All may be well for Tony Parker’s first-place Spurs, but the star guard is still struggling with his off-the-court woes.

In an interview with a French radio station, he said he’d been working toward moving on from his divorce from Eva Longoria, while acknowledging it wasn’t always easy.

“[Divorce] was hard, but life goes on,” he said, according to People.com. “Like anyone else, I’ve learned that life is full of experiences, and you learn from your mistakes. And go on.”

Parker and Longoria split after the “Desperate Housewives” star found hundreds of text messages between her hubby and Erin Barry, the wife of one of his teammates. At the time, Parker insisted he had never cheated on Longoria.

“No one’s perfect,” he told the French radio station. “It’s never easy.”

The duo’s split became official on Jan. 28.

“Starting over is hard to do,” Longoria tweeted on Wednesday. “But life goes on. I pray for strength, courage and wisdom on my new journey.”

It seems that journey has already begun. Earlier this month, she was spotted spending time with Eduardo Cruz — the brother of Penelope Cruz.

“Eva definitely seems to have moved on from her sad divorce drama,” a source told People.com at the time.

Eva Longoria and Tony Parker may be in the midst of a divorce, but they sure do like eating together.

Almost two weeks after they were spotted sharing a meal in Los Angeles despite recently announcing their split, Longoria flew to Texas to dine with Parker again.

In a photo obtained by TMZ.com, the “Desperate Housewives” star is seen wearing a black hat and shirt as she sits at Rudy’s Country Store and Bar-B-Q, just outside of San Antonio.

The meals could be a sign that the couple, who wed in 2007, is working out their issues.

According to TMZ sources, reconciliation is still possible. Longoria, 35, traveled to Texas specifically to “spend time with” the 28-year-old NBA player and the pair had a “very friendly” visit.

Longoria filed for divorce Nov. 17 in California, while Parker filed his own petition in Texas a few days later.

Despite their bitter breakup, “Desperate Housewives” star Eva Longoria and her soon-to-be ex-husband Tony Parker managed to meet up for a civilized lunch in LA to discuss their divorce.

Longoria and the San Antonio Spurs star were spotted eating salad and having an intense conversation at a hotel on Wednesday.

A source said, “While the divorce is going ahead, things are reasonably civil between them.” Longoria, 35, filed for divorce on Nov. 17 citing “irreconcilable differences” in the wake of allegations that Parker, 28, had exchanged racy texts with Erin Barry, the estranged wife of his former teammate Brent Barry.

Yesterday, Erin broke her silence, writing on her Web site: “I DID NOT HAVE AN AFFAIR WITH TONY PARKER, nor did I ‘pursue’ Tony Parker,” adding that “friendship with Tony Parker had nothing to do with the end of my marriage.”

The other woman rumored to be at the centre of Eva Longoria’s divorce from Tony Parker has denied she had an affair with the basketball ace.

Erin Barry, wife of Tony Parker’s former team-mate Brent Barry, rubbished the reports in an open letter on her website, in which she claimed she was far too busy to date someone else’s husband.

‘I did not have an affair with Tony Parker, nor did I ‘pursue’ Tony Parker,’ Barry said.

‘Unfortunately, because our divorces are occurring at the same time, great speculation has been cast on our friendship.
‘My friendship with Tony Parker had nothing to do with the end of my marriage, which is painful enough without this added drama and to assume that we had an affair is naive, ridiculous, and completely misguided.’

Longoria claimed her divorce filing was due to the discovery of ‘hundreds of texts’ from another woman on husband Tony Parker’s phone.

And the Desperate Housewives star, 35, confided to her friend Mario Lopez in the days following her split that Parker had cheated on her during their marriage.

But Erin Barry has said the other woman is not her.

‘It has been brought to my attention that people who do not know me think that I have had an affair with Tony Parker,’ she continued.

‘I have received hundreds of emails and phone calls from supportive friends who do know me and know that what is being insinuated about me is a complete lie.

‘I am so busy with my children and law school studies that to take even a few moments out of my day to address this ludicrous issue is an annoyance.

‘I only take the time to explain myself because apparently my silence, as a result of my indifference, has been construed as an admission of guilt.’

Eva Longoria’s estranged husband Tony Parker has allegedly been sending sex texts to a beautiful British model.

The basketball ace also sent Sophia Egeler, 19, a barrage of messages, including a semi-naked photo of himself, in which he begged to meet up with her.

Sophia told The Sun newspaper: “From the minute he met me he was trying it on. I had no idea he was Eva Longoria’s husband. He would not take no for an answer and was telling me how much he liked me.”

Devastated Eva, 35, filed for divorce last week citing “irreconcilable differences” amid rumors she found a series of texts to other women on the NBA star’s phone which reportedly included Erin Barry, the wife of his former teammate Brent Barry.

Tony met Sophia at an Ultimate Fighting show in London and afterwards persuaded her to join him at London nightspot Whisky Mist with Arsenal soccer player Bacary Sagna.

She revealed: “I decided at 1am I wanted to leave but Parker followed me into the street. He begged me to come back to a house he claimed was his. I said no.”

After getting her number from a friend, Tony, 28, began sending her text messages including a semi-naked photo of himself and another one saying he was coming to Brighton to see her. The following day he sent her a text saying he had arrived in the seaside town.

Sophia – who didn’t get the text because she was out with pals – said the messages stopped last week when news of his impending divorce to Eva broke.

After filing legal separation papers last Wednesday, Eva wrote on twitter: “It is with great sadness that after 7 years together, Tony and I have decided to divorce. We love each other deeply and pray for each other’s happiness.”

Tony filed his own divorce papers in Bexar County, Texas, on Friday.

The wife of Tony Parker’s former teammate, Erin Barry, has been named as ‘the other woman’ in Eva Longoria’s divorce.

Access Hollywood reports that Parker sent hundreds of sex texts to the woman, who is married to former NBA basketball star Brent Barry.

The sportsmen played together for the San Antonia Spurs from 2004 to 2008, and the two couples became friends.

Brent Barry filed for divorce from Erin on October 29, according to Access Hollywood.

The actress filed for divorce today after discovering ‘hundreds of texts’ from another woman, now alleged to be Barry, on husband Tony Parker’s phone.

The Desperate Housewives star, 35, confided to her friend Mario Lopez – host of Extra – that Parker had cheated on her during their marriage.

The actress also confirmed to Lopez that she found hundreds of text messages from another woman on Parker’s phone, who turned out to be the wife of one of the NBA player’s teammates at the San Antonio Spurs.

Access Hollywood reports that when they reached Mrs Barry over phone, she was ‘audibly emotional’ and declined to comment on the matter.

Longoria added that her estranged husband cheated on her with yet another woman with whom he kept in touch via Facebook.

‘She is devastated, she wants us all to know that,’ Lopez said. ‘But she’s strong.’

She confirmed the split today, tweeting: ‘It is with great sadness that after 7 years together, Tony and I have decided to divorce. We love each other deeply and pray for each other’s happiness.’

Her husband later tweeted the same message.

Longoria has cancelled her November 21 appearance at the American Music Awards.

Court documents show Eva Longoria filed for divorce from Parker in Los Angeles Superior Court November 17 – the day after her publicist denied reports that Parker, 27, had filed papers in Texas.

Longoria’s full name in the papers is listed as Eva Jaqueline Longoria Parker.

William Anthony Parker II is named as the respondent in the case.

Eva is being represented in the divorce by high profile celebrity divorce lawyer Lance Spiegel, who has previously worked for Sandra Bullock in her divorce from Jesse James and Russell Simmons in his divorce from Kimora Lee.

There is a prenuptial agreement between Parker and Longoria, according to reports.

Eva and Tony were engaged in November 2006 and married in July of 2007 in a Roman Catholic ceremony in Paris, France.

They first met after a San Antonio Spurs basketball game, when she and her father Enrique were invited back to the team’s press room to meet the players.

Eva and Tony immediately hit it off, and he asked Eva and her father to join him for dinner.

And according to the actress, he had no idea that she was famous.

Eva says, ‘He was the last person on earth who hadn’t seen Desperate Housewives! We have the 20th Anniversary DVD. We watched all six in a row.’
And Tony was clearly smitten by the pint-sized brunette.

He said: ‘I really thought she was very beautiful inside and had a good heart. She’s very family oriented, and me.. I love my family and my friends. She’s the same way.’

Their wedding took place at the Saint-Germain l’Auxerrois Church in Paris, across from the Louvre.

Longoria was previously married to American soap star Tyler Christopher from 2002 until 2004.

Less than four years after a storybook wedding in Paris, Eva Longoria filed court papers Wednesday to divorce basketball star Tony Parker, citing irreconcilable differences. Longoria, a star of TV’s “Desperate Housewives,” and Parker, an NBA All-Star with the San Antonio Spurs, were married in a civil ceremony on July 6, 2007.

The next day, a priest married them in a church across from the Louvre Museum, followed by an exclusive bash at a storied French chateau.

As a member of the Spurs, Parker has won three NBA championships in recent years. Longoria often had a courtside seat at his games.

Each posted a statement on their Twitter accounts addressing the divorce. “We love each other deeply and pray for each other’s happiness,” it said.

They have no children together. Longoria has one previous marriage.

In her legal filing, she requested that her name be restored to Eva Jacqueline Longoria. She had taken Parker’s name when they married.

The filing also stated the couple had a prenuptial agreement but no details were provided.

Longoria asked the court to require each side pay its own attorney fees. She also wants to receive spousal support from Parker but not pay any to him.

Longoria’s spokeswoman, Liza Anderson, said the actress had no further comment. Parker wasn’t immediately available for comment.

Longoria, 35, did not indicate in the court filings when the couple broke up.

Parker, 28. signed a multiyear extension with the Spurs two weeks ago.

At the time, the French point guard insisted that he and Longoria wanted to remain in San Antonio.
