With a brand new book in the works, a brand new business and a brand new baby onboard, this season will be action-packed. The family that plays–and works–together stays together, and this season Tori, Dean, Liam and Stella show viewers again what a family living and working in Hollywood is all about. With a new store opening–an antique furniture and lifestyle store aptly named “invenTORI”–a book deal, dual acting careers and a third baby on the way, Tori and Dean once again prove that they can do it all, even under the spotlight of Hollywood. As always, Tori and Dean’s close circle of friends come along for the ride. This season, viewers will get to experience the touching moment when Bill and Scout (the “Guncles”) welcome their new baby girl, Simone, to the family. Tori is also busy playing matchmaker as she tries to find love for her best friend Mehran. Additionally, the family would not be complete without the return of beloved baby nurse, Patsy!

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott created “Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood” and executive produce the series along with Fenton Bailey and Randy Barbato of World of Wonder Productions. Richard Courtney and Megan McGuinness serve as co-executive producers.

Three-year-old Liam fell and hit the back of his head against a table, prompting the 37-year-old actress and her husband Dean McDermott, 44, to seek medical advice after he began vomiting.

Luckily the toddler was given the all-clear by doctors at a Los Angeles hospital after he was examined and found to have no serious injuries.

Tori – who also has a two-year-old daughter, Stella, with Dean – revealed her family medical drama on twitter.

She posted: “Scary morning. Liam fell off kitchen table right on back of his head. Started throwing up.’

‘Just got back from ER. He’s better. Just have to watch him.”

Tori recently admitted looking after Liam and Stella is “challenging”.

She said: “It is challenging, as amazing as it is, they’re all over the place. Completely Jekyll and Hyde.

“At this age, they’re two and three right now, it’s unbelievable the things that come out of their mouths. They make me laugh all day long. They have two speeds: on and on. It makes you realise your patience level.”

Dean also struggles to handle the pair, but thinks his wife is better at coping with the children’s misbehavior.

He added: “Everybody says terrible twos, but it’s terrible threes. And Liam is full on in it, Stella is going through it earlier because she emulates everything he does.

“But Tori’s got really good patience, I have none.”

Tori Spelling’s husband Dean McDermott is in intensive care following a motorcycle accident

The reality TV star was out dirt biking with two friends on Tuesday when he crashed,

Dean – who has two children, son Liam Aaron, three, and daughter Stella, two, with the ’90210′ actress – was left bleeding heavily from a wound on his right side at the scene and couldn’t move.

He was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital where it was discovered he suffered a punctured and collapsed lung.

Although he is in a “lot of pain”, Dean is expected to make a full recovery.

Tori, 37, told People: “His friend called me and said he was in the ER.

“He didn’t want to scare me so he just said he had a crash and that they were X-raying him.

“At first I was mad. I was p***ed that he was out biking and crashed.

“But when I showed up and saw him lying there, and they told me they were admitting him to ICU with a collapsed lung, my heart dropped. My biggest fear had come true.”

The 43-year-old speed enthusiast had promised his wife he would give up professional biking and only ride recreationally after fracturing his shoulder earlier this year in a similar accident.

The couple were seen arguing over his dangerous hobby on their reality TV show ‘Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood’.

But Dean has now vowed to get rid of his bikes and never ride again following this latest incident.

She added: “He’s in a lot of pain. He’s taking this as a sign and realizing family is too important to risk his life.

“When I first saw him he just softly said, ‘I’m so sorry.’ I just held his hand and cried. That’s when he said, ‘I’ll never do this again. You and the kids mean everything to me.’ “

As Tori Spelling took to the beach with her family in Malibu, her shockingly skeletal frame was clearly on show.

But while the former star of Beverly Hills 90210 concedes she is ‘too thin’, she today denied rumors that she’s suffering with anorexia.

The 37-year-old mother-of-two blames her pin-thin frame on a recent bout of swine flu, saying she went through three rounds of antibiotics that left her weak and frail.

‘I was sick for months and had a hard time eating, so I was losing weight,’ she told People magazine. ‘I did look too thin. I went from doctor to doctor trying to find answers.’

‘Seeing those bones I was scared,’ she told the publication. ‘I did look too thin.’

She denies allegations that she was starving herself, saying: ‘I’m not anorexic, I don’t have an eating disorder.

‘But when everyone’s like, ‘What’s the reason, then?’ I didn’t want to say I had swine flu. I was too embarrassed.’

Tori, who spent the weekend at the beach with husband Dean and children Liam, 3, and Stella, 2, also addressed reports her marriage is on the brink of collapse.

‘We aren’t getting divorced, but there are issues. What happens when you’re married, have kids and a job? I haven’t found the balance yet.’

The pair appear together in Tori & Dean and she is set to release a new book, Uncharted TerriTORI.

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott Renewed Their Wedding Vows Over The Weekend

Tori Spelling burst into tears as she renewed her wedding vows to husband Dean McDermott over the weekend.

The ’90210′ actress and her spouse re-affirmed their love for one another on Saturday standing in a sandpit in a private ceremony at a Beverly Hills house.

Tori wore a low-back strapless white dress as she walked down the aisle with their 23-month-old daughter Stella to a waiting Dean and the couple’s three-year-old son Liam.

The couple – who first wed in a private ceremony on a beach in Fiji in May 2006 – held hands and gazed at each other lovingly as they repeated their original vows while their young children played in the sand at their feet.

According to Us Weekly magazine, the 36-year-old actress “was teary-eyed as she read hers. Then they rinsed their wedding rings in the ocean water from the buckets and received the traditional vow exchange. ”

During the romantic ritual, Dean, 43, presented the blonde star with a diamond-encrusted eternity ring by jewellery designer Neil Lane.

Towards the end of the service the pair gave their young offspring matching gold bracelets to mark the occasion.

Tori and Dean then kissed as guests threw handfuls of white feathers in the air around them.

The event was especially significant for Tori, who was joined on her special day by her mother Candy – who she recently reconciled with following several years of estrangement.

At a party after the day’s romantic ceremony, the blonde actress told Candy: “Thank you so much for coming.”
