daily Telegraph. The fallout from his high-profile marriage breakdown has cost Woods a number of lucrative sponsorship deals and EA Sports are the latest company to pass up on using the golfer’s image.

Woods, still recognised as the world’s richest sportsman, has already been dropped by the likes of Gatorade, AT&T, Gillette and Accenture, and now Electronic Arts have decided not to feature him on the cover of their forthcoming Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 release ‘Tiger Woods PGA Tour 12: The Masters’, which is due out in March 2011. The company will instead use an image of the iconic yellow flag at the Augusta golf-course, the venue of the US Masters. The 35-year-old still appears in the game as a playable character but his appearance on the cover will be limited to just the ‘Playstation 3 Collector’s Edition’.

EA Sports President Peter Moore said despite choosing not to use Woods’ image on the cover, the company are standing by the golfer, saying, “If the insinuation is it’s a reflection of EA Sports backing away from its relationship that goes back literally 13 years with Tiger, that’s not the case whatsoever”.

The plot on Wednesday’s show includes a philandering golf star and his club-wielding wife. When police arrive, the bleeding athlete says his spouse was merely attempting to rescue him – in this case, from their swimming pool rather than a wrecked car.

After Woods’ November 2009 car crash, he acknowledged a string of infidelities and his marriage to Elin Nordegren unraveled. The NBC crime drama goes in a very different direction, with detectives investigating the murder of a female golf pro.

The “Law & Order” franchise is known for its ripped-from-the-headlines approach, but a series spokeswoman called the episode strictly fiction. “Law & Order: Los Angeles,” with Skeet Ulrich, Corey Stoll and Terrence Howard, airs 10 p.m. EST Wednesday on NBC.

A back-on-the-prowl Tiger Woods moved into a new apartment in downtown Manhattan over the weekend, Us Magazine reported.

A neighbor told Us that Woods, 34, was “introducing himself as the new neighbor.”

Moving day reportedly came less than a week after the randy, rich golfer finalized his divorce from Swedish stunner Elin Nordegren after nearly six years of marriage.

Woods was in the New York area to play in The Barclays tournament in suburban Paramus, N.J., where he stumbled to a 12th-place finish.

The celebrity couple’s marriage famously fell apart last year after Woods confessed to years of affairs with a string of pinup girls and porn stars.

The pair have two kids: daughter Sam, 3, and son Charlie, 18 months.

Sexy ex-model Nordegren, 30, will reportedly spend time in the family’s Orlando-area home and in Sweden, where she bought a $3 million waterfront estate last year.

Divorced. Single dad. Golf game still to be determined. And so, after nine months of turmoil over his extramarital affairs, now begins the next chapter in the life and times of Tiger Woods. In a hearing that lasted no more than 10 minutes in a Florida judge’s chambers, Woods and his Swedish-born wife officially divorced Monday.

“We are sad that our marriage is over and we wish each other the very best for the future,” Woods and Elin Nordegren said in a joint statement released by their lawyers.

The divorce was granted shortly after 2 p.m. in Bay County Circuit Court in Panama City, Fla., about 375 miles from their Isleworth home outside Orlando, where Woods drove his SUV over a fire hydrant and into a tree on Thanksgiving night. That set off shocking revelations that sports’ biggest star had been cheating on his wife through multiple affairs.

Woods’ life and golf game have been in disarray ever since.

He and Nordegren were married Oct. 5, 2004, in Barbados and have a 3-year-old daughter, Sam, and an 18-month-old son, Charlie.

Terms of the divorce – such as how much it will cost Woods – were not disclosed. They said only that they will “share parenting” of their two children.

Nordegren, who for years tried to stay in the background, was captured on video by celebrity websites eating lunch or picking up her daughter from school.

“We love Elin, and we are so proud of the grace and strength she has shown during this difficult time,” her father, Thomas Nordegren, a talk show host at national broadcaster Swedish Radio, told The Associated Press. “We know that she will come out of this even stronger and has a bright future in front of her.”

The divorce was finalized by Bay County Circuit Judge Judy Pittman Biebel during a 10-minute hearing in a conference room in her chambers, according to Biebel’s judicial assistant, Kim Gibson. Woods and Nordegren were present, along with their lawyers, Gibson said.

“I don’t comment on active cases,” Thomas J. Sasser, Woods’ divorce attorney, said. Asked why they chose to file in Panama City, Sasser said it was a joint decision by the lawyers.

Nordegren’s attorneys – including her twin sister, London-based Josefin Lonnborg – referred all questions to the statement.

Woods’ agent, Mark Steinberg, declined to comment when asked if the couple had a prenuptial agreement or terms of the settlement. “We’re not commenting beyond what was in the release,” he said.

Nordegren’s mother, Barbro Holmberg, also declined to comment.

Nordegren, who once worked as a nanny for Swedish golfer Jesper Parnevik, asked to have her maiden name restored as Elin Maria Pernilla Nordegren.

The sordid sex scandal cost Woods three major corporate sponsors – Accenture, AT&T and Gatorade – worth millions of dollars, and he lost his stature the gold standard in sports endorsements. A month after the scandal became public, Woods spent two months in therapy at a Mississippi clinic with hopes of saving his marriage.

“While we are no longer married, we are the parents of two wonderful children and their happiness has been, and will always be, of paramount importance to both of us,” they said in the statement. “The weeks and months ahead will not be easy for them as we adjust to a new family situation, which is why our privacy must be a principal concern.”

Some of the court documents indicated that Woods had to focus on his marital woes as well as his golf this summer.

He completed a four-hour course on “Parent Education and Family Stabilization” on July 10, the day before he left to play the British Open. He had won the previous two times at St. Andrews by a combined 13 shots, but this time finished 13 shots behind in a tie for 23rd.

The couple signed a marital settlement agreement on July 3 and July 4, the weekend of the AT&T National outside Philadelphia, where Woods failed to break par in a PGA Tour event for the first time in 11 years.

Nordegren completed her four-hour program through FloridaParentingClass.com on Aug. 16, the day after Woods tied for 28th in the PGA Championship at Whistling Straits. It was the first time in nearly seven years he had finished out of the top 20 in consecutive majors.

Documents also show that the children lived at their primary home at Isleworth until November 2009 – the Woods car crash was Nov. 27 – and that Nordegren had moved out to a nearby residence since then.

Woods is to play this week at The Barclays, his first tournament as a single man in nearly six years. He needs a good performance just to get out of the first round of the FedEx Cup playoffs, which he won the previous two times he played, and he also is trying to show he is worth picking for the Ryder Cup, where wives take on a visible role.

Since returning to golf at the Masters, Woods has not come close to winning a tournament. He tied for fourth in the Masters and in the U.S. Open, both times taking himself out of contention early in the final round.

One example of how the impending divorce has affected him came last month when he played in a charity pro-am in Ireland, which ended on Tuesday. Instead of staying overseas to practice on links courses, Woods flew home to Florida for six days to see his children and then returned to Scotland for the British Open.

Woods has won 82 times worldwide – 36 times and six majors while married – in his professional career. His last victory came at the Australian Masters on Nov. 15, his last trip before his serial infidelity was uncovered.

As the disgraced golfer took to the links Tuesday at the U.S. Open, one of his mistresses claimed she has been caddying around his love child for nine years.

And renewed reports emerged about another paramour’s claims that she, too, bore a Tiger cub.

Adult film actress Devon James, 29, claims Woods is the father of her son, Austin T. James – whose middle initial is a secret tribute to the golfer she loved.

“She was 19 at the time, and she was attending a Christian school program” when they met, a source close to James told the Daily News.

“They immediately started a relationship,” the source said. “She became pregnant, but she decided not to tell Tiger.”

James never had a DNA test to prove her claim, the source admits, but “she knows he is the father of her son because he is the only African-American man she dated at that time,” the source said.

James was one of the bevy of babes who came forward with tales of torrid affairs with the world’s top golfer after a mystifying car crash outside his Florida home in November.

She is the second woman to claim she has one of Woods’ cubs. Theresa Rogers said in December she had Woods’ baby in 2004 and negotiated a multimillion-dollar settlement to keep it under wraps.

James first dished on her claims of a 2-1/2-year relationship with the golfer in March. At that time, she claimed a girlfriend invited her to join in a threesome. James said she agreed, and met the gal pal and mystery man – who she claims turned out to be Woods – in Orlando.

“Hi, I’m Tiger. Nice to meet you,” James quoted him as saying before they quickly got down to business.

Woods, 34, allegedly paid the two women $2,000 each for what she described as “dirty” sex.

Now James is saying that wasn’t the first time she bedded Woods. She says it really was in 2000, when she was just a teenager.

It was the threesome that reconnected the parents of little Austin T. “She showed him pictures of Austin, and told him he was his son,” the source said yesterday. “He didn’t want to meet the boy, but he did send her gifts for the child.”

Woods’ lawyer did not immediately return a call for comment.

James’ mother, Sandra Brinling, said yesterday that her daughter is a “pathological liar” and that she knows exactly who Austin T.’s real dad is.”[My daughter is] only out to lie, steal and cheat,” said Brinling, who has custody of the child. “All she is looking for is to get money from [Woods].”

It’s a high price for silence.

Wronged wife Elin Nordegren is trying to club an eye-popping $750 million out of Tiger Woods in their divorce negotiations, according to reports Friday.

Woods hasn’t agreed yet, but if he does he wants total silence from his soon-to-be ex about the collapse of their marriage – forever, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.

Nordegren has so far said no to signing a lifetime “confidentiality clause” that would prevent her from writing a book or doing any interviews about the split.

She reportedly also wants full custody of their two kids even though it was first thought the couple were going to agree to joint custody.

Sources said the divorce negotiations “have turned extremely testy” and the couple no longer talk to each other.

Nordegren has spent a lot of time away from Woods in recent months. She went to Arizona alone for nearly a week recently and took the kids to Sweden while Woods played golf.

Woods, meanwhile, is hanging out in Florida with a blond woman, who looks a lot like Elin, RadarOnline reported.

Tiger Woods’ alleged ‘No.1 mistress’ Rachel Uchitel has admitted having an affair with married actor David Boreanaz.

The New York club hostess, 34, claimed she had a ‘romantic relationship’ with the former Buffy, The Vampire Slayer actor, but she had recently broken it off.

Uchitel’s decision to speak out comes a week after Boreanaz went public with his infidelity to his wife of nine years, Jaime Bergman.

In a statement issued to Us Weekly magazine, Uchitel’s lawyer Gloria Allred said: ‘(Rachel) understood that he was unhappy in his marriage and had been for some time and she had reason to believe that he intended to separate from his wife.

‘He treated her as his girlfriend and also took her out in public. He called her between takes when he was taping his television show and put her on the telephone with his friends and his son.

‘He even stayed with Ms. Uchitel when he came to New York for press tours…

‘Their relationship ended because Ms. Uchitel decided to break it off. She felt that he had not been completely truthful with her and she no longer trusted him.’

Last week, the 40-year-old actor told rival magazine People that an unnamed mistress was threatening to reveal their affair to the media.

The actor, who played good vampire Angel in the Buffy TV show and its spin-off Angel, admitted he had been ‘irresponsible’.

He told People: ‘Our marriage has been tainted with my infidelities. I just want to be open and honest. I was irresponsible.’

Boreanaz added: ‘I was associated with a woman who I was involved with and had a relationship with.

‘She asked for money. I felt as though I was being blackmailed or there was some sort of extortion.’

With the truth out in the open, Boreanaz is hoping his wife will forgive him so they can move on with their marriage.

He explained: ‘We’re working on our marriage. We’re working on repairing what has been damaged so badly.’

Boreanaz and Bergman were originally set to wed on 11 September 2001 but postponed their marriage until 11 days later after the terror attacks in New York and Washington D.C.

Boreanaz and former Playboy Playmate Bergman, 34, have a son Jaden, eight, and daughter Bardot, eight months.

Their whirlwind marriage came just seven months after they met at a Valentine’s Day party at Hugh Hefner’s Playboy mansion.

Boreanaz was previously married to social worker Ingrid Quinn for two years before divorcing in 1999.

There have been reports Uchitel was paid anything between $3 million to $10 million by Woods to keep quiet over their alleged six month affair.

Although she hired Allred just days after the affair story broke, she has never spoken publicly about the golfer.

Uchitel was widely reported to be the reason behind Woods’s argument with wife Elin Nordegren, shortly before his car accident near the couple’s Florida home on November 27 last year.

Two days previously, Uchitel had been named as Wood’s mistress in American tabloid The National Enquirer.

Elin Nordegren left their kids with a nanny and took off from Florida for “destination unknown” after Woods completed his big comeback to pro golf by finishing fourth at the Masters tournament over the weekend, People magazine reported Tuesday.

“She is so over Tiger,” a friend of Nordegren’s told the magazine. “I wouldn’t be surprised if she files for divorce sometime soon.”

There is no evidence that the Swedish stunner had filed any papers to dump her cheating husband, but her friend said she’s run out of patience with Woods.

“She’s so far beyond hurt now,” the friend told People. “If she were angry or if she hated him, they might still have a chance to work it out. But she’s beyond that. She’s numb. She just doesn’t care anymore.”

The Woods marriage was rocked by reports he betrayed Nordegren with a bevy of babes, including a porn star and nubile neighbor who lived near their Orlando-area home.

Woods mothballed his clubs and underwent sex addiction therapy in a bid to save his marriage. He also publicly apologized for letting down his family and fans.

Evidently, that wasn’t enough for Nordegren, who was not happy Woods decided to get back to the links – and who was “disgusted and outraged” by the creepy Nike commercial which featured Woods staring straight into the camera while his late father could be heard saying, “Did you learn anything?”

“Elin was violently angry over this commercial and thought it was a cheesy thing to do,” the friend told People. “She wouldn’t have gone near the Masters under any condition, but that just made her madder.”

When asked about the Nike ad after Day One of the Masters, Woods, 34, called it “apropos.”

While millions around the world tuned in to watch Woods’ comeback at the Augusta National in Georgia, Nordegren was home watching movies and videos with the kids, her friend said.

“Elin’s not the type to get all weepy or have pity parties for herself,” the friend told People. “She mourned the loss of this marriage, and now she’s moving on. It’s the only thing she can do.”

Nordegren, 30, has not made a single public statement since the scandal broke in November. But she has been photographed without her wedding ring and bought a secluded vacation home in her native Sweden just before Christmas.
